Sorry to have to do business with them. BUT when I do its great. Coming to the building im in is tough for these fellows as I park in a lower garage and there tow truck just cant make it in. Fortunately Ive only needed jump starts. These fellows including the owner are polite efficient and pleasant. Also had a flat tire in a parking lot on an extremely hot day young man that day looked uncomfortable but never made a sound. Did give me some good ideas once I got started! Precision Towing Rocks !! Saturday 6/26 was supposed to be a fun day for me, but instead I dealt with having to get my disabled vehicle towed from near Manchester to my repair shop in Franklin. The tow came courtesy of my AAA service, (which I highly recommend). The Driver, Matt was the consummate pro! Matt arrived when AAA said he would, he gently got the car on to his nice and clean Precision Towing flatbed, and off to Franklin we went. I rode along. As a stranger, totally down on his luck that day. Matt was a great sport. Easy to deal with, and an all around good egg. So while it totally sucks when your car fails to do what its supposed to do, it nice to know theres people like Matt and his employer, Precision Towing in Manchester to make a workable thing out of a totally bad situation. My alternator died and I called for AAA. They send precision towing and I was met by Steve Rizzo one of their drivers. That guy is top notch. Not only was he professional but that guy was absolutely a great guy. Very personable and just all around hard working guy trying to work his butt off! That 30 minute truck ride was a perfect example of great customer service!

Saturday at 630pm I locked my keys in my vehicle as im frantically running around doing last minute preparation for my sons baptism the following morning. Two weeks earlier I blew out a tire and didnt have a jack and went with a different towing company and it took them 5 hours (no exaggeration) to come change my tire, and I had my infant son with me at that time which they knew, so after that horrible experience I expected id be locked out of my vehicle all night... this was not the case. Precision Towing was phenomenal!!!!! Not only where they extremely professional but they came and had my car unlocked within 7 minutes after I placed the call (also not an exaggeration)Ive never ever been so impressed with a towing company and felt very very compelled to leave this review!!!! I will ALWAYS use Precision Towing for my emergency road side needs for now on and wish I had used them 2 weeks ago !! So grateful for Precision Towing! My husbands car had a dead battery and was parked on the street right as a snowstorm started. I thought I needed help replacing the battery, because we tried to jump it with no luck. The owner was professional and understanding, sending a serviceman out right away to help. The serviceman promptly arrived and tried jumping the car once more before replacing any battery. Turns out, it just needed a stronger jump from a truck! The guy was super kind, and walked me through everything. I would definitely recommend this service, and will be sure to reach out if we get stuck again!

Just had a car towed from Manchester to Hampstead - they were friendly and helpful over the phone, and the truck was there by the time I hung up. Just happened to be passing my location when I called, but still pretty impressive. Truck was newer and in great shape, driver was also very friendly and helpful.I’ve dealt with way more tow trucks, tow companies and tow drivers than I care to mention, and Precision knocked it out of the park. Will be keeping their info close at hand for any future towing needs!EDIT - was fortunate enough to have their assistance again today - 9/27/21 - my driver was Donnie, and he was awesome. Two late night calls for roadside assistance in freezing temps, two no shows, two hours wasted. Call center was professional and helpful but driver(s) no show. Ok not to be available, but they should just say so, so I can get help elsewhere.

Precision towing was assigned to me for roadside assistance by my insurance company. I informed the driver that my daughter who is an infant and wife were in the car and had tested positive for COVID. I informed them that our windows would remain closed and asked if they could just open my hood and give us a jump remaining socially distance but the “boss” refused to let the driver assist. They refused to give us a jump start and the driver left. I had and INFANT IN THE CAR and the temperature was close to freezing. I hope anyone reading this uses this as a cautionary tale and steers clear.

These guys see me all to often and always have a great attitude especially below zero w/dead battery and or no keys! They find a way and there my first call locally everytime.

They were dispatched through aaa, driver showed up and I try to be pleasant and ask him how its going and he responds with not good told him my bmw wouldnt start and he said unless I had a tow hook he cant tow my car cause his strap broke the night before. Dont really know why they sent him them, he then proceeds to insult me by saying he feels sorry that i have to drive my car. I actually like my car and dont really care to hear that kind of stuff. He then informs me he called aaa and said he cant do the job and to send a different company. New driver from different company was very nice and i informed aaa to not send precision for any future calls.

Lady on the phone was super nice, but tow didnt show for 2 or more hours and I didnt even get a call back. The poor lady who came into my place of work had to wait an additional hour for another company to get her car.

Just had my car towed from my house to body shop. Tow truck driver Joe came by within 2 hours since my request over the phone. He was very assistive, patient and polite despite the fact that I could not get out to him right away after he came as I was on a phone. He brought my car and myself with no problem and dropped it off by the garage. Cost of towing was great and the service was great as well! Very pleased with this towing company. Highly recommend for all to use!

I was in a motor vehicle accident at 4pm this afternoon. At 6:30pm I was told to expect a driver by 7:30pm. At 7:30 pm I was told they would arrive by 8:30pm. At 8:30 pm I was told they had already picked up my vehicle as I was still standing next to said vehicle. They even cited the road and the make and model of my car, incorrect color however. My apologies to whoevers vehicle was towed in place of my own. At 9pm I was told the driver was in route and would be contacting me shortly. At 9:30 I called again because I still had not heard from anyone. I was informed that the driver was busy now with another vehicle and would be in touch with me next. Now its dark, Im still on the side of the road, and no, I still have not heard from a driver. 9:45 pm. If zero stars were an option, thats what Id give them. Another review stated if their services were free it still wouldnt be a good deal. I cannot agree more.Update: At 10 I was told again the driver would call me and be there within 15 minutes. At 10:30 pm I opted to call another company and pay out of pocket instead of having my insurance company cover the tow (the only reason for me using this company to begin with). At 10:45 the other company showed up and had me on a flat bed within 10 minutes. Save your time people and call Queen City Towing first, they were amazing!

Their office, with trucks in the driveway, were 4min away. So, 43min later, someone comes, is with us for 8min. Just connected a chain from my vehicle to his and pulled me 3feet out of the mud. Then, before un-hooking the chain, told me $150!!! Rediculous. Talk about taking advantage!

Had my truck towed for a service related issue. Truck was undriveable so needed to be towed. Truck was in park, driver didnt take the time to get it out of park and didnt want to remove a dash panel to do so, so decided to drag it instead. Turning the corner of the driveway the flatbed of the truck collided with the rear bumper. Dented the steel bumper and misaligned the exhuast hanger. Driver felt bad and offered me to speak with his boss. It was a tough driveway to get out of but should have been placed on the flatbed rather than dragged. Called and left a message with owner Friday, havent heard back. Called the office and left a message with them. Spoke with office manager Tuesday and requested a call back. Still nothing. Just called again (Wednesday) and am supposed to get a call back today.Owner called me back and offered to make it right however we needed to make it happen. Its unfortunate, but we all know accidents happen. When an owner/company makes good on it, thats what matters in the end. Driver was doing his best to help me out and misjudged the turn. Honest mistake.

I had a great experience with precision. From beginning to end. The initial call I was greeted by a woman (I didnt catch her name) who was very polite & efficient. I told her I was calling for an estimate for a tow, so she took all my info and told me one of the drivers would call me back soon with an estimate. Within 10 minutes their driver Dave called me back, I explained my situation and gave him my info. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, (which also was the cheapest out of 3-4 other towing companies I had already called) & told me he could come immediately if needed. He arrived ²⁰-30mins later & was extremely friendly, helpful, & efficient. He went above & beyond & even helped push my vehicle to make sure it was parked perfectly in the tight spot we had to work with all while making a few of us laugh in the meantime! He definitely deserves a raise! Thank you Dave & precision towing! You saved the day!

Big shout out to NICK the flat bed driver I got in a jam yesterday and had 2 tires blowout on me so I wasn’t the happiest guy but nick shows up very professional joking around a hell of a personality dropped my car right in my driveway and even helped me jack it up after super nice guy. Worst service i have ever had for anything in my entire life. Left my mom for 5 hours after canceling and never notifying her. I just used them and they canceled again without notifying me. Four days later after no one ever got my car and my mechanic telling me it never got to his yard they tried saying they are to busy to get it. They got it but messed my allignment up completely. Customer service is awful owner was never available to speak to compete lack of knowledge of whats going on. I would never reccomend this awful business or ever use them again. If I could give less stars I would.

Seemed friendly enough when I called for a tow around 11 pm for my teenage son who was stranded after trying to fix a tire twice. We called back every hour to gently request an update, and as of 2 am, we received no assistance with repeated tales of escalating the issue. The tow we called right after 2 am was there within 15 minutes. I am so disappointed we waited to call another tow....would have saved us a lot of time, headache, and mosquito bites!

Called this company at midnight when my car blew a timing belt and they were friendly and came within 20 minutes to get me. The driver was nice and friendly and did a great job getting my car in my difficult driveway! Prices was under$100 which was surprisingly great.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The driver didnt know exactly where I was on the side of the highway so after a few minutes of describing the location, he found where I was. Every time I apologized for not knowing the exact location he said no problem at all, he understood and was very helpful getting the tire replaced. I wish I got his name because he definitely needs a raise for what he deals with and he doesnt complain.Thank you for your help!!!

I am from Nashua, and I had the misfortune of breaking down in Manchester, not once, but twice in a six week period. I saw one of their trucks nearby so I called them. On both occasions they got to me in about a half an hour. Their drivers were very personable, friendly, and good at what they do. So it cost $150 to get me and my car back to Nashua each time. But done safely. I think I should join AAA just the same!

Once again needed to use tow truck and they were big help. Driver Mark was nice, helpful, and patient, towing my car to a needed place. Good service and I’m grateful to this towing company!

Called my insurance company around 5:30 this morning in order to dispatch a roadside service call for fuel. Precision received the call between 5:30 and 5:45, and accepted it with an ETA of 6:45-650.No show.I called the third party service that my insurance company uses at 7:15, they connect me to a female dispatch for Precision, who has no clue what I am talking about. Awesome.I finally get a call from the driver saying oh sorry we are running late, giving me the excuse that he had another call and doesnt have a lot of drivers on in the morning. Not my problem, you contracted to provide a service. So he tells me half an hour.Half an hour later, still no show, I call my insurance company and they tell me they will have to dispatch it to somebody else because apparently Precision Towing in Manchester cant fulfill the request.Good job guys, thanks for wasting my time.I wouldnt recommend you if you were offering service for free.

I had an accident at 2 am (Friday morning)and needed a quick tow to repair shop. Driver responded quickly and I explained where I wanted the car brought. Driver informed me that if he towed to his shop then in morning could tow to repair shop the insurance would cover the tow and I would not need to wait to be reimbursed. I agree and he stated it would be towed the following morning to repair shop. In the morning I contacted the repair shop and insurance company and set things in motion. The repair shop informed me car was not there yet. I went to Precision office and was told there was a misunderstanding because driver did not tell them to bring to repair shop. They advised me they would get their asap. On the following Monday afternoon the agent called to say they went to look st car and it was not at repair shop. I called Precision and was told they were busy but would get it there next day. $650.00 was bill presented to repair shop for tow and storage.Storage????. I called and asked for copy of bill and office personnel would not provide me with this information or give me any information as to the breakdown of the $650.00. Both the repair shop and insurance company agreed it was an outrageous amount.

Great experience! My car battery has died a couple of times over the past week, and I wasn’t able to get it running. They came by, jump started my car, and towed my car to my dealership for repair. Very easy process and price wasn’t bad. The person who came by was extremely nice. Thanks for the help!

They suck. The office person said they closed at 5, I got there at 5:02 and the office was still open but they charged me an extra $40 for after hours.

Today I had to have precision towing come out and service us twice. The first time was for a lock out - progressive insurance had them come out and handle. The second time was to tow a vehicle to a car shop. At first I didn’t know what to expect because of their reviews. I must say their negative reviews are not reflective of their professionalism and sincere care for the customer. 5 stars!! I had a flat tire today and a gentlman came out to me and didnt just put the donut on like I expected....he found the leak & repaired it. All in under 3 minutes! Call to voice a safety concern with a tow truck driver and the owner of Precision Towing was very snappy on the phone and chose it was acceptable to give out my cell phone number to have someone spam me with 6 texts rapid fire. just because he didnt agree with me. Not the kind of company you want to give personal information to apparently... sketchy bunch.

My car insurance company had used this company. The technician who is supposed to be towing my wifes car isnt answering the phone and is ignoring my insurance companys phone calls. My insurance company is having a difficult time reaching out with the driver. This companys professional level is low. Their dispatch cant keep track of their drivers and are having a difficult time reaching their drivers. I understand that the drivers are busy however, at least make an attempt to reach out to the dispatcher to update them to notify them where you are or find a way to track where the driver is.

To begin, I shall outline the series of events that had transpired prior to their arrival. While driving I hear a thud, a thud of the century that birthed a noise that sounded like a tyre had flown off the car. So, I pull over and then go to call Blue Link (Hyundai) and they are supposed to come change my tyre and proclaim they will have someone over ASAP, take note its 5:48am, and they only seem to arrive around 7:00am. This delay was definitely not really justifiable due to their opening time, yet overall the service had been good, so, Ill likely not rate them lower since by the time they had arrived the service was overall proper.

Precision Towing has provided excellent customer service. I called for jump starting my car and the mechanic arrived immediately, on time, and successfully made the repair. Highly recommend Precisions speedy and professional services.

If you ever need roadside help, Precision are the people to call. They were on time, and very respectful of my newly paved driveway. The driver carried his jack up to my garage to change my tire on my EXPENSIVE ANTIQUE CAR with Titanium rims. Rip off! My husbands truck broke down. We have roadside assistance. They pay $100 and we pay balance. Well what a rip off they are! For approximately 15 Miles they charged an additional $134.00!! I call BS! I have had it towed before for an additional$50.00. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them! Just not right! Shame on them. Just disgusted 😤

We were broke down on the side of 93 southbound in my 1984 camper, When the driver Rick (not the owner) showed up he was extremely helpful. He had a great attitude and very impressionable. I would recommend Rick at Precision Towing anytime if you are broken down and need help.

I had a vehicle stolen, it was crashed 45 minutes away and several towns over. The local police had the wreck cleaned up and towed by Precision. The whole situation was a mess but John was excellent to work with and very reasonable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them!

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!They ruined my ignition by ripping my key fob out in accessory mode and killed my battery. They refuse to even send someone out to jump my car and are telling me the damage is ‘impossible’ to do when my car was in accessory mode when I got in and tried to put my key in.My ignition is literally ruined by these people who claim to be professionals and the OWNER HIMSELF refused to even send someone out to jump my car without money.They are slimy people who refuse to even fix their own mistakes!

I blew a tire trying to get out of the way of a fire truck, and just short of the airport. They could have taken me to the cleaners, as I was desperate to get on that plane and go on vacation. Instead, the driver took me to the airport, then went back for my Jeep... towing it to the Firestone place and not charging me a penny extra. I never imagined Id write a positive review of a towing company... but Nick and Precision were me heroes last week...

I locked myself out of my vehicle on my lunch break today. After being turned down by PD, I called Precision. It was only about 15 minutes from the time they took my call til I had my jeep open and receipt for services in my hand. I cannot thank them enough for being so quick to come to my rescue.
