We had the best experience living at AMLI Wallingford! From the very start we had great help from Ryan and Christian in the office with finding us a place that would work best for us and then at the end they made the moving out process so easy as well as helped us with some issues we were having with our moving company. The building is beautiful and so well maintained by the maintenance staff, who are also so friendly! The gym has everything you could need and the views from the roofs (multiple!!) are beautiful. The response rate if we needed something for the apartment was always so fast.We have a dog and the whole complex was super dog friendly and the location is AMAZING just blocks away from Gas Works and Fremont. We relocated from Seattle or we would still be living in this awesome place! I can’t recommend enough. We also always were able to find parking on the street and felt safe walking around the area at night.

When we first were looking for a new home we knew instantly Amli Wallingford is where we wanted to be. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are awesome, and the staff couldnt be better! They really want to make you feel at home, and they go above and beyond to make living here a great experience!

I’ve lived here for two years and love this apartment. Aside from being really nice, the apartment management is the best management I’ve ever had. They respond to emails fast and fix things right away. They’re very accommodating and responsive and go the extra mile to ensure the residents are taken care of. Love living here and would highly recommend.

My wife Chris and I have lived at AMLI Wallingford in the Northeast building since it opened in the winter of 2017.We just entered another lease renewal and are very happy to be doing so.This has been a wonderful home for us. The Staff is very personable and responsive in both the leasing office and in maintenance. Because AMLI Wallingford is not a mega-facility, the Staff gets to know you by name and always has a welcoming word.The building common areas and amenities are well kept, clean and modern.In this difficult 2020, the Staff has worked to find the balance to keep residents safe, adhere to State mandates and maintain augmented cleansing of common and amenity spaces. To the extent possible, they have made amenities available.Obviously, AMLI is an apartment, but with beautiful apartment space, the location, the amenities and the Staff, this is a special place to call home.AMLI Wallingford, having it’s incredible neighborhood location on the Burke-Gilman Trail, and central to downtown in minutes, is an amazing value and unique opportunity for anyone looking for a place to live.

Been living at the AMLI for 2 years and just renewed my lease for the 3rd year. The friendly team at AMLI Wallingford have been exceptional; quick response times, very communicative with ever changing needs/city restrictions during 2020. Quick turnaround time for service requests, the property is clean and very well maintained. Well-constructed, beautiful property in a great location. Highly recommend.

Weve been at AMLI Wallingford for just over 2 years now and love it. The location is perfect- right next to Gas Works park, the Burke Gilman, and so many restaurants/bars! The staff is also always so responsive and immediately addresses any maintenance items.I love all of the amenities but my favorite ones are all of the rooftops. We recently got a puppy and have loved having a rooftop pet relief area. It has been so convenient especially since we have to take our pup out so often.

I have lived at the Wallingford Amli community now for several months and have been very happy with my choice of apartment community and plan on staying for a long while. Christian was wonderful during the entire process of choosing an apartment layout, applying for my chosen unit, and then the process of moving in. Additionally, maintenance requests are taken care of as soon as possible and professionally by wonderful maintenance crew who are respectful and kind. It has also been an amazing community for my dog, with a convenient roof top dog area and a dog spa. Everything is clean, quiet, and the people Ive met has been really welcoming and kind.

Amli Wallingford is great! I have lived here going on 4 years now and have never met a more friendly and community invested staff. They are beyond accommodating and go out of their way to make the property feel like a community. Theres a wide range of amazing amenities ranging form a wood shop, dog run, multiple rooftop BBQ spaces with great views of Lake Union.

Almost was unfortunate enough to lease an apartment here but they couldn’t understand bank statements and wanted access to my investment information. There is never a reason an apartment complex should need your investment account. The guy seemed like he was not all there and trying to scam residents. I’ve used bank statements to get loans and apartments for years but these people wanted in my investment accounts and asking to have a min of $60k to lease their low grade apartments.Beware when giving your information to these people.

Id like to call out the excellent customer service we received at your AMLI Wallingford property. Our sales agent Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and courteous when we first viewed the apartment and he was very responsive to follow up questions we had later. Unfortunately, due to a change of circumstances with our current living arrangement, we ended up canceling before our move-in date. It is at moments like this when you learn whether the company you are working with truly values its customer relationships. This was a somewhat stressful time for me and Im pleased to say that your customer service was exceptional. I will definitely consider your apartment community the next time my lease comes due.

Nice apartments, too expensive for what they are worth, paper thin walls, bad neighbors, had the car garage broken into several times in my sat ya and you pay extra for a parking garage to stop that reason and the bike garage got broken into several times, needs better security. Work out area is kinda a joke, game room is kinda neat. Overall... can be a LOT better!

I moved to Amli Wallingford about 6 months ago and finally feel ready to provide a candid review. Im giving 5 stars because my experience here has been really fantastic so far. While there are cons associated with apartment living, the pros far weigh any drawbacks. If you are looking for a centrally located community with good amenities and modern decor, then Amli Wallingford is it. Below are key factors leading to my 5 star review:1. Highly accountable and responsive staff. Ryan and Christian from the leasing office are top notch. I am always provided with fast and thoughtful responses to any email I send, and they do a great job keeping everyone in the community up to date on happenings. Ive had some noise disturbances (expected when living in an apartment), and each time the leasing office has been understanding and helpful. Beyond the leasing office the maintenance and housekeeping staff are awesome. Jose is always happy to help on any repair/maintenance request and the housekeeping staff are present and on top of keeping common areas clean. A subtle but really lovely perk is the aroma throughout the buildings--stop by for a visit and youll instantly understand!2. Value. At my current rental price I think this is an incredible value for what you get in terms of living environment. If youre looking at Amli Wallingford then you are already considering higher end and higher priced apartments. From my extensive search I can honestly say that I dont regret my choice to sign a lease here one bit. In fact, unless my rent spikes I cant see myself living anywhere else for the foreseeable future. Its a really great place and Im proud to call it home.3. Amenities. Although Covid has reduced access to shared amenities, I will say the dog wash is such a huge bonus. I love the roof top decks and the office space came in very handy when I needed to work from home but didnt yet have internet. I havent used the gym yet but I am excited to once Covid restrictions are lifted.4. Location. You cant beat having Gas Works Park right at your door step!I hope this review helps anyone on the fence! Exorbitant pricing with a vague and random structure of fees. Terse and standoffish staff.A frankly dead feeling social atmosphere. Buildings are half occupied, or at least appear that way. So many vacancies around town, could no longer come up with a valid justification for living there, so active moving to a facility with identical amenities for $300 less per month.

BEST staff and a super cool community. Ive lived all over the US and coming back to Seattle it was hard to find housing for the right price. AMLI Wallingford beat out of ton of cost comparison shopping and to top it off, the service didnt stop after move in. Thank you!

From the staff, amenities, architecture, interiors, AMLI Wallingford is a 5 star apartment complex all the way. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views, excellent gym, amazing common areas. Super grateful to have found this place.

Garbage. Literally garbage everywhere. In the 16 months I lived there the garbage was always an issue.Want to get a package? Good LUCK. Youll have to track it down. Dont expect to get a package on sat or sunday.Car was broken into 4 times in a year. In a LOCKED GARAGE.For 600SQ FT they upped my rent by 1200 dollars with NO NOTICE. I went from $2400 to $3600.They literally stole my security deposit. How I could do 2K worth of DMG is beyond me. No itemized list of damage.The girl manager constantly looks like she would fight you, for saying anything. When I found out they stole 1K from me, she took it personal. Like it was her money.I hope the homeless people take over the area and cause the value to plummet. Im sorry for ever walking into this horrible place.Also I hope you like fees on top of your fees. For the CONVENIENCE of garbage living.Edit:Lulz at the Terrible Management for not owning up. Look at that pitiful response. But that sounds par for the course for a dump full of garbage.

The location is spectacular with so many places to easily ride or bike with access to the Burke Gilman Trail and Gas Works Park at the end of the street, and Essential Baking company only a block away. Lush green patios on the first floor, impeccable rooftop views with bbq stations, High ceilings, and great finishes and amenities. There have been a few car break-ins for those parked on the street and garage parking is $200 (double what I paid in Pioneer Square), but the location and everything else make up for it. Office staff are very responsive and friendly.

PREMIUM move-in experience a month ago with Ryan. Ryan went above and beyond helping unload some very heavy boxes from my U-Haul as I was moving, alone, to a new city. He even stayed late to ensure everything was squared away! I expected high quality based on the reviews (the lower reviews are almost entirely people that never lived here) but I was blown away with the attentiveness and hospitality. This was very meaningful due to having moved to Seattle solo! I had an easy paperwork process, emails with photos of the apartment I was interested in prior to signing anything, very communicative exchanges, and the complex is amazing with great amenities! After a month in, Im very pleased with my choice in AMLI Wallingford.
