This staff is always friendly and for guys who like to keep there eyebrows groomed, the staff does a good job of cleaning up the brows but not shaping them too much to lose a masculine feel. Definitely recommend!

I have been coming here for a little over 7 years now and I have always loved the eyebrow threading service they provide here. As of recently, I feel as if the customer service aspect has been declining. There have been a few too many times where I have been turned away because they couldn’t fit me in before close, even though I am there 30-40 min prior and there are only a few people ahead of me. I work 2 jobs, I have limited availability. I drive 30 min to get here, so there is no sense in me calling to see if they are busy, as it will be different by the time I get there. The “waitlist” option requires you to go into the salon to sign in. If the last customer you take is before closing, make that clear in your hours. Because of this you lost a loyal customer.

Veena is the best! She fixed my uneven eyebrows that I’ve been unable to fix for years in one session! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

They are quick and precise. I love having a membership, so I don’t have to pay every time and get a discount.

They my tipped them selves on my card. So they basically stole from me and committed fraud. Make sure to Check your accounts the day after You go in. They also made me bleed. Definitely not the place it was a few years ago.

I’ve never cried over my eyebrows until today. They are usually full and thick, but after my appointment today they are the thinnest i’ve ever seen and have the least arch ever :( I can’t even look in the mirror without crying because they are SO THIN and look like worms.

If you go here get your brows done with the younger girl. The other lady did mine today and they are so thin. I told her all I wanted was a clean up and didn’t want my brows thin. She also made them uneven and didn’t clean them all the way. I miss the other lady they used to have :(

Great brow threading here! I really like the staff and prices here. Buying a 10 pack saves a few bucks and I can just walk in and out quickly.I do recommend researching threading before you visit- its more painful to me than waxing but the results are sharp.The Northgate location is really nice too!

Quick, easy brow work. The store is quiet instead of the mall hustle and bustle. My brows arent 100% perfect but better than when I came in.

Weekends are usually the busiest. Not very pleased when my wait time was almost up to an hour. Seating is limited so many people have to be left standing. Staff is many times short. Several times consisting of 2 people trying to attend 15 people. Resulting in several customers just leaving. You should plan to arrive early if you have any plans at certain times. Its extremely quite in that small salon. No music, no movies, no news, no nothing. And when they did decide to put something on the small screen on the back, it was about a live chicken being gutted, defeathered and cut into pieces(no censor).The video continued to play and they only changed it after they noticed all of the customers just staring. I felt like it was being inconsiderate to customers. I personally dont have a real big problem against it because I eat meat but it was still kinda uncomfortable and I wouldnt exactly like to see a chicken being butchered at a beauty salon. Besides all of that, I did okay like the service. It didnt take them long to do my eyebrows. I would say about 3-5 minutes and my eyebrows looked good.

Ive been seeing Manisha at this location for over a decade and have continuously been satisfied with how she treats me! She listens to personal/shape preferences, takes her time, and always makes it a pleasant experience. They have good promotions on threading sessions periodically and have two locations at the mall, a booth inside the mall and a suite in the Village area. Great place to get anything threaded!

I went and made an appointment like the signed said. There were only two in front of me. I waited for 45 minuets before getting a text to come back. I went back and the lady that was working there ignored me even after having an appointment and started working on someone else. I will never come back to this place.

Had my first brow threading here today and it was amazing! Harmail was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, funny, and very skilled with the thread. I also really love the deals they have. I will definitely be coming back for future brow upkeep!

I think they should really respect my wishes on how I wanted my shape instead of giving me thin eyebrows but all in all I just need to learn how to do my own brows....

I’ve gone to Manisha at the salon for quite some time now, she’s the best! My brows always look so good after she’s done with them. I used to get them waxed, but would always break out. Never again after threading! Manisha is friendly and always remembers me, even when it has been a long time between visits. Highly recommended! :)

I have been to Brow Arc twice now to get henna tattoos on my hands. Veena does an awesome job. She can look at a picture or free hand great designs. Will definitely be back for more henna!

I usually get my brows done here and am always satisfied however last time I used the kiosk at the mall and I usually get them done by the same two people however this person seemed new she unfortunately removed the arch in my eyebrows and made them SUPER THIN I was very upset. I also got a super bad reaction bumps all over my eyebrows:/

Ive never had an issue until today 12/2/2016...went in to have my eyebrows cleaned up not shaped. Came out with not 1 but 2 bald spots(on the same brow) and one shaped totally different from the other(she was done in less than 2 minutes). If you do decide to go here Id suggest you have the older lady with glasses (she takes her time and isnt as rough)do your eyebrows, Ive never had an issue with her.

One girl that works there has done my eyebrows for two years and does a fabulous job. So if I was talking about her & how awesome she is Id give a five star rating. However; I am leaving a review for this experience specifically because of how horrible and horrific it was. the last time I went there I got a newer lady and she was incredibly rushed and ended up infecting my eye. My left eye wouldnt open for 4 days. My pain tolerance is usually incredibly high but I was in tears every night because I could barley even fall asleep. I had to buy an eye cream for it to open again that costed over 20.00. I still have a scar above my eyebrow. She was in such a hurry that she didnt even put the cooling gel on my brows afterwards. To this day it is still a little bit sensitive to the touch. My recommendation for this place is to stick with the people you know who do a good job and make appointments ahead of time so you dont have the experience I did.

I am so absolutely grateful for Manisha!!!! I have tried about 10 different places, from West Seattle area to the East side and all the way up to Everett to find that one right person who knows how to make my eyebrows perfect, and thankfully I have found her! I would definitely recommend asking for her if your in a similar situation with wanting to find someone who is consistent with their work. The other ladies here of course are great but again I admire someone who is consistent and Manisha definitely is. I have moved to Marysville recently and I dont care how far the drive is especially since she is worth it!

WORST EVER!!!! STAY AWAY!!!I went to the location inside the mall to shape up my brows. I have never tried this, and I thought I would treat myself due to my daughter graduating. When I walked up, I was pointed to a chair. No hello, no how is your day... nothing. Just a finger.I sat down in the chair and started looking at the pictures. I wasnt sure what to do, as it was my 1st time. The woman came up and told me to put my head back. She then started yanking out my brows. I figured I would just let her do what she does. I mean she does this multiple times a day, right? She never said a word the entire process. She finished and handed me a mirror. It was almost impossible for me to see with all the tears in my eyes. I did, however, notice that half my eyebrows were gone (and they were fairly thin already). What could I say? Could you please put them back? I paid and left. My daughter came up to me and had a strange look on her face. She brought me immediately back and told the woman that my brows were 2 different shapes. 1 angled at the nose, the other slanted. The woman actually rolled her eyes and said, I do this all day long. Your moms eyebrows grow like that. My daughter insisted she at least make them even. She filled one in with powder and said, There, she just needs to fill them in. My daughter again insisted she make them the same shape. She turned around to another woman and said something in another language and sighed very heavy and told me to get back in the chair. She pulled out a few hairs and showed me a mirror. It looked terrible!!!! 1 is now half the side of the other, and are still misshapen!!! I just wanted to leave at that point, and I did. I will never go back, and I strongly urge others to do the same!!!

Like a few gave reviews above. Few of the staff are very rude and does very bad job. This is my 4th visit and this time the regular people were not present and the one’s who were there were very rude and my eyes and lips got cuts.I stopped my membership. It’s very expensive and I would expect a better work.

HORRIBLE. I have blonde eyebrows and have had my eyebrows done before so they werent bad at all. I came in and told her I just wanted a clean up and to keep the shape. As I sat down, she told me my eyebrows were different and that she needed to fix it. WHICH THEYRE NOT. As she proceeded to fix my eyebrows, I could feel her pull out ALL of the actual eyebrow. She handed me the mirror and my eyebrows were GONE. I went from actually having eyebrows to now just having thin worms on my forehead. I got home and bawled in front of the mirror but that woman made me even more self conscious. Since when are thin eyebrows in?!

Its hard to decide how many stars since the experience can vary so much. Manisha is wonderfully talented at threading and I have no complaints when she does my eye brow service—which I aim for now and will wait for her availability. Make sure to speak up at the start of the service if you want something in particular with your eye brows, else they tend to just jump right in and do their thing. One day, when Manisha was not present, I tried the person present and she did a fairly good job, though had music playing from a device in her pocket which was a little annoying. Another threader that was present in the kiosk (before the salon opened) was very rough. Ive been avoiding the kiosk for a while now and aim for Manishas talent!

I go to this place every time I need my brows done, my mom has been going here religiously and I started to do the same. But beware: only do your eyebrows with Manishe. ONLY. Manishe does your eyebrows as lightly as possible, and it does not hurt. My mom always goes here for Manishe too, if she does not see her, then I guess we arent doing our eyebrows today. Manishe listens to you when you want something changed but if you dont say anything she does her thing, and just cleans up the extra hair that grows, things like that. I havent had a bad experience here, because I have only went to Manishe. The one time I did not go to Manishe, I dont know what her name was but at the end I saw that there were many hairs that she still had not plucked, after I mentioned them she said that she could not get them out since they were too small. Manishe always got them out fine. Besides from that, Its a good location too, because I live near Alderwood Mall. Very convenient if I need to shop or want to grab a bite after I do my eyebrows.

I just called to ask for eyebrow prices and they just said 15 dollars then proceeded to hang up. what a lovely phone call makes me not want to even go here.

I have had five different ladies do my eyebrows and out of the five my two favorite are Shabnam and Manisha!! They both shape my eyebrows very nicely and when Manisha does my eyebrows I dont feel any pain!! I am very pleased with these to ladies!!

I go there since it was started. Tried different ladies in the begining. My face got so many scabs from rough therading. But after couple of visits,I found Manishe Thakker. Oh what a difference. I never go to any one else. If she is not there, I leave. I have heard from other people the same too. Can she train others too?
