Good gym to work out in, has a good variety of machines and good prices. Also the owner seems to genuinely care for his establishment and invests his time and money in it which is always nice.

Love the gym! The trainers were awesome helping me get a safe workout regimen that was right for me. Also, tanning beds actually work (#3 bed is a little hard to hold down until you find the sweet spot). All the staff are friendly and I was able to meet some new friends while there. And if you like the health foods and shakes they have some great stuff.

Nice little gym. No complaints at all. I started going last week. Much better to deal with than Planet Fitness that I went to 3 days a week for several years until the shutdown. Too many rules at PF.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. You can see how well sanitized they are maintaining the facility and equipment. The staff is very genuine and caring.

The people there a friendly very helpful its very clean facility.

If you were looking for a place that overall does a decent job with providing machines, tanning and a sauna, WBO can take care of that. Overall they are a decent organization.

This business will trash your credit by making false collections against you, even if you have never signed a contract with them. Stay away at all costs.

I love the gym but the equipment in the ladies preferred room is lacking. Treadmills really need upgraded.

Start going here for a couple of weeks the place is clean, people leave you alone but are friendly. Great staff

Great gym! Im a personal trainer myself and have been to a lot of different gyms. What stood out for me at this one was the extremely friendly staff and positive vibes. Its pretty spacious, clean, and has a pretty complete selection of equipment. :) Seems the YMCA is the only other gym in the area, which if your main agenda is a good workout.. has much less of a selection of equipment. I also really appreciate that WBO offers a 3-day free trial! Thanks guys!

Love this place. All of the staff are great: helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I enjoy classes, as opposed to equipment training, so I was really pleased to see the wide variety of classes that are available. Im trying stuff Ive never done before, and the instructors are great about helping you work out at your own level.

I have tried to cancel my membership after the contract expired and I have been given 3 different email addresses and they have not responded. I even called the billing company and they said they cant do anything.

First, they charged my monthly fee during the Covid19 shutdown. I still havent gotten that back. They reopened early, before the governor allowed them to. Not one person besides my son and I wore a mask or wiped anything down after using the machines. When I told Dylan that we were cancelling our membership he tried to tell me that we would be charged a $100 cancellation fee! Apparently he didnt read the contract which states that he must allow people to cancel during a shutdown. To this day not one person wears a mask at the gym.

Cuz its the optimal gym experience. Open hours are way suitable. The staff is knowledgeable and cordial. Workout Classes are numerable. There is a sauna with a tv as well as on treadmills. Oh...and a tanning bed is readily available. The locker rooms are actually classy! The healthy shake bar is an asset. What else can I state? But there IS more to say, but please come find out for yourself. And you wouldnt be at all dissapointed here at WBO Waynesboro.

WBO is an awesome gym. With few available locally, its great to see a small, locally owned club that is clean, inviting and that has a wide range of equipment and classes to offer. I recommend the personal trainers!

I signed up for a membership. I did. I am glad they offer the three day pass because when I first walked in I wouldnt have went for it. After I had three good workout days I now view the place in a different mindset. It is a different type of atmosphere. I had another guy working out ask me if he could rotate in with me between sets. I respect that, we were both able to use the machine- and it kinda opened my eyes to the fact a gym is a shared environment. I am used to people being possessive of machines. In my two days here I also had two people come up to me and give me personal tips and preferences. People are friendlier here because it is more of a community than other gyms I have been to.Visit the gym, meet the people, get a good workout in- and then evaluate it for yourself instead of taking other peoples opinions. Thats what I did.

Great gym i been here for 3 months mostly at night. The people are great. By far the cleanest gym i been to! Everything is usually available but ppl are friendly enough to let you work in. One request, can you guys get some other hammer strength equipment like the seated chest press?

The staff really make u feel at home. I love working out there. There are so many options to workout and offers to take and benefit from!

Just signed up within the week great so far equipment is in very good condition very clean gym the staff walks around regularly and wipes down the equipment.Another thing Id like to add the treadmills have little 13inch TV attached to them were you can change the channel from the treadmill very cool . Lots of free weights and machines to use they should add photos to there website . The best part is the price I was surprised when the rate was under 30 bucs

This location has very friendly and helpful staff. They have a good variety of equipment, a movie room with treadmills so you can multitask, classes, and a workout room downstairs. They accept the Silver Sneakers and Prime Fitness programs.

This is the best gym...and the only viable option for the Waynesboro area! Owners are awesome, members are awesome. Everyone is helpful and super friendly!

My boyfriend convinced me to start going here because hes been a member for many years and Im SO glad I agreed! The place is very clean, which was highly important to me. I go in the late afternoon after work and theres always open machines for me to use. The free weights are organized and the members always rerack their weights after using them so Im not stuck removing 200 pounds off each bar. The staff is very friendly and say hi each time I walk in. The other members are so nice also! They give me pointers on different exercises, ask to rotate sets in, and support me when Im struggling through a set. The atmosphere is positive and the members/staff are like a family. Memberships are reasonable and completely worth it!

Look for the big ugly w on the building. Cant miss it

I spent the summer near Waynesboro and finally had the chance to get to Golds Gym. I highly recommend it! Great equipment, reasonably priced. They even have a cardio-movie-theater - very impressive! Great workouts. Nice staff. And great Protein shakes!

Solid gym, the only thing holding it back is space, & the fact that when equipment needs maintenance it usually takes them two or so weeks. Otherwise a pretty alright place to get a good sweat goin.

This is no longer Golds Gym. It is now Waynesboro health and fitness or (WBO). Friendly staff, clean facility, and lots to choose from. There is a ladies preferred area, Cinama workout room, stretching room, tanning and sauna, weights, kettlebells, and classes offered. Trainers if needed and membership is 24.99 a month. Can not beat that offer. I really enjoy going to WBO.

I started at golds in waynesborow a few months ago. right away the ppl there where helpfull and frienly. ive lost almost 20 lbs and have been getting encouragement every time i go in. i feel comfortable and no matter how bad my day is going a few minuts in the gym and someone has me laughing. i leave in a better mood than i came. you cant get that from anyother gym ive been in. i dont think ill ever stop going to golds
