Im giving one star based on a couple of interactions Ive had with the manager, Chris, and his dismissal of complaints about the steam room. This manager seems to care less that the steam room is constantly not working well. I dont want to hear that no one has complained about it in 2 months. Im complaining about it. It doesnt work! Very unprofessional management! I do not want to continue with my membership anywhere where the manager doesnt care about your complaint and speaks to you in the manner this man did today!

It was a good visit. The gym is adequate in size and has all the amenities that I need. The most important asset about it is they dont restrict you on what facemasks you can wear during the coronavirus pandemic. My former gym did and hence I left them after 12 years because of it. I joined this gym today and they are a lot nicer here than my former gym.

The people thats it from the members to the employes are awesome

Great gym for everyone . Lots of talented staff helping everyone get the best results possible and a lot of classes that are aimed at rehabbing injuries or getting in shape in fun aerobics classes . They have a nice pool, free weights, machines, and lots of cardio equipment . These people are professionals that work with the hospital to make sure they are providing the best experience possible that you can get at a gym

THE FITNESS CLASS TEACHERS ARE VERY ARROGANT, AGEIST, RUDE AND CONDESCENDING . NOT JUST ONE BUT ALL OF THEM. I WAS SO SHOCKED AND OFFENDED, THEY THINK THAT THEY CAN PRETEND TO BE HELPING YOU WHEN IN FACT THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO PUT PEOPLE DOWN BASED ON THEIR PRECONCEIVED STEREOTYPES AND TOTAL IGNORANCE,
