I absolutely love it here! When you work from home, it’s important to have an amazing spot. The views, amenities and location are everything you’d dream of for a swanky apartment complex. Also, the staff: Victor, Eddie, Aaron and Mel are the best- they feel like friends and take good care of everything for you. Whether you need a maintenance request from Aaron or everyday apartment things and leasing from the rest of the team.

Marq is a wonderful place to live. It is really close to Alki and multiple restaurants.Eddie, Melissa and Aaron are all amazing, super friendly and helpful.The only thing I would say is that the walls are a bit thin but that’s usually an issue at any apartment building. Overall, if you are looking to call some place home in West Seattle, look no further than Marq Apartments!

Ive lived at Marq West in West Seattle for about 3 years now and its a great place to call home. The units and amenities are fantastic and the location is convenient. What impresses me most is the level of service provided by the management and staff teams. Their communication, friendliness and care goes above and beyond any expectation one could have when renting. Facilities maintenance is fantastic as well. Weve had a few service requests over the years and I dont think a single one has taken more than 24 hours to resolve - truly incredible. Thanks, Marq West team!

Responsive and personable staff at Marq West. Building was modern, well kept, and had solid amenities to offer. There were only a few things I would change during our 1.5 year stay here, its too bad the bridge closure forced us to move out due to our work commute.

Marq West Seattle has been home to us for 2 years. We have absolutely loved our apartment and especially the staff of Marq West Seattle. The manager Kristofer is extraordinary and goes above and beyond for each and every resident. Greg, the maintenance director is very knowledgeable, responds very quickly and hilarious. Mary, the leasing agent is so warm, welcoming, and also goes the extra mile for residents. The building is pristine, amenities are fabulous, and its rooftop offers the BEST VIEW IN WEST SEATTLE!!!

My daughter lives in the MARQUE West Seattle. I am here taking care of her because she had surgery on Wednesday. This morning, I stopped by the rental office to let them know her toilet was running. 15 minutes later a service technician came to the apartment to check it out. After determining the problem, he immediately fixed it, no more running toilet!!!!. Now thats attention to the tenants and top notch quality customer service. Im impressed and a happy mother. Since I live on the other side of the world from my daughter, its reassuring to know she is well taken care of where she lives. Thank you property management for the quality care of your tenants.

It was a pleasure living here for the past couple years. Kris and Mary are both very personable and you can easily approach them with any concerns you may have. They are always on top of any issues that arise and provide information far in advance about upcoming events that will affect residents. Even maintenance requests are handled swiftly. The staff is not only great at what they do, but they are also wonderful people. Stop by Marq West and see for yourself!

Lived here for 2 years. The Marq West staff are awesome - they know every resident by name and treat you like luxury. The location is convenient for the C Line Rapid Ride bus and a short 15 minute walk to Alaska Junction.

I loved living here and sadly had to move for my job. Mary and Kris are amazing at what they do; they take the time to get to know their residents (even the furry ones), ensure that things are properly functioning, and check in on residents if something arises. The grounds and community areas are well maintained. While I didnt attend any of the social events, they had multiple while I was there. The rooftop has an amazing view of downtown, and the residents even gather there to watch fireworks for 4th of July. Its definitely a nice community, and theres plenty close by. Definitely check them out.

Just moved into a one bedroom at The Marq West Seattle and let me say that five stars cannot do it justice. Kris and Mary have been exceptional in the leasing process. I applied for MFTE housing and they went above and beyond to help my application get processed and accepted! They are kind, professional and always willing to help. I am so excited to start the next step of my journey here!

In Sept 2016, my partner and I applied for a MFTE apartment at Marq West Seattle. Kris, the property manager, told us the process would be a bit long just because of all the paperwork, but his professionalism and efficiency made the process seem almost effortless. We moved in and enjoyed a year living in a great neighborhood and an amazing building surrounded by good neighbors and friendly management.Near the end of our lease, our income had increased and though we could have continued living in the subsidized apartment, we wanted to make room for others who would benefit more. We talked to management about this and they were receptive of our desire to transfer to a different unit. Once we made a decision on which apartment we wanted to transfer to, the process again was very professional and efficient.Aside from being professional, the staff is also personable, friendly and have great senses of humor. These things make living here more comfortable rather than somewhere that may feel more rigid and impersonal. At the same time, the staff isnt overbearing with their friendliness which can sometimes happen at places and make one feel uncomfortable. The balance that management has with regard to being professional and personable is really great.Facilities such as the lounge, rooftop and gym are always in great condition. Service requests are addressed within 24hours. Greg is great at his job and also fun to joke with. Receiving packages, reserving amenities and building inquiries are also straightforward. Mary is always great to talk to. Shes also quick to notice things and doesnt hesitate to give you compliments!Rent and lease management is done online through ActiveBuidling. This gives us the incredible convenience to take care of things on our own time, but again, if we need to discuss anything in person, management has always been ready to help out.As someone who works from home and also has a lot of social anxiety, I have to say that the walls here are pretty great. The walls seem to be of high quality because we typically never hear our neighbors except for when they open their doors to leave/enter their apartments.In summation, this is a great place to live. Also, our cat thoroughly enjoys the big windows.
