The best for color and hair extensions! Katie Carroll does my hair there with tape in extensions and adds blonde highlights. She is so nice and caring and always does a wonderful job. I live out of state but come in to AZ just to see her! Shes AMAZING!

Greeted me warmly, looked carefully at the texture and condition of my hair, listened to what I wanted then gave me the best cut and color I’ve ever had. Hair Stylist Cody does not know how to put in extensions .They started coming out next day and days after that.She tried to blame my thinning hair.Funny I have been wearing extensions and have never had such a bad experience with a stylist.anyone knowing anything about extension placement knows you never put extension at nap of neck.and you never let a client walk out with beads showing that looks like bugs in hair.if she had no clue what to do she should have declined to take care of me.Her experimenting on me cost me pain when she took out and 425.00 for now having no extensions in head and she kept my money .And manager Sandi just stood by instead of making Cody return my money for experimenting on me at my expense.so 425.00 thrown away and now she ruined my extension that I came in with that where purchased new in May.I only needed them lifted.Now out 425.00 for her errors and she tried to present me with a bill for all time she spent with me.it would never take a experienced operator 5 hours to color my hair and put my extensions back in and then she says she is a Fast operator.Hopefully anyone using Cody at Sachs Salon and Spa beware before you use her.i went in with a recommendation obviously from a operator at another salon that turned out to be her friend.Manager Sandi should have insisted Cody return my money since I now have no extensions that she ruined.yes she is not out any money for equipment she is only out her time.i am out both my time my extensions ruined and a very sparse head of hair.

Today I walked in to Sachi in need of a pedicure for an expected dinner date. While they were booked, Dante fit me in for a polish change so I could look presentable. Dante is delightful and she did a beautiful job. I wish that I lived here so I could come back!

We unfortunately had a terrible experience. We set up appointments over a week and a half in advance for my mothers 50th birthday dinner. They gave us the prices of all the services over the phone. For a wash cut and style was $40. She had a 4 o’clock hair appointment and a 5oclock makeup appointment and the receptionist told us to wait in the waiting room until the hair stylist came in. 45 min later we’re still waiting and the receptionist never tried to explain what was happening. She was just trying to avoid the whole situation. I had to go up to her and ask what was going on and all she said was “sorry, the hair stylist is late”. So the make up lady shows up and does her makeup. We don’t have enough time to wash or cut her hair (which she was soo excited about) so we just do a quick curl since we’re already very late. Kristin, the hair stylist curled her hair and never apologized for being late! She just did a quick 10 min curl and then left quickly before we pay up front. The receptionist tells me it is $20 for a curl so I go get my card and when I come back she says sorry I meant $40! I told her we got quoted $40 when we booked for a cut wash and style and she said that every hair stylist is different. So I pay it. I’m very disappointed at the lack of communication and no one even said apologized !!

Eddie Hidder is the BEST. He listens, and we have a good enough relationship that if he thinks I should try a new move with my hair (like grow out my bangs), I can trust his judgment. Just got back from a business trip and heard so many compliments on my hair. He has been doing my cut and color for about a year now, and I couldnt be happier. Hes quick too... Cut and color in a little over a couple of hours? With his experience and his consultative approach, you cant lose.

The staff that manages the appointment book is not very competent. Theyve made mistakes on 2 of my last 4 appointments so Im going to look elsewhere for haircut and color. The stylists do nice work but the salon is more like a Bo-Rics with slightly nicer atmosphere and much higher prices. The salon makes money regardless of service/turnover because they rent the stations to stylists. Better to go to a salon where the stylists are employed by the salon so the salon has a big stake in providing good service.

Came to this salon. Asked to be booked with a master stylist who specializes in dark hair highlighting. I asked for ashy hair but ended up with someone who was very nice, but inexperienced. Needed to come back the same day to fix my orange brassy hair. Was charged full price despite the fact the stylist knew she did not give me what I wanted plus I wasted hours of time and driving. Complained to the manager who is ignoring my complaint. I suggest to find a salon that is accountable and connected to their clients!!!The stylists here rent the chair and work for themselves so have the flexibility to do what they want as it is their own business. You pay each stylist individually, not at the desk. Its a nice place with nice products, but I do not care for the poor customer service. They barely acknowledge you let alone offer you coffee... dont really care about anyone who walks through the door.I came home and had to use drugstore color to fix the tone and went to get prof. products to repair the breakage and damage. The stylist knew I had an important event two days later. Thank GOD I only let her color my hair and not cut it.My brother who is becoming a lawyer but used to be the district manager for Kerastase for California and Arizona was mortified when he saw my hair. Couldnt believe the lack of experience my stylist had and how the manager handled it.STRESSFULL and waste of money and time. Am so disappointed on so many levels. Why is good customer service so hard to find??? Im willing to pay for it.

This was my first visit to this salon. I got my hair cut and partial highlight done Kristen. She was patient hearing out my expectations from this session. My hair looks exactly what I had envisioned. I left a satisfied and happy customer.

When I arrived for my appointment, that was scheduled six weeks ago, I was told that I was not in their system. The receptionist failed to enter me into the system. I drove 45 minutes one way to be informed that I had no appointment. For my trouble, I was made aware of the location for complimentary water.

I came in and was denied my appointment and then was stereotyped for being biracial. The receptionist (named Brittney I think) had announced to the hairstylists that I wanted an ombre on my full WEAVE, repeated it twice VERY LOUDLY. I was in shock and embarrassed because I have thick hair that is all natural, and in no way did I have any weave in my hair. Everyone denied me because they didnt want to deal with the workload of my so called ~weave. I was appalled and left immediately! MORAL OF THE STORY dont come here if you are have ethnic hair, they will assume its fake! 😬

I recently had a drastic new cut done by Josh Howard at Sachi Salon. I could not be any happier with the service, attention and style that he gave to me. He is a true master of the haircut! He pays attention to every last strand of hair and doesnt stop cutting until its perfect!

For the past 10 years, Ive been considering relaxing my hair. In that time, Ive been trying to love and appreciate my curls but it never felt quite right for me. So Ive been searching and searching, going to many different stylists trying to find someone I trusted, who had the same goals of keeping my hair as healthy as possible while getting me as close to the results that I wanted. I found that Sachi Salon offered relaxers and had glowing reviews so I called and made an appointment for a consultation with Devin Fox. First thing I noticed was the kindness! Everyone I came into contact with was kind and genuine. Two qualities I appreciate so much. Devin ask me very in depth questions about my hair and even my ethnicity to better understand my hair type and how it would respond with the chemicals. He gave me realistic expectations about what this relaxer would actually do for my hair, and what my styling regimen would look like after the treatment. Other stylists that Ive had consultations with, simply go over what chemicals I already have in my hair, and price. No matter how many questions I ask, I usually leave feeling uninformed and not excited about the treatment. Not the case with Devin! On top of all this, the price was very reasonable considering the quality of service I was getting. The day of the appointment, I was nervous, but I was immediately put at ease once Devin went to work on my hair. Ive watched many youtube videos about relaxers, and it was very clear to me that Devin had my hairs best interest at heart. As we finished up he trimmed my hair and gave me styling tips to do at home which I appreciated. He answered my many questions with knowledgable and thorough answers. Again, as I left, the staff showed me so much kindness which I appreciate. Fast forward 3 days after the treatment and I have experienced no breakage with my hair, it feels better than I ever could have hoped (especially after a relaxer). My curls have dropped to a beautiful wave and I am so thankful I finally got the balls to do this treatment. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair. Hope he doesnt go anywhere...

I have never had a worse hair experience in my life. im used to Beverly Hills Salons and this place is a wanna be BH salon. Sandy the manager is disgusting. Trust me find someplace else.

I called on friday morning at 9:00 AM to make an appoinment for a 10:30 wash and blow dry. Got there early (around 10:15) - and sat there till 10:45. During that time no offer of water/coffee. At 10:45 I asked the two girls at front desk what the status was. They walked around for a couple minutes, had random conversations and then apologized that they messed up appointment and could I wait until 11:40 for a blow dry. They clearly forgot I was there - and were so busy (I am joking) that they forget to check on a client waiting for 30 minutes. HORRIBLE experience, and the least they could have done was have the manager call my cell and apologize as well. I went to Regis Salon in the Mall (across street) who did a great job) I recommend to NEVER GO TO SACHI

Amazing service

Yesterday I spent $225 to get my hair colored and I got an entirely different color than what I asked for. I literally almost burst into tears when I saw my hair. I have never in my life been to a salon and told the stylist what I wanted and then ended up with exactly the opposite of what I asked for. I’ve never had brown hair in my life and now I do and that was not a choice that I made. My hair looked more like the photo I showed her before she colored it and I did it myself from a box that cost nine dollars. I’m including photos of the photo I showed her vs what she gave me. I’m so upset and my hair looks so bad and I’m leaving for Hawaii tomorrow and have to walk around looking like this. I’ve never been more furious at a service provider in my life. I can’t believe she felt ok about taking my money, but she did. I hate that I’m writing this negative review, but it’s the only thing I can do since she took my money for coloring my hair brown which is not the color I asked for, and I can’t fix my hair before I leave. Livid.
