I love this place and thank you for your service. i love this place. I Was visiting the area and called ahead— was able to get in within 15 min. Granted it was a weekday around 11am. Super clean, friendly staff, meticulous pedicure! I also appreciated that two walk ins came in and were asked to come back later. Sometimes places don’t want to turn away business so they end up cutting your service short trying to get more customers or the walk ins end up waiting an hour! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Scottsdale!

I’m usually never the person to post or write a review but my terrible experience with classy nails needed to be said! I’ve been going to classy nails for almost a year and I was fawned of a couple of different nails techs. When I came in for my nail appointment that was booked out several weeks in advance, someone erased my name from the schedule! I was so upset! The manager did not come over to try and help the situation. Instead, she left the front desk lady to deal with this situation. The level of professionalism was extremely poor in this whole process. The whole staff, including the nail tech I reserved, made me feel like it was my fault that somehow my name got erased from the schedule. Overall, I felt that my time and money weren’t valued at this facility! If I were you I would find a different nail salon that knows how to schedule properly and communicate with their staff better.

I wont go anywhere else. Theyre talented and friendly and the salon is beautiful.

Update- They called me right away to come in and have them fixed. First time here, I loved the shape and my nails overall, but they were so thin that two broke off in a week. I just had them done on the 23rd and two snapped today, right at the top across my natural nail, from brushing my teeth and then folding a blanket, not even from strenuous pressure. After spending $75, I hope this is fixed at no cost. I got them done on 9/23, and its 10/1. Ive never had nails break off after a week. :(

I walked in and was treated like a regular and made feel very comfortable for my gel manicure. The environment was clean and quiet. I would go here again, if in Scottsdale.

The service was amazing; the environment felt relaxing, the music was enjoyable. They made sure everyone was having a good time. Even after they finished, they were willing to fix my nails when i mistakenly messee up the polish. Also, they are excited to try nails designs and do it so beautifully. Im an entrepreneur and travel a lot, so I do not know my schedule weeks ahead of time, especially if you want to get your nails done by Trish. With Trish you have to book appointments three weeks ahead. While Trish has great skills to getting your nails done to near perfection, shes very unprofessional with scheduling and how she has treated me. First she confuses professional rescheduling with unprofessional cancellations. Genius like a rock!She has taken me off the June schedule without even notifying me. She is accusing me of unprofessionally canceling 4 appointments when in reality I professionally rescheduled 3 appointments (giving one week notice), but had to cancel 1 appointment on the same day due to a work emergency deadline (I called 5 hours before appointment. This was my first actual transgression) out of the many appointments I have had at classy nails.I have never been treated so unprofessionally by anyone. Trying to rationally have a conversation with her broken English is impossible. She is delusionally convinced I canceled last minute 4 appointments and unjustly accusing me of doing so. I tried to text her to communicate with her and she just ignored them with no response whatsoever. Simply unprofessional!I dont care how good your skills are for a manicure, if you cant treat with respect and courtesy a client, who had a last minute emergency. You maybe the queen of nails, but you are also the queen of rudness. I will be spending my $200+ monthly elsewhere!Classy Nails, Classy Rude!

Ever since we moved from Scottsdale to Phoenix, I still make the drive over to classy nails because of the service they provide. The facility is always clean, and they actually try to make you relax during the experience. Photos don’t do these nails justice!!! They are complete perfectionists when it comes to nails!

Not all that friendly with competitive practitioners that seem to charge whatever they felt. At times in the past it seemed as though mine purposely tried to hurt me. They were disapproving of my conservative style choices and would giggle amongst them. These comments are based on multiple visits several years ago. Theymay have completely changed but at the time it was a negative experience

Terrible experience! I was scheduled for a manicure and pedicure. The girl who was spose to do my pedicure claimed she didnt have a nail cutter. Then she charged me $60 for only a manicure they clearly shouldnt be dealing with the public! You dont pick and choose who you want to do and you dont RIP people off either!

This place is terrible! I have been here twice and they are ALWAYS running late. Waiting 30 minutes and then another time 45 minutes... they act as if it is the normal way to run a business. The owner is unapologetic and rude. Will never go back.

My first visit today was amazing. I was so relaxed as they gave my a mani and pedi, I actually fell asked for a minute. The pedi was not rushed and the technician took time to make sure my toes, feet and legs were smooth and I was relaxed. My toes came out just the way I wanted them. The wonderful girl who did my finger nails, took time to know what I wanted and exactly how I wanted them to come out without rushing me. We decided on using the powder technique on my nails snd they are so natural and beautiful. I will us through powder all the time. They came out so elegant and just the right length I wanted. Just as I was paying the bill. I remembered that I needed my eye brows done. Although thru were busy, they made time got me snd my eye brows are perfect. I cannot say one negative thing about Classy Nails. The place is clean and very pretty. The manager who runs the place and coordinates the appointments, is wonderful. Very efficient so cute snd nice. Classy snails is close to my home. Only about 5 minutes away. I cannot believe I found this gem in Scottsdale. Give them a call. If you bring in a design, they will do a great job. I will be back either / of 3 weeks depending on how fast my nails grow! Maybe, I will see you there!💜😆👍🤪

I have been a customer here for a few years and I have to say, the entire staff is great! I get manicures, pedicures and lash extensions here and every time, I walk away impressed. The salon is spotlessly clean, the staff is highly experienced and the whole vibe of the place is relaxing and energizing at the same time. I give it five stars without hesitation.

Gina did a very well job on my nails, she was careful, gentle. Overall my first time here was great everyone was so sweet, saying goodbye to everyone that left. Beautiful place.

I am traveling from Boston and desperately needed a pedicure.I called this place and it was very easy to set up a visit and to get here. This salon is welcoming, clean and spacious.The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Everything was great and I will definitely come back next time I am in Scottsdale. I will also recommend my daughter in law to get her nails done while we are here. Five stars and happy feet?

Went in for Hard Gel fill on my nails, first time here since my regular nail person is on maternity leave and I love the natural look of hard gel. I have had 2 nails fall off. Not break, they literally fell off. When I lost the first one a week after my nails were done, I called in to see if I could come in for a repair, they wanted to schedule me 6 hours later. Ridiculous for a damaged nail nail that should have never happened so I went elsewhere for the repair and was in and out quickly. I will never go back this salon due to the poor quality and service.

Got me in immediately after I walked in! Emily was wonderful. She was super thorough with filing my acrylics as she was applying them and they turned out perfect! Everyone is friendly and sweet and the salon itself is super cute. Will definitely be returning! 💅🏼🥰

Great nail place in Scottsdale! I’m always able to get in, but I strongly suggest making an appointment. They do take walk-ins, but expect to wait a bit bc they are often busy. Prices are reasonable, but more importantly, the service is great! I’ve had by nails done by almost everyone who works there, and I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s clean, they offer a wide array of services, and the techs try very hard to make everyone comfortable.

I went in to talk to them about getting a pedicure, the staff member was very nice however they lied on the website.On the website the $26 pedicure includes sloughing (the removal of dead skin). When I went in and she showed me the price sheet, they had the same description minus the word sloughing, and she let me know if I wanted that, I would need to get the next one up which is $47 dollars. There was nothing less than that on the price list.I just cannot support dishonest businesses. If they had been honest on the website, I would have made the decision and may have spent the money.Don’t lie to get someone in the door. It is immoral.

I have nothing but great things about this salon and the people who work here. It’s a beautiful clean environment where the tv’s are not blaring and people smile at you. The decor is white, glam, but not over the top. They have a modern check in process at a terminal at the desk and everyone calls you by name. I have the pleasure of working with Tiffany for Manicures and Pedicures. She is so accommodating, sweet and fun to chat with as she does your nails. On a couple of occasions, I’ve had a short window of time and she gets me in and out in time to make a meeting at work. She’s considerate in showing you the color on your nails before she proceeds, so that you can be sure you will like it. Overall it’s a relaxing experience and if you’re in this area, I would suggest going here. Their quality is high and I always leave there feeling great!!!

I have been following my nail girl, Nini for over 10 years now. Shes been at 1 other salon before this one. This salon is very clean, friendly, accommodating. I always feel welcome when greeted. I moved to Glendale a year ago and I still travel to Scottsdale for my girl Nini.

I also had my lashes done, and they came out AMAZING.

Micah did my gel pedicure and it was amazing! Such a beautiful and clean salon. He really took his time to make sure I was happy. I am so glad to have found my new nail place!

Hello!My experience with Classy Nails started as a place to go last minute. My boyfriend works across the street as a Chef. I choose Classy Nails because it was nearby.Before I do business any where I read all the reviews. Classy Nails had great reviews. I chose this location over a different place for this purpose. Im glad I did!!I called to schedule and appointment the phone service was great. The receptionist was easy to understand. Shockingly! She even ask me if I knew where they were located. Nice!Once arriving I didnt receive cold stares like 90% of nail salons. They spoke and smiled. I was seen at the time I was scheduled.They asked if I wanted my nails done. I said no not this time. The technician smiled and said okay! I was RELIEVED to not be pressured into getting my nails done.I received a pedicure with Gel. The receptionist was very nice both ingress and egress. She wven asked if I liked my nails and if my experience was well. This was very refreshing.Im a Guest Experience Specialist Im disappointed in some of the businesses I patron.This place was very very refreshing. I felt like I got my moneys worth! I will be bringing my boyfriend back for a pedicure.I wish I would ask the name of the lady that did my design. Shes my favorite. Nice job!

We love this place! I bring my daughter every 2 weeks for a manicure and pedicure. The staff is amazing and our nails always look great. They have the biggest selection of colors I have ever seen.

Kenny, Trish and the whole staff are welcoming, kind and so detail oriented. The salon is very clean. They are always so patient with me. Full disclosure, when picking colors for my mani and pedi, you would think I was picking out a car color. They have every color under the sun. Make an appointment and come check them out. Being brand new to the area, state of Arizona, and west side of the country, one of the more difficult challenges I have been faced with is finding a new nail salon that could meet my expectations from back home. Classy Nails is the third place I have tried in my search.After two terrible experiences with getting acrylic fills at two different nail salons, and feeling nearly hopeless, Classy Nails was a breath of fresh air. The front desk attendant, Jeff, was polite and knowledgeable making check-in seamless. I had no appointment (honestly, I expected to be told I should come back in an hour - its a Saturday and its busy) yet I was taken to a pedicure chair almost immediately. Kenny did my pedicure, and I can confidently say this was one of the best pedicures Ive ever received. Worth every penny!After I was able to relax for a little in the massage chair, Sue came over and politely asked if I wouldnt mind her getting started on my nails. Side note: Im a busy gal - It was kind of a relief that I wouldnt have to spend another hour after my pedicure to get my acrylic fill done.Being at my wits end with previous salons, I made certain to explain to Sue about my experiences and my worries. She completely understood, and went above and beyond to ensure (and educate me) that I will not have the same experience /issue. Sue did NOT disappoint. My nails look amazing, which she asked me a million times to confirm - I could tell she didnt want to send me off feeling upset about her work. She probably would have bent over backwards to fix them if I had said otherwise!The salon was very clean and inviting. The conversations among nail technicians and their clients were so friendly, youd think they were family. The employees here care about their clients and are prideful in their work and you could tell the salon was filled with loyal customers.So happy I stumbled into this salon! Overall not a great experience. Their prices are average. I got the classy pedicure for $45 which included the usual pedicure plus a scrub and paraffin wax. The scrub was mediocre at best tho the paraffin wax was a new thing for me.The massage chair didnt work and they just said sorry and placed a manicure pillow to make the chair comfortable. However, part of the experience of a pedicure are the massage chairs. They never even asked me if I wanted to move to a different chair.The ladies were silent through out our service and seemed as if they were bothered by our talking. I went with my friends for a fun girls night but ended up not having that. We all left dissatisfied.Worst part of all is that they cut my toes when they worked on cuticle removal! My toes are burning even Still! They didnt apologize or offer to provide any first aid.I regret going and would never recommend this place to anyone. I dont understand why they have near 5 stars. Probably because the place looks pretty.

I visited classy nails for the first time a week prior to this post. My nail broke 4 days after visiting the salon. I returned and my nail looks horrible. It is apparent it was rushed. I am not happy with the service and will not be returning.
