3 keys made - none work. No response from company after three attempts to get refund.EDIT: I called number on website and the person quickly made a refund with email receipt. While the keys dont work - at least calling them was a way to get the refund. The web form for refunds however was non-responsive.

Machine was very easy to use took about two minutes per key and the keys worked very easily in the lock.

The three keys worked. Process is slow compared to having a person cut keys.

Had 4 keys made at their kiosk in Home Depot, not one worked.
