Normally wait 30 minutes at least. They are always busy. Ive had several techs here do my nails, and will say they always turn out great. Its worth the wait.

I wasnt really greeted but somewhat acknowledged. I sat for a while. The girl was nice and fast but it was $50 to change regular toe polish and change color of shellac on acrylic nails.

I love this place. I’ve not had a bad experience here at all. Everyone working there are so kind and make sure they give you what you want.I only do dip and on my very long natural nails and they always still look like my natural nails.

Asked for acrylics and was given powder nails. They charged me twice the amount and when I questioned it was told, Thats what it cost.Tonight my daughters friend showed me her new nails. I asked where she got them done and she said Diva Nails. Then she told me they gave her powder nails instead of acrylics and it cost her $80. She said it was a total shock because she didnt ask for them and had a major worry about how to pay for them. 🙄.See a pattern?I will not be going there again. The dishonesty and greediness is disappointing.

They were running behind, I had dipped nails which is NOT what I wanted but it was fast for her to do. If she spent 15min. on my nails it would be pushing it didnt file them down very good I have humps next to my cuticals I have some nails that are flat. Piss poor quality for $50

Ive been here a few times to get my nails done and Im always pleased with how they look. This time I got the jelly polish to where its actually see through, its such a cute polish & there are a few different colors! I love interacting with the families of the people that work here!

They took me as a walk in. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they were clear they couldnt do exactly that but we talked out how to be close! My nails are great! Thanks!

They cut my foot open during a pedicure and when they couldnt get it to stop bleeding they wrapped paper towels around my foot and ushered me out the door while they wiped up my bloody foot prints. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

This place has really gone downhill. I use to come here all the time and just recently came back. The place is disgusting and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The service was horrible and took forever and the people were very rude. Sat with my feet in cold water for over 30 minutes before anyone came by. Once they started my pedicure they would bounce back and forth between me and someone else.Would not recommend to anyone.

Very unprofessional, smoking out front, worker sleeping in chair. They no longer use sterile packages of instruments, just opened lying in container. The technician who did me nicked me x3 and had me bleeding. First time Ive ever had a painful pedicure. I had to go home and soak my feet in antiseptic solution in fear of getting an infection. Praying I dont have problems in the near future. They offered no apoligies nor compensation. Will never return.

So they are rude sometimes but the quality is not to be underestimated. The manicures last 3 weeks and outperform all local places I’ve tried. It’s worth dealing with a wait or attitude.

Rude, disrespectful. I spent $110 2 weeks later Im missing 3 nails. I come back for a fill in and let them know my concerns, Nicely and calm. Not asking for any type of refund or discount and some younger girl refuses my services. First she said she was only doing my feet then decided she wasnt doing anything at all and asked me to leave . Very rude and I was beyond upset because I spend good money. Would NEVER recommend them not even to my worst enemy 🥺 on top of that all of their instruments they used came out of drawers and not sterilization pouches or the actual sterilizer. Very gross if you ask me . Would give them - stars if I could .

Got my nails done for my birthday, was so upset. One hand is obviously different from the first hand. One is skinny shape and other hand is clearly not the same shape as the other hand. Some fingers were crooked. She seemed annoyed and was being very rushy.. they still charged me 55. Not going back. Thanks for nothing. Would not recommend this place.

Love this nail salon! They always find time for me to get my nails done and are amazing with my daughter who usually comes with me! Even when I am being extra picky they talk with me and work out what I want without any hassle!

First time here did a walk on Saturday at 12:30pm with my wife and we both were able to get pedi within 10mins. They did an amazing job. Was no rush and made sure we were treated well. We will return and highly recommend you to try them out as well.

First time being here. It was 4:17 and they closed at 5. Yeah I know they cant refuse business if theyre still open but I was hesitant at first because I figured theyd rush through the fill I needed. That was not the case at all!!! It was my 13 year old and myself. Long story short....they were fantastic!!! My nails are EXACTLY what I wanted and my daughter loved the place! A bit pricey but who isnt? It wasnt anymore than any other place and they did amazing!! Definitely will be going there from now on!!!!! Thanks Diva Nails!!!!

Went here 2 years ago with a bridal party. When I left my manicure was completely ruined once I got home. Unsure why, as we sat and chatted a long time and had plenty of time to dry. This experience left me unimpressed. Now I hear yesterday this salon refused service to an off duty police officer. I would never support this business again...terrible.

They did an excellent job and took very good care of me. Worth every penny I spent.

I have had 2 pedicures here and they have been Great! Its so relaxing. The employees are so nice very friendly.The shop is very clean. They take walk ins and not just appointments.

Friend & I had 4pm appts for pedicures, started friend, then started me 20 min later, girl was rushing so much that at times things hurt, I even said whoa slow down, I was done before my friend! 20 min start to finish, absolutely NOT worth the $40 I was charged, will NOT return

For a few years now I take my mom here for annual pedicures for Mothers Day! The facility is clean and sophisticated. The staff is very kind and friendly. Mom and I arent regular nail salon visitors but we have never felt awkward here and they take good care of us. Its usually not too busy so the wait isnt ever very long if you just walk in.

Beyond disappointed in this place. Been coming here for awhile. Made an appointment for pedicure and manicure. Showed up. Sat and waited. Finally I was put into a pedicure chair. Sat in cold water for 40 minutes without one person checking in on me. Asking if I needed a beverage or just the fact of why I was waiting 40 minutes passed my appointment time to be started. I look forward to this one time every couple weeks that I can come and get both my nails done, and if you don’t have the communication skills to treat me as a customer who is patiently waiting then I will go somewhere else.

Told me $45 for full set of acrylic nails and charged me $70. Not a happy customer and will never take my business there again.

Oanh did a amazing job on my nails as always! She took the time and effort to make sure they are perfect for my wedding! Very friendly! Not sure of the other girls name but didn’t try very hard on my sisters nails and wasn’t very friendly! If you go to Diva ask for Oanh(Juan)! She’s the best! 💛

Horrible horrible horrible. Nails are crooked and flower design looks like a blob. When I asked for them to fix they sighed and gave me a dirty look.Edit: I just recently tried them again and the lady I had was very sweet and speedy! They must have hired some new staff members because it was a completely different environment!

There seems to be a discrimination against diversity, go at your own risk!! There is a consistent cordialness for white women. The lady I had was quite forceful in her position of making me instantaneously select a nail color. She rushed my pedicure, and kept leaving me unfinished at the pedicure chair to see to other women. When it came time for steamedtowels...she put them directly on my skin, not airing them first, patting them down while simultaneously asking if they were too HOT...at that point it was too late, and now I have burned skin sensation in my feet and legs. Terrible experience and I wish to never return, also wish I could get my money back. My feet where filed thin...I had to STOP her before she caused more damage. Finally, the mnager had to come over and complete my nails after a third attempt at polishing.

The staff is super nice. The first time I came here I just got a pedicure and they did a very good job so I decided to go back again to get acrylics. They turned out absolutely awful. Not a single nail was even. I asked for them to be square, and they were all slanted, flared out, and curved inward at the edges. i dont want to be harsh because its a really nice place, but I might as well have gotten my nails done by a blind person. It was a real let down paying $45 for my nails to come out looking busted. Luckily I am able to fix them with a nail file to make them look better, but I shouldnt have to do that for $45. If you just want a pedicure, this is a good place, but other than that I would go elsewhere.

I received my best no chip manicure here. The application is applied very lightly so the polish does not pool around the edges of the nail bed. Best pedicure ever from Juleas mom (sorry, I didnt catch her name). if Julea is in a talkative mood you are in for a treat! I had my first colored dip nails done the other day. It is amazing and comparable in price to the no chip. I chose to go with the dip so my nails do not break, as Im growing them out so I can get them to an almond shape.

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I walked in no appt. Thats because no one goes there. Rude as Hell

I got a mani/pedi and they were accommodating to my visual impairment. They were kind and Ive gotten multiple compliments on how beautifully my hands and feet match. They are my favorite nail salon.

If I could give them no stars I would. I git my nails done at another salon and they were terrible I called and asked if they could fix them meaning just file the edges. You would think I asked fir the world. Very rude and unprofessional. However I did interrupt her afternoon siesta in the massage chair. Wont go back!

Went to have my eyebrows waxed- wax was wayyy too hot, ended up burning my skin and leaving scabs from burning so bad. Always very uneven. One eyebrow was square while one was round. It has been a month since getting them done and they still have not grown back correctly. Would not advise going here to get waxed, not too sure about the nails or other services. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My mom and I came in for a SNS manicure and regular manicure. The lady I had was nice and seemed to pay attention although she made me bleed twice but accidents happen and she did apologize. However, I had to ask her to file down my SNS again because they were way too thick. Even then they weren’t filed down and shaped properly to my nail size. Don’t come here if you like SNS.The worst part of the whole experience was my mom accidentally messed one nail under the dryer and she asked the guy who did her nails if he could fix it. He stood up and just tried to smooth over the messed up nail polish and repolish it standing up. I have NEVER been to a salon that wouldn’t fix a nail, even an accident, by properly redoing it. The guy seemed annoyed and he could care less. Do not waster your money, this place is overpriced and low quality.

The man was rude and called me a hood rat and told me that he would slap me because I told him that he was going to give me my money back when he was trying to charge me $50for a fill in with no color a plan gel fill in when it cost 40 . That was my first time going there on 9/7/2021!
