Ive never had a better experience with a manicure and pedicure. Carol was knowledgeable, friendly. funny, and makes her customers feel like old friends. Amazing prices! I absolutely love her! She is the only nail tech that knows how to handle my sister nails she loves what she does, love the fact that her salon is small. Its one on one so she takes her time and makes sure you love what shes done. She is by appointment only, but in my humble opinion. Shes worth it!

It was my lucky day when I found Carol, The Nail Lady when I moved to AZ. I like getting manicures and pedicures regularly but hadnt been able to do so cause of the Covid stay at home orders in CA. Carol is detailed oriented, kind, and meticulous about the work she does. She has a her own clean private salon  with plenty of free parking.  She makes you feel welcome from the moment you enter. Carol is the best! I have been going to Carol for years for a mani and pedi and am so thankful that I found her. She is always on time, her salon is private and immaculate, and she is a genuinely wonderful person. At this point, I have a standing appointment and joke that I will never give it up. She will always do her best to fit in a visiting family member or friend if she has advance notice as well, including occasionally my husband who raves that a pedicure from Carol makes his feet feel like he is wearing socks even when he isn’t!My only tip would be that it might take a few weeks for new clients to get an appointment (this is because she is very popular), but she does keep a list for cancellations and will get people in as soon as possible. It is definitely worth a possible wait to get on Carol’s schedule.

My sister who is going through chemotherapy, had a wonderful foot treatment, massage and an ingrown toenail taken care of. The owner is a delight.

Just an amazing first time visit! The Nail Lady is kind, gentle, sweet, and just an overall lovely person. I expressed what I was looking for in her service at the beginning and she appropriately responded. I felt my needs and wants were understood well. She tailored and personalized my experience to ME! I felt the time I was allotted for her service had a sole purpose of pampering and beautifying my outside, for sure! **Most importantly** I left there feeling pampered and beautiful on the inside. Her prices are fair and standard for the services offered. Although, I truly feel that the entire experience I was given was actually priceless! I just got home from my very first pedicure ever! Not only was this my first pedicure experience, it was my best over all, nail salon experience. I really could not write enough wonderful things about Carol in order to convey the exemplary person she is. Stepping inside feels like entering your best friends house for brunch, you get a personable (and even comedic) interaction with the one and only boss lady herself, and lastly she genuinely listens to what you want and with my own experience helped me decide what exactly I wanted when originally I’d picked entirely different. She’s professional, talented, and overall killing the game. I sincerely couldn’t be happier with my toes or how I spent my time.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Nail Studio for a pedicure in Scottsdale, AZ. More and more men are getting pedicures these days and I dont know why I waited so long to get my first one. First off, Carol asked me if there was anything I wanted to drink and she had me sit in a very comfortable recliner. The salon was also very private and I got to watch a nice size TV during my pedicure. I didnt get to watch much TV because Carol is conversational and very friendly. The foot massage was soooooo awesome I almost fell asleep in the chair. Literally my feet tingled for the next 2 days. I honestly cant wait to go back! Thanks again Carol... youre AWESOME!!!!

Love coming here! Carol is always so welcoming and attentive. She really is a phenomenal nail tech. The studio set up is great too, comfortable as all get out, and great for a date with girlfriends too. Sometimes I even make my boyfriend come along, and he is happy to oblige. One of these days I will even buy him his own mani/pedi treatment, but for now I am quite happy to treat myself.
