I love Jo! She is gentle with my hands and the only nail tech to never cut me. She is always up to try new looks, colors, and designs for you. Make sure you call for an appt she books fast. All pedis come with hot stone and towel treatment.

Had my nails DIPPED on Oct.13, two weeks later I have not one nail left..they started chipping on day 2, and continued too until I LITERALLY PEELED THEM OFF TODAY like old fingernail polish..while i sat there for over an hour i got 2 DIPS TOTAL..nails were paper thin..at least when I peeled them off they didnt damage my nail at all..nail tech was great, very sweet. Over priced for the way to little bit of product used.

It’s a cute, comfy spot in a very convenient location. They do a great job and the prices are reasonable. I like the staff they’re friendly and attentive

New to the area - needed refreshed gel french nails and toes. Joseph took me right in and did an amazing job. My finger and toe nails look fabulous! My pedicure was amazing - LOVED the massage! Ill be back for sure!

Cici & Dan are truly my favorite nail techs and also the cutest couple! If you need a pedi, ask for Dan! If you need gel or powder nails, ask for Cici!

I always come here for my nails and Holly always does an excellent job and wouldnt go anywhere else to do my nails. She also does an excellent job if you want to do a full set with french tip. She is amazing!!!!

Nail service is good. One of the best pedicures. Waxing service is subpar — they never do what I ask for. They look nice, just not what I asked for.

Do not have Daniel do your pedicure. Worse ever! He scrubbed both feet in less than 20 seconds. More like he wiped them off!! Plus polish on only part of the nail...very dissatisfied! I wish this allowed me to post a picture of my feet to show you but cant. ☹

So sad, This used to be a great place. It started to go downhill last year with new management, now the management has changed again. All the good techs Amy, Susie, and now Tammy are gone. The customer is told they are on vacation.Permanent vacation. I do not like being lied to. The quality of the work is also not what it was. Once Holly and Lee leave, the place should just close. Taking my business elsewhere

I love Holly. She does a excellent job, doesnt rush. My girlfriend and I go together for pedis. She goes to Joseph, and he is wonderful. I NEVER just walk in anywhere, must have referral.

I have been going here for 3 years and have always had great experiences until recent. Dan did a no chip manicure for me. He was rude. Joked about how bad my nails looked since I dont get manicures often. He was too rough and made me bleed. No apology. The hand massage for each hand was maybe 10 seconds. Because this was the only bad experience Ive ever had there, I went back for a pedicure the next morning. I got stuck with Dan again. Once again he was rude and made fun of the dry skin on my feet. Was too rough on my nails. I asked for extra 10 minute massage and he skipped the massage that is supposed to come with it already. I got 10 minute total which I paid extra for. Dan ddnt thank me afterwards. Just plain rude both visits. I will continue to go back, however I will never have Dan do my nails again.

I requested someone experienced, since I had had a couple mediocre pedicures at another salon. I asked for the basic pedicure with callous removal.The quy who did my pedicure was technically very good, but the pedicure was only 30 minutes long. I got a quick 30 seconds of perfunctory massage on each leg. When I called them after, I was told that was the length of their pedicures. Wont be going back there for a slap dash pedicure and couldnt recommend them.

I was in Scottsdale for the weekend and walked in for a pedicure. I wish I had gotten the girl’s name because she did an amazing job! I’ve been to a lot of places and this is one of my favorites. When I come back to Scottsdale, I’ll be going back here.

Cici and Dan are my favorite! I schedule appointments every 2 weeks for them, to do my mani/ pedi at the same time and it’s so incredible! Dan does my pedicure and Cici is always so helpful in helping me pick my color and her designs are out of this world amazing!People always compliment my nails and the gel and SNS last well beyond 2 weeks!Highly satisfied customer of 5 years!

Tammy did a great job on my gel manicure. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff was friendly, and the music was great!

Went in for a mani and pedi before thanksgiving. My friend and I had an appointment and went in. They were late getting us in and then rushed through the job. I got one of the guys that works there, he insisted I pay first which I thought was odd since I had gels and they wouldn’t smudge. The my used a wierd pale red for the French and it was not smooth at all. The guy rushed through my pedi too, was probably a solid 10 minutes fr everything... wasted almost 70$ for a crappy rush job. I complained and they fixed it a little but it still wasn’t a traditional French and looked like the nail polish was purchased at dollar tree. My friend that was there was also not happy - go elsewhere for a real French!

Unfortunately Super Paulenes is not what it used to be. I arrived one day to find that it had changed its name to something along the lines of Jezebel. Im not totally sure what name theyre operating under now but the management is new and its horrible.I was NOT happy to see how the female manager (the place is named after her) treated her staff. She was abrupt and rude. I had made an appointment a week in advanced and waited an hour to see my usual nail technician Tammy. They totally overbooked her and then rushed her to get through my appointment (no fault of Tammys). It was EXTREMELY obvious her staff did not like her or how she operated and she treated waiting customers poorly. When I went to check how much longer Tammy would be she brushed me off stating if I wanted Tammy so bad I would wait, otherwise come back later. Excuse me?As a 8 year customer of Super Paulenes Im sorry to see what it has become. Fortunately Tammy informed me of where she was headed when she decided to leave. She is currently at Villagio Nails (formerly McDowell Mountain Nails) off of Frank Lloyd Wright and 90th Street. When I called Super Paulenes to see where she was they lied to me and told me she had gone back to Vietnam. Nice practice. Lying to customers.Dont go. Tammy is managing Villagio and doing an excellent job. Id recommend her to anyone!

Came in to get a fill in. The regular lady was not there however I said that I would take whomsoever was available. The young lady who works at the front station was assigned.She was rude, condescending and refused to do my nails stating that she had an appointment am hour and a half later. I actually referred five of my coworkers. WE will not be back.

Had a great pedicure, clean place, nice environment.

Very pricey--nails didnt last as long as other places i went.
