I started this job in October 2020, I was apprehensive of doing this job because I had absolutely no sales background. I started from entry level learning sales and was able to be promoted out to corporate trainer within a week and a half, even after getting promoted there is still constant training and growth with this amazing company. I started working at this company about 3 months ago and I am currently an HR Recruiter. What mainly attracted me to this company is the office environment, such a positive atmosphere and great group of people to be around.

I started working for Corporate Concepts in November 2019. In my previous position I was unhappy, I worked super hard and really wasn’t getting the compensation I thought i deserved. When I started to applying to jobs I told myself that I could do anything as long as someone could guide me just a little bit. When i applied to Corporate Concepts within a day Molly our HR representative had called me and left me a message while I was at work. I realized that this was an actual person and not an automated message like the others I was receiving from other jobs I applied to. I decided to call Molly back and not even 30 seconds in I knew if I could get through the interview process I’d love working there. Fast forward to after they decided to hire me. I was trained for 3 weeks. I was constantly being helped and taught the ins and outs of our business. Having a very strong work ethic Is crucial in a sales position but because of my training I have all the skills to be successful on my own. I went to a conference where I was able to network with other businesses . I learned how to manage my time and my money so much better then I had been doing. I made life long friends and i enjoy waking up and coming to work. Corporate concept has changed my life in the most positive way. I can’t wait to see where else it takes me in my professional career.

I started working here at Corperate Concepts a little over 3 months ago and since then it has changed my life coming in at a really young age with no sales background I took on this entry level position. Right away I was being mentored and learning the in’s and out’s of sales and just in these 3 months I’m already starting to build my own team and conduct interviews on my own. How do one schedule an interview with an applicant on day with 15 degree weather? The applicant drives 20 miles to find out that you arent there. Theres a note on a locked door stating that it isnt locked, just heavy. Its too early, too cold, and too far for the nonsense.
