First time customer. Found them on google. I brought in a black (consigned steal) leather MK purse that I wanted the strap to be altered at a more comfortable spot. Mission accomplished! I got the purse & alteration for much less of the cost then a normal MK bag. It was measured & I felt comfortable asking questions. You do pay first up front.
