Alberta was a sweetheart, warm, and kind like Grandma. 1wk until my shirts will be taken in. Ill post again when I pick up.Update - 10/18/2019: Alberta called me to come pick up my two shirts and they fit perfectly. The inside seams were neatly taken in. Only slight beef would be that they were wrinkled like theyd been sitting in a basket for a week though, otherwise Id give 5 stars. Alberta was there and as charming as ever. Ill be back with more shirts if not just to banter with Alberta :)

I took my bridesmaid dress in 2 months before the big day. When I went in to pick up my dress the first time it didnt fit, it was too small. The owner told me that I must have gained weight. They kept it and said they would fix it. When I went in to pick it up for the second time, it still didnt fit. At this point it is two days before the wedding so I told them it was unacceptable that my dress is still not fixed and I need it first thing tomorrow. When I go in the next day the owner says you were rude to my employee and if you are rude to me I wont work with you. I told her that honestly you told me I was fat and this is the third time I have to come in here to pick it up. She told me she would not help me and that I needed to leave. I tried on my dress and she wouldnt even help me zip it. Moral of the story. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

ALBERTA DOES GREAT WORK 110% SATISFIED

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give this zero stars if I could. This place is more expensive than others in the area and has terribly mean people working here. I got measurements here for a bridesmaids dress. The dress that came back did not fit at all and I had to spend an extra $100 and multiple visits to get it altered again. They never apologized. On another occasion, they quoted me one price over the phone and changed it in the store. When asking why the price changed, the woman was extremely rude. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES. I will not spend another dime here and advise others to not suffer as I did with these people. Avoid at all costs.

Wonderful, friendly people who are easy to communicate with. They do nice work quickly, and at a good price. They have many colors of threads to help make your repairs and alterations invisible.

I went to AZ Alterations to get a suit jacket and pair of pants tailored. The customer service was great and the alterations were completed quickly and accurately at a very reasonable price.

Did a super quick fix for me on a pair of jeans before I left to go out of the country. Did a fabulous job and I appreciate the quick turn around’

I called a number of alteration shops in the area and this place had the best price for hemming pants length. It took over a week, but they did a great job. Ill be going back.

Wow, way over priced and very rude. Don’t ask for a volume discount, you’ll get an analogy of way he won’t do it.

Told by owner I had to pay in advance. Picked up my item and had to pay again or I couldnt get my item. And terrible hemming job. AVOID.
