Oh my goodness... Joseph & Lonny are such a amazing pair! We randomly stopped in to get my bf hair cut and we had a amazing time! Joseph cut my bf hair and was so attentive and did a wonderful job. Lonny was just awesome to talk to! Such a funny guy! Totally made our day!

Worst haircut ever as you can see (courtesy of Faith) but what made it worse was the staff I encountered there later. I called the manager who did give me a refund. She had seen the front pic and said that it was hard to tell if the stylist did a bad job so I came in to show her personally but she was already gone. I asked the staff there (red head and WOC) if they thought i was exaggerating about how bad the cut was. They wouldnt acknowledge that it was a bad cut. They questioned me like I had maybe been a difficult person with high expectations. I asked for a trim and said the stylist could do a v cut or straight whatever she felt comfortable with. At this point Im mad and in tears and tell them I had expected at least an apology and a come on lets fix you type of deal. Then the red head says she can try and fix it. I asked her how long she has been doing hair and she says she doesnt feel comfortable telling me that!? Worst yet, after I take my refund and leave, my car is parked right in front of the store which has a big glass window. I turn around and get into my car and see the stylists laughing. They continue to laugh until the red head sees me staring at them and they then go to the back.

LONNY is hands down my FAVORITE! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and all the stylists are very attention detailed to their clients. They all are amazing!!!! I would never dream of going elsewhere. Thank you each for all you do.

Angela is perfect and did the most awesome job with little help on my part because all I could tell her was my hair made me sad and why and showed her a picture of a color type I used to wear when younger..she took that gave me the perfect cut and the perfect color and now all I have to do is come in every 8-10 weeks and sit down and she will keep it perfect...I love it..Thank you!!

They did ok on cutting out hair. They charge 4.00 to sanitize after the hair cut, witch is a joke to charge for that. Three sprays and a quick wipe wow. Needless to say I will never go back to a place that charges me for them to do their job.

They quote you one price and then they do extra things you didnt ask for and charge you for it. I walked in and was greeted, was asked what I wanted I said cut and high lights put in my hair. Was told it would be 98.00 or less. Well 4 hours later and we t to pay and ended up paying 160.00 for extra shot I didnt ask for or say I wanted. I will not go back. I chose this place cuz my stylist wasnt in qhere I usually go. I could get the same thong done for 65.00. I will not go jere ahain.

After nearly two weeks of looking for an appointment at a salon I finally broke down, got on YouTube, and proceeded to chop all my hair off. Turned out horrific. I walked into Mastercuts, the girl working got me in in fifteen mins. She listened to exactly what I wanted. Fixed my hair amazing and even colored it a few shades darker. I love it!Color was about $70 and cut was $35 and I tipped $10. I would say it’s a bit over priced given the fact that I had cut my hair practically up to my ears so she didn’t have to do very much to fix it and obviously we didn’t have to use very much color.. soo that’s the reason for the four stars.But overall, I would come here again.

Usually a good experience, and some of the best cuts ive ever had. But im writing this to say: never let the male cutter with no hair on top do your hair. I had to come back in to get it fixed and it was still unblended after i got home. Mistakes like this are so simple to see, yet i somehow got home with another mistake. Its not like i can see the side of my head.

An older man did my hair I showed a picture of what I wanted and he said he could do that then in the middle of the haircut I said that’s why I want the middle part then he said oh you want a middle part. The back of my hair has hair different lengths and I am never going here again nor is my family.

I came in without an appointment today. Faith took great care of me. Ive been wanting a good cut for a while but no one has seemed to want to cut the length off my hair I was wanting. Even though I walked in off the streets, she took the time to talk with me about what I wanted and gave me a nice cut. She went over it several times, taking real pride in her work and making me feel important. I felt more like myself than I have in years. Good-bye mom hair and hello Melissa hair prior to being a mom.

Andrea is AMAZING! I have bad anxiety when it comes to getting haircuts because every stylist I’ve ever gone to hasn’t listened to me. Andrea was extremely friendly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was more than happy to answer any questions I had for her. I also got my hair dyed and I absolutely love how it turned out! She gave me a lot of tips on how to care for my hair and was very helpful with picking products. I highly recommend her!!! I will be returning and asking for her every time!

The Price well my wife got quoted 3 different prices ? They claimed to be busy, we got there and 2 Ladies were looking through magazines, these were the stylist. Took less than 30 minutes and they charged her a great price, we will return to this place again and refer this place good location.

My daughter and I both got our haircuts here and we love our hair! I honestly didnt realize how amazing of a job Lonny did until I got home and styled it myself. He did style it the salon and did an amazing job, but it is my routine to style my own after a new cut. I have thick hair and it is hard to find someone that is willing to take the time and do it right and Lonny did just that. My daughter has even thicker hair than I and Christy did an amazing job on her! We will definitely be going back and I would definitely recommend!!!

I just moved to Oregon and so I had to find a new hair person. The young lady that cut my hair, Angela, is absolutely outstanding. Ive never gone to any place in my life that was able to get my hair exactly the way I wanted. She even helped me to understand the best way to style a pixie cut and when she didnt have the exact product she was telling me about, she directed me to the location that would have it. I also didnt have to wait, but I was the only one there at the time. Despite that, my hair was washed cut and styled in about thirty to forty minutes. Go see Angela!

Very bad hair cuts for men. My son and I went in for a style and my hair was cut bad. Asked for a low fade and got a high fade. The barber looked at a picture I showed him and even called it a low fade but instead cut my hair to his liking and not mine. Totally messed up my hair and now I have to hide it for a few weeks until it grows back. Got a better style at great clips before going here. The service was nice and quick for a walk in. The end results weren’t. I will not be going back. I won’t be sending anyone here for a cut.

This is hands down the best place to get your hair done in Gresham if you live anywhere near Gresham station. Superb knowledge and courtesy from the team that works here. The prices are better than expected for a place that delivers this kind of quality.

I really liked the first cut and perm that I got from HairMasters but this time I didnt feel like my Stylist really understood my hair type and the kind of look I was going for. My perm went totally limp after the first wash which was a week later since I caught the flu.

I think $18 for a haircut is high, but Im a guy and I understand thats actually on the cheaper end. This was the best haircut Ive ever gotten. I cant remember her name, which is sad because she definitely deserves a shout out. In addition, everyone here was nice and friendly and there were enough stylists that my wait was less than 10 minutes, even with two hair colorings going on.

I went to go get my haircut at Hair Masters & Lonnie was the one who cut it. The first thing he said to me was “Your hair is a disaster, you should be lucky I’m cutting your hair.” Only to find out he made my hair more of a disaster. He put layers in that look choppy & like a 3 year old took siccors to my hair. He cut it 5 inches shorter than I wanted. Lonnie did not listen to what I WANTED for my hair he did want HE WANTED. I am absolutely unhappy with my hair & him as a stylist. I will no longer go to any hair masters.

I went to Lonnie for my hair cut after reading the reviews on him. He used hot water to wash my red hair, which is a big no. I told him how short I wanted my hair, and he did it how he wanted. Three inches shorter than I said. He also told me that my job needs to pay me more so I can afford to go to hair places. All in all, my experience with Lonnie was horrible and horrifying. Super disappointed and will not be returning.

I loved this place, up until the last visit. Went in for a trim, had a pixie and now growing it out. The trim turned out terrible. My left side was longer than the right. I had a patch of long uneven hair in the back, it was so much longer. The sad part was I didnt even notice it until my friend pointed it out. Had to drive back the next morning (when I should have been heading out of town) to get it fixed. I had Joseph cut my hair the first time and a very nice lady fix it in the morning. Not sure if I would return to this location.

While walk ins are welcome by the sign on the door there are not enough employees to actually help. So we made an appointment for the following day. We waited for 15 minutes after the appointment and were seen. Haircut seemed ok at the time but after my Mom got home it really was lousy. Cut at a really bad angle for the kind of curl and hair type. At least hair grows back. Wont go back again

I went in a month ago and got my hair cut by a guy. He didnt listen to me when I said keep the length and I didnt want a straight line. I said cut two inches and he cut a good 5-6. I was freaking out inside and still am. I hate my hair. Its to short and not natural looking. Ive had it in a Ponytail ever sense and cry often about it. I dont care that it will grow back. I woked very hard to get it to the point it was and he destroyed all my hard work. Im so distraught and cant believe he didnt listen to me at all.
