I’ve used them a few times and decent service for clothes with unremarkable customer service purely for convenient location. However, I took a weighted blanket there yesterday and they told me it would be ready in a day. I call and they say it’s not ready after 24hrs. I get an email notification it is ready a few hours later. When I arrive, the young lady behind the counter doesn’t greet me nor make eye contact- she put her mask on and languidly roamed around until she found my order. Then she says “they couldn’t clean it” and shrugs. Apparently they don’t do weighted blankets. That would have been nice to know initially when they took and when I called to follow up- why they held on to it so long is illogical. I’ll be going elsewhere.

I enjoyed using Delia’s/Tide Cleaner’s most of this past year. Recently they lost a $500 sports coat that was a gift from my father for starting medical school.They recorded it as an issue, and three weeks later sent me a poorly written letter stating they did not feel as though they were liable for losing my clothing. Their customer service continuously redirected me and never answered my specific questions. I lost $500 dollars and a beautiful memory in the form of a special jacket because of their incompetence. Easier to use the other cleaners across the street now. Go to Prestige instead.Ashley Pinaire, you should be deeply ashamed of your professional work.

Service and staff are first-class. Im greeted with professionalism with a smile; and always asked if Id like help carrying out my dry cleaning items. The Bell Road location isnt the closest dry cleaner to my new address but I will not switch because of the top-notch service level provided. Sean Parsons

Dropped off with Brittany on Friday. Came to pick up the following Monday and ... what? It was never even checked in.Lets do some failure analysis here: When dropped off on Friday Brittany was asked how her day was. Poor Brittany voiced that she was angry that her date the next day had to be rescheduled because she was called into work on Saturday. She must have been quite distraught as she completely blew off checking in our comforter.Perhaps while at work serving customers Brittany needs to think less about her personal dating life and focus more on customers? Just a thought.

Overpriced! I picked up two womens tops yesterday. Neither had collars, cuffs, buttons, ruffles, etc. Just two plain cotton shirts. The total was over $14.00 with a discount! Really? There is nothing special about this service to account for such an exorbitant price. Yes, it may be convenient due to the location but honestly, my items are cleaned and pressed just as well as lower priced cleaners who publish their prices! Ive learned because they are franchises, each location has the freedom to set its own prices. Im done with Tide. Ill drive farther.

I have been using Delias for years. Everyone who works there is incredibly courteous, my clothes always come out exactly right (the one time they didnt, they fixed the issue immediately), and I havent found better prices, even through my company sponsored dry cleaning services. Even though I dont drive up and expect them to come to me in my car, they always offer to help me carry my clothes out.

First visit post-Tide Dry Cleaners migration, and while the interior and signage has been updated, the customer-service focus from Dellias -- who still manage the operation -- hasnt changed a bit. Still the best.

My 89 year old grandma and I came here today, 12/21/18, and got in the line to pick up my Dad’s clothes. When we got there the workers wouldn’t come help us and just stared at us. When I went inside and said we needed help they looked at me and said they will not help us until we get into the correct line. I looked at them and told them that my grandmother is 89 and she needs help and they just laughed at me and still would not help me. I have never met such rude people in my life and I will never use this cleaner again. Don’t go there

The first time I wore a new shirt, it caught on a hook and ripped near the seam. When I picked up, I couldn’t remember which seam had ripped. The repair was so perfect!

On time and loved the proactive notification to let me know that my garments were ready for pick up.
