I have lived here almost a year and me and my daughter LOVE it! When we have had problems that require the maintenance men, they were very prompt and went even above what I needed them to do! I love it here and you couldn’t not find a better price for what you get here! Love the staff!

My leasing consultant Whitley was very helpful with me and patient. Very professional and communicated well. Love the property and along with what it comes with. My Conway Corp isn’t high at all being that I had my internet and cable included with rent. ( I was told that I had a choice whether I wanted their services or Conway Corp) It’s well worth it. My son loves his room, everything is spacious to us. I had a problem with my stove light and kitchen light I used the online service website they provided in the night and literally the next day I come home from work and my lights were fixed. Love it. Management to me is well put together. I definitely will keep residing here.

Lived here before and had to move out. Then decided to move back because they are nice apartments but you have to pay for services that you don’t even want now. Plus the management can’t keep up with anything. They keep “files” of your record in boxes in an attic according to their current manager. The internet is horrible by itself. You only get 3 to 4 megabytes per second! And you can’t get it changed!!! Their corporate ignores your calls and messages and they do not respond at all! Look somewhere else because their management is not willing to help anyone with the attitudes they have! Pathetic performances they are displaying!

Ive been living at Park Ridge for 4 months and so far I love it. Mgt is respectful and prompt if there is a problem. The apts are clean and nice. Im glad I moved here.

Poor management, absolutely no one knows what’s going on with applicants. they tell you one thing and the recant the statements, tell you that the apartment will be ready by a certain date and then once you get ready to move there they are now waiting for the current tenant to leave (we where told it was vacant) and now we’re on a waiting list that just magically appeared out of thin air no one knows what’s going on at all

I resided at this apartment complex for 5+ years. The apartments are beautiful, but they can never keep management in the office. Every couple of months its someone new, their internet goes out at the most inconvenient times, and the rent price CONTINUOUSLY GOES UP EVERY SINGLE YEAR! Ridiculous prices to pay for a 2/3 bedroom apartment. Now residents have to pay for services that they dont want. You have to pay for cable, internet AND phone even if all you want is one service.

Love working and living here, their updated manager is really making this community beautiful!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND STONE RIDGE APARTMENTS! I had surgery and was down for 2 weeks. I communicated this with them. This was my first time ever being late on it and it was for a good reason I always pay my rent on time. One lady in the office was willing to work with me the other one was very rude and disrespectful. I paid what I owe them plus the late fees I needed to pay. Well the other disrespectful lady left a note on my door telling me I owe another 100 dollars of late fees! Im trying to figure out how when I already paid what I owed and the other lady told me that it was fine and that was all I had to pay . The office has lack of communication! And very unprofessional! I asked the lady for corporate number she wouldnt give it to me. On the other hand when I first moved in in it was roach infested! My dish washer was discusting and it still is. They havent replaced that yet! I went 3 months without a microwave just fixed that 2 months ago. Alot of maintenance and management problems. I wouldnt waste my time to these money hungry ignorant ppl. How is this suppose to be an income based apartments when Im getting treated like this!

The staff that moved us in was very nice and repaired everything. After management changed during our stay, the staff was still beautiful. The last management is the worse I have ever met. The office personnel is just as bad. I stated to them I was moving and I would pay whatever my balance due. My daughter went to the office to turn in the keys and to clear the final bill. The site manager met her out side the door. She check the mail and gave her the keys after she walkedher to the vehicle to get the other keys. She did not allow her time to talk and tell her the keys wasnt working, all she wanted for me to get off the premises. We got no notice we were banned from the premise, but was treated as a criminal. When asked about the bill the site manager said it would be mail to us. Not explaining anything to her. Time will not permit me to write my bad experiences with this new office personnel. I have lived in several apartments, but this is the worst of all. Im sure you will continue to move peoples in and out on a monthly basis. A very rude personnel. They need training in how to treat the residents, every contract was signed by adults, not children.

The apartments are beautiful. Its quiet and very affordable. My biggest complaint is the internet. Trash is an understatement. If you need to download anything, it takes DAYS. You cant watch YouTube in HD. My software I use to design things wont even connect on their internet. I had to buy phone service with a hotspot to make it work. Then they plan to make you pay for phone, cable, and internet when you renew your lease. I havent had a home phone in over a decade and I dont watch cable tv. I love the fact that they pay your water for you, but theres barely any water in the toilet so youre constantly cleaning it.

The staff was nice and down to earth. They are fair. Always, always make sure you do a move-in data sheet. Please read on the sheet for how much time you have to report things that are broken, issues with stove, A/C unit, bathroom, marks, burns, any damage write it on the form. Anything that needs maintenance, please stay on top of it. Document Everything, and I mean Everything! Dont forget to turn the sheet in with date and get copies. Move-Out Same thing. Both Sign and get Copies. The apartments are nice, and it is quiet. The only concerns that I had was that I could not choose my own cable, phone, and internet service. I Had to get services provided through the apartments. I do not like the idea of being told where to spend my money. Internet would crash often. Phone service was terrible. Satellite on a scale of 1-10, Umm....5. Channels were switched around and we were not provide with a remote, etc. There was no place on the grounds for teens to hang out. The community center was not within walking distance. They have a basketball court located on the Middle School grounds, about 1 block away. The children cannot ride their bikes, for obvious reasons, on the premises. If you are a Disabled Parent, its hard, because the older children have literally nothing to do, unless you transport them. On the upside, it is clean, no roaches. They do accept pets 300.00 deposit. Nice swimming pool and a balcony.
