I’ve been coming here for years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the work, even driving 20 minutes away from home.Recently had a negative experience however Nadya made it right. I had an amazing experience here. The owner helped my daughter with a costume she was working on. She went above and beyond to help us and taught my daughter tips and tricks on her sewing machine. They rushed to finish ahead of their planned due date. True professionals who really know alterations and fabrics.

This lady does not deserve your business nor does she really want it. She is rude and condescending, and then rudely asks how you will pay when you have payment in hand. Body shames and goes against the passion of alterations that make people feel confident and great in what they get altered.

Amazing customer service and pride in their craftsmanship!! This was my daughters first prom dress alteration and she is very shy and reserved. The lady that worked with her explained everything as she went and put her at ease. Can’t say enough good things about this business. And they did a great job!

HORRIBLE experience. Nadya had my wedding dress for 3 weeks & when I went to pick it up not only did she not remember me, but my dress had not been touched. She forgot it. She had me pay $600 upfront, which was a mistake. She refused to refund me my money so I could go elsewhere & continued to ask for more money as time went on for this and that to be done to my dress. The rest of my experience with her was awful. She caused me so much stress before my wedding, I would never recommend her to anyone looking for a great experience.

I had a last minute alteration for a dress I would be wearing to a wedding (as a guest) and Nadya immediately put me at ease and made my business feel welcome. Her and her husbands pleasant demeanor and customer service was by far unparalleled, and when it came to pricing Nadya was forthright and provided options.Most in her trade would look for a way to mark up the work and profit more, but Nadya was honest. She provided me with an easy, cost effective option for what would give me the end result I was looking for in my dress (a quick one time use fix), and then a more expensive but end all solution where I would not lose the authenticity of my vintage gown.She was detailed in explaining my options, how each would differ the usage of my dress in the long run, and was so very fair on the pricing.I will return for more alterations from Nadya both in the coming months from now, and as a lifetime customer.

Nayda is great! She fixed 4 pairs of pants that I bought off the rack that needed to be shortened. She is so nice and friendly she treats everyone as if shes known them for years. She told me stories of her home country and even shared home-baked cookies with me and another lady that were getting alterations done at the same time.

Nadya is simply Amazing!!!She was able to shorten my wedding dress so that I could wear flats and dance the night away without tripping or stepping on my gown. There was over 4 inches to be shortened and she did so without losing any of the intricate lace that made me fall in love with my gown. DO NOT GO HERE. READ THE BAD REVIEWS!!!! I watched my friend go through a HORRIBLE experience with Nadya. The Groom went to pick his Brides wedding dress up for her, and he asked for it to be zipped up so he wouldnt see it as its a surprise for the wedding day. Because she knew we were fed up with her, Nadya UNZIPPED it in front of him and showed him the dress. She ruined what was supposed to be a great experience.

I had a bad experience in this place

This business is a total scam. Nadya pinned my wifes dress and quoted $120. The day it was due to be picked up she called and said she hadnt started work and forgot to add a hem she missed for another $100 ($220 total). My wife picked up the dress up as fast as possible and took it to another tailor who did the job same day for only $54. Nadyas practices are devious and deceitful. Buyer beware!

I have been here a handful of times over the last several years and will highly recommend Nadya. She does a fantastic job and makes me grateful for being her customer every time.

Nadya is by far the best tailor. Not only are her prices extremely low, but she also gets the job done quickly. I brought my prom dress in a week before prom and she made sure I had it two days prior to prom. I will defiantly be a returning costumer.

Her service and work is AMAZING!! She is very friendly and amazing at what she does. I will never go to anyone else. Recently brought in a pant to get hemed been here once before and just like the previous experience she went above and beyond what I was expecting.

On Monday, November 27, 2017, I looked up this establishment on saw their hours where until 6pm. I fought 20 minutes of traffic to get there at 5:20pm only to find the store closed. Very, very frustrating.
