My appointment was for an acrylic set. One of the most simplistic things that anyone could possibly do. The nail tech did a poor job with buffing and filing down my nails. ALSO, the design on my nails made me want to burst out in tears. There were two nail techs alternating between tasks since the place was over booked. All of this for $80!??? I’m better off purchasing my nail kits from Amazon and doing it myself. I’ll add a picture of what I got vs what I asked for. (Im never coming here ever again.)

I would highly recommend Jazmins Nails. I had gone to another nail salon a week ago and they did a horrible job. I made an appt here at Jazmins and my nail tech Lucia was amazing. She took her time and genuinely took her job serious. She made my nails look great! Thank you thank you! I will definitely be coming back :)

So when I booked a appointment for me and my daughter we were suppose to have Ana G, when we arrived for our appointment it was packed in there!!! So they asked us to pick a color and we did. They got the water ready for the pedicures and when I put my feet in the water a lady come up and says Ana G couldnt take me right now because she had someone else!!! So they couldnt say that when I walked in!!! And the rude thing about it was Ana G was sitting right next to us and she didnt say anything to us!!! This was my 1st time there so I didnt know who she was but why not say something!! I ended up with a lady named Carmen she was very nice and she did a good job!! My daughter who is six had a very nice lady also!! I would definitely book with her again not Ana rude G!!

*UPDATED REVIEW*I went in on 2/12 and honestly did not have the best experience/results. It was my first time getting my nails done here as I would at times get a simple pedicure only. Given Valentines Day was approaching, I can only assume that the nail techs were pretty worn out.I reached out to the salon 4 days later about my unsatisfaction and they were quick to have me come in to resolve the issue. Staff was still friendly, welcoming, and even apologetic. The nail tech was attentive to detail and was able to correct the issue.I am satisfied with the results now and feel more comfortable and confident in my nails. I appreciate the customer service and appreciate that the staff not making it awkward unlike most nail salons. To sum it up, it was just an off day which is okay. I would come back for sure.

All the employees showed up almost a hour late in a van. The quality of the work is horrible. My daughter got tips and they all fell off, I had to take her somewhere else to get both hands done all over again for $35 and they charge her around $60. To expensive for the poor quality of work. I had an appointment at 9:30am they didnt show up until after ten with no apology. Instead of the person that was suppose to do my nails actually getting to work on my nails she instead takes someone else before me to do a wax. I left and went somewhere else. Very unprofessional. I will NEVER spend my money there ever again.

This is a hidden gem! The employees here are sweet, kind, and attentive. This is my second time here and I havent been disappointed by anything! Theres little to no wait time, they offer refreshments, have two huge flat screens, and offer a restroom. No complaints from me this far!

Dana took her time with my pedicure and color gel. The gel lasted for 3 weeks and looks like new! I also love the fact that they use clean tools for each person. Highly recommend this new salon.

I got a manicure and pedicure. They did a good job. Only gave 4 stars because it did take a long time to get the service completed, there was some stop and go, but then again if you want quality you can’t expect to be in and out in less than 45 minutes. So just know that going into it!

This salon is professional, CLEAN, and offers fair pricing with knowledgable and friendly staff. Wait time is fair, the facilites are updated, and the color selection and tools used are new and up to date. Donna is patient and thorough. Excellent!

Everything super clean safety to do your nail but reason why I give 3 star is bc my gel color last less than a week it last only 4 days. 😡 we pay 30 bc we don’t wanna be at the salon every week doing our nails normally my gel last almos 3 weeks very disappointed
