The maintenance staff are amazing! You always see them working and never complain when you ask them to assist you with things in your apartment home. That is what makes living here AMAZING! They take pride in fixing things in a timely fashion and always wear a smile!

It would be nice if the amenities we paid for were in working order. Its been at least 2.5 months since the pool was closed for repair and now its almost July, 90+ degrees, and no pool. Were not even allowed in the pool area to enjoy any outdoor amenities like the outdoor seating, grill, etc.

I used to live here and the staff was always so kind and responsive. I would suggest this place to anyone looking to relocate to the area. Great views, grocery store across the street, post office near by, and plenty of good restaurants right at your fingertips! You dont have to look any further!

My fiance and I have been without our dishwasher for like 8-9 days now because theres still water inside it. Called them last Monday to have someone come and fix the drain and no ones shown up at all. I was then told yesterday by one of the workers that they will come down to fix it. Still hasnt happened yet.

I just love living here! It is close to everything and the sunsets are gorgeous. You are 10-15 min from Tybee, downtown, and george town area. It is centrally located in a perfect serene location. I would suggest living here any day!

Mantinance here is substandard. I reported a leaking disposable and non operational. I guess that my apartment must be on the verge of an explosion before anyone will respond. Seams like the only way anything get anything fixed around here is to write a poor Google review. That is what it has taken in the past. So here I am again. Management demands things from residents but could care less about residents needs.Just learned that my neighbor was denied mantinance service because of inappropriate language. Last I checked we still have a Constitution and the first amendment prohibits retaliation for free speech. Residents have the right to speak their mind when it takes weeks and months to get something repaired. Our right to free speech dose not end where your hurt feelings begin.

We had a hurricane and they left my apt with holes in the roof for months. When it was time for me to move, I needed to leave a month earlier than my lease because my parents needed me in another state. I had been there three years. I met with the manager on two occasions about my moving. He reassured me since I had been so patient during the hurricane and he had a waiting list of renters I could get out of the last month without penalty. Several months after I moved I got a letter of collections for breaking the lease. They know they lied to me but continue to pursue it years later. They ignore any contact I’ve tried to make with them. There are a lot of great comparable places on the islands to live. Don’t live here. They have no integrity and will try to get you at every turn.

This is such an amazing place to live!! I love my apartment and the proximity to the beach is great. There is a new lady in the office named Latoya and she is absolutely the best!!! You cant go wrong for the space, price and location.

Great management staff. Anytime I need something fixed/repaired it is taken care of immediately. Great location to shops, dining, and the beach.

The staff is top notch. Parking can be problematic if you have frequent visitors. The apartments are a bit dated and need some remodeling. For example some, if not all, do not have built-in microwave ovens, an item that is standard in todays apartments. Rental prices are high for Savannah, but given the proximity to Tybee Island and quality schools, the rent is competitive with the locale. Ask about one of the apartments that has been recently remodeled. Prior to COVID-19, management held cookouts and other gatherings on a regular basis.

They are unprofessional and racially profiled my best friend when she went there. I do not recommend this place.

This management team here are Amazing folks and have changed my mind from a 1 star to 5 star. They have gone above and beyond on getting our cabinets updated/installed. I found my self speechless awestruck as well as they went ahead and updated the appliances as well! We are very greatful with this management, they have done everything to make us happy, during our stay.Thanks!Marisa

Very impressed the first three months weve been here. Office staff is always friendly and helpful.

The parking is not good!! Come in late from work and have to park down the way or at the office and walk and if its raining welp then your going to be soaked. Brittany has been great

Cozy apartments

It is May 30th 2015...and the pool is still not open! Weve been told, it will be resurfaced and open in the next couple of weeks since Easter. The resurfacing has not even started yet!
