Ive lived here for 2 years so far. Beautiful spacious apartments and lovely amenities. The parking can be a bit tight depending on the day but overall its a peaceful apartment complex. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. There are 2 playgrounds for children, and pretty ponds to look at while you walk your dogs. They just did a full repaint of all the buildings on the outside and everything looks amazing!

The housing experience and service attitude in this apartment are very good! I have lived here for about half a year, and the house was very clean when I moved in. Some of the small problems we reported when we were looking at the house were also solved before we moved in. Their staff were very friendly and solved the problems quickly. The whole environment of the community is very comfortable. It is close to Kroger and some restaurants, so it is very convenient to travel.

Very professionally ran. Maintenance is very efficient and informative while doing their jobs. The apartments are very modern and well maintained between tenants. A good fitness center and great pools.

Maintenance staff are always quick to respond to requests and prioritize a quality job over a quick job. We especially love Clemente! He always has a smile on his face and never misses an opportunity to ask us how we are doing.

Olympus Fenwick is a wonderful place to live, staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance staff is top tier (especially Clemente). Problems are typically dealt with swiftly, Lou and Jaci do a good job managing. Outside of COVID, community programming is done well and has lots of participation. Overall a quality experience and high recommendation.

I lived here for a year. They made me extend my lease 2 extra months after it already was finished, charged me for extra days that I wasn’t even there after lease was up, they charged me all types of fees, and even tried to charge me rent for a month after I was moved out and the lease was finished!! Overall they suck. DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS NEIGHBORHOOD! Don’t be fooled. They strive to mess people’s credit up. Not Honest people.

Clemente is always so respectful and hospitable, always takes the time explain the issue n indicates how we can solve the problem in the future ourselves if applicable.

We currently live here! We absolutely love it, when we were in the process of moving down here all the way from the Midwest they were so very helpful! When we got here everything was ready to go no added stress! Our apartment is very spacious and nice! Honestly 5 stars isn’t enough to give to this apartment complex! They are amazing and I would recommend 100%!

Olympus Fenwick are great apartments! Being new to the area I was searching for a place that wasn’t too far from my family and that provided closet space and a nice patio. I found everything I wanted in these apartments. Starting with the front office every one is great. When I took a tour the leasing agent was very friendly and informative! At the time of move in my apartment was even better than the tour. I ended up with a larger apartment than expected. It’s a quiet neighborhood. The maintenance team is awesome as well and very attentive. Any time I need something fixed it is done very quickly and they always follow up to make sure everything turned out right. My neighbors are great as well. There is always parking available as well. I love the mail room for the packages that I order. I always know they are safely there . My view off my patio is an awesome view of the pond. Lastly the fitness center and pools are great as well. Overall I really love these apartments and would recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment in a great location!

We have only been here for almost 3 months. Loving our apartment and the location. Its close to our family and shopping. Parking is tight a lot of times but pretty quiet. We have had a few things that needed to be fixed and the maintance dept are very quick to respond. Mr. Clemente M. has been our maintance guy everytime and is very professional and very nice. Any questions I have he answers. And always ask if everything is ok before he leaves. Top Notch. Thank you

These apartments are great! Everyone here is very helpful and they take lots of pride in all their residents. Anytime we have an issue they work in a very timely manner to fix it. I have no complaints about this place. It also has two very nice ponds and parks and pools throughout the complex so that there is a park and pool close to everyone which I think is very nice. They have done a great job so far and I look forward to living here for years to come.

This is the best apartment I have ever lived in! When I visited the classmates who live in this apartment one year before, I thought their house is wonderful, the space layout is reasonable, it is very bright, especially clean, and the location is excellent. And the most surprising thing is that the price here is lower than many of the similar apartment! ! ! So this year I did not hesitate to sign the contract.In the past half years, my roommate and I are very satisfied with our apartment and the services! I will always stay here before leaving Savannah!

The maintenance crew here is phenomenal and a special shout out to Will for fixing my AC so quickly in the middle of the night! You sir are my hero!

My father just recently moved into a 1 bedroom apartment. The office staff have been more than helpful. They know exactly who my father is and makes him feel at home or if they have known him for sometime. The maintenance persons have been very helpful when there were miner items to be tended to. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I could not ask for a better place for my father to reside. Gives our family peace of mind knowing he has joined a kind community.

Absolutely one of the nicest apartment complexes in the Savannah area! Great area and the apartments themselves are so well kept and beautiful! The leasing office has always been responsive and helpful with any issues we’ve had. Can’t recommend it enough!

I love my place so far. I have only lived here for a month but I can already tell that they take pride in all their tenants. I have put in 2 service orders and that same day I had maintenance at my door fixing my issue. The ladies at the front office made my move extremely easy and were very nice. I have lived in three apartment complexes in Savannah and this is by far the best one. I highly recommend this place.

My family and I have lived here for a few months now and we do love it here. The amenities are great (pool areas, gym, playgrounds) and the staff here are nice and professional. Also, Clemente is an absolutely great repairman and did a great job repairing our sink.Absolutely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay.

The best community to live in. The staff are very polite and beyond helpful. They are always throwing events and contests. The pools and gym are always clean as well as the laundry room. The rent prices are fair and the community as a whole are always clean and quiet. All around 10 out of 10 and would recommend this place to anyone

Honestly love these apartments! It is so spacious and reasonably priced! I think the best thing is how accommodating the wonderful leasing staff is! Any time Ive come into any sort of complications, especially during the troubles Ive had due to the pandemic, they have always helped me in the best way possible! I highly recommend living here! The community is great and there is always room for the fur babies, like the fenced in dog park. Plus, there are so many incentives that come along with living here!!!

Olympus Fenwick is a great place all around. The location, the scenery, the staff, the amenities everything. I am going on my 2nd year with Olympus Fenwick and they have not seized to amaze me. Maintenance is always on time, even on weekends. The team involves the residents with activities and events to participate in, which makes the community feel like a family. If you’re planning to choosing Olympus Fenwick, you have the Green Light from me. You won’t regret it.

Olympus Fenwick is great! The staff in the club house is generous and easy to work with! Maintenance staff is really nice, and they provide a relatively fast response time to all work orders. My neighbor’s are quiet and have no problems with them. Great place to live!

My husband and I are military. We have lived here roughly 2 years. I LOVE the atmosphere here. Maintenance has always been attentive to any of our needs. Staff in the office have always answered and questions of ours and too have been attentive. The environment around here is very up-beat! Makes me feel like i’m back in my home-town in Maryland/D.C. area. Summer time, the pool is the place to be to relax and get to know your neighbors! I love it here! Thank you O. Fenwick for making our first duty station a wonderful experience! I have ZERO complaints.

I have lived here 3 years. The package lockers are a definite perk, love knowing my packages are safe. The office staff is responsive and prompt. I have lived at Olympus Fenwick apartments of Savannah for almost a year now and it has been a very pleasant experience! This was my first apartment ever and from the start they made it very easy to understand and move through their process. The amenities are beautiful and the area is very secure, also close to everything you could possibly need. Their response to the COVID pandemic was incredible, they took a ton of safety precautions and still continue to do so. It has overall been a really great experience living here!

The only issue I had, was recommending the mother of my son to move here, and thinking that they would honor the referral discount. However, because it wasnt in writing or done through their website it wasnt honored, plus I was told that it was at the business managers discretion whether or not it would be honored. Other than that I have been here since 2013, moved to three different apartments and have not had any issues. Anytime Ive need any maintenance it was always done in a timely manner. The staff has always been helpful in all of the transitions Ive done.

The management team here at Olympus made everything so easy!! Looking for a place to live during a pandemic was stressful, but management still made the experience enjoyable and were very accommodating to all my needs. During these uncertain times, they still make sure that everyone is practicing social distancing and wearing masks. I’m so glad that I live in a community that cares about it’s residents and neighbors. I absolutely adore this place and all that it has to offer.

Everyone is always so nice and generous whenever something occurs! Have only had 2 issues the whole stay here and it was minor with the payment on their website giving me an error, occurring in late fees. I notified them and had no problem fixing the late fee issue. Communication is great from their team as well, always alerting you when something may be closed, hours changing, or of any issues. Sends out check up emails making sure everything is okay as well. Caring staff!

Great group of ladies that work in the office. I lived on the property going on 2 years and have no issues other than parking gets kind of tight at night. Overall good quiet place to live.

Very convenient location to Richmond Hill, Pooler, and the rest of Savannah. They are doing updates now(looking good!) and when you put in a service order they come and look at it pretty quickly. I feel that they listen.

Olympus is very peaceful & quiet. I have great neighbors all around me. Everyone respects one another. Also, the whole staff is phenomenal.

As a resident of Olympus Fenwick I can truly say with all honesty I am in love with my place. The neighborhood has friendly residents and is a quiet atmosphere. My place is very spacious with a luxury setting. The staff in the office are very friendly and supportive with any concerns he or she may have. The maintenance are phenomenal with fixing things that may needs attention to in a timely manner. The office sends out alerts to all residents through email to keep us in the know and if we are intrested in any contest they may have. If anyone looking for a beautiful nice spacious luxury home with a clean friendly environment and great office staff then I suggest you come to Olympus Fenwick where you pay for what you get. Oh and I forgot to mention pet friendly. Lol

I want to thank the Olympus Fenwick Team. From day one when searching for places to live me and my husband were giving a chance. The staff has always been friendly from the management team to the staff. Any issues I ever had with Maintenance It always gets handled right away. Even if we may need more time for rent they are always understanding and works with us. Even with Covid guidlines and with everything going on they have really been supportive. Informing us on whats going on. Assuring face masks are required etc. Thank you Olympus Fenwick for being a supportive team.

I have to say, these have been some of the best apartments I have lived in. The prices are reasonable considering all the space you get. I have a 1 bed, 1 bath with a Sunroom and its gorgeous. It isnt just the prices that get me though, the wonderful leasing staff are the best group of ladies Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. They are so understanding and have helped me out when I had to quarantine for 3 weeks and lost nearly an entire month of pay. Plus, the community is gorgeous. I mean 2 pools, a fenced in dog park and there is plenty of parking spaces, which is a problem I have had in the past, you couldnt really ask for much more. Also, there is the gorgeous lake and has some cute turtles. There is even a park for the kids. I highly recommend living here if you are looking for a friendly and quiet community.

It is a little expensive, but when you factor in all the amenities, you actually come out doing pretty well, as long as the amenities are being utilized regularly. But if you dont like to swim and you dont like working out, you may actually want to look for something in a lower price range without all the extras.

I have truly enjoyed my 2 years here almost 3 and I really appreciate all the staff. When I moved here Jaci, Kendra, and Mrs Lu had been nothing but helpful through my long distance move and continued to be that till this day for me. They are truly appreciated and will be missed. I would definitely have renewed again and again, but it is time for me to leave here. These ladies made this place home to me and even call my son by first name everytime they see us. On top of them maintenance has always been a pleasure as well. I usually miss when they come in to work, but I love the emails they leave and note cards saying what they completed and when they would return.

Olympus Fenwick and the maintenance staff all get #5stars in my book! We experienced a problem with our door late one night, that caused us to be locked out of our apartment. I called the office after hours line, thinking in my head the whole time, we were going to be in for a long wait for someone to respond. Thank goodness I was wrong! Carlos returned my call right away and was at our apartment in no time. He was very courteous and provided excellent, quick service. He apologized for the inconvenience and said to feel free to give him a call if we need anything else. Thank you Olympus Fenwick for taking care of your residents!

I love this place. Very friendly, super safe. They got rid of the hot tub, the laundry room is small and the gym hours are odd but besides that the staff is fun and always putting on events for residents!

We lived there for a year and that was long enough! I was begging my husband to break the lease by the end of it. From the beginning we had issues. When we toured the complex we were told that the nice light fixtures, upgraded blinds and a few other details were standard in every apartment. After moving into our “basic floor plan” we realized we had none of those things. The woman who gave us a tour didn’t understand what standard meant and failed to elaborate that there were three different levels 1. Basic 2. Standard and 3. Upgraded. That doesn’t even make sense. They did come in a change the blinds out only because I demanded them be changed. But even with proof that the agent lied to our faces we were told that was all they would be doing for us and they would change anything else.I wish that was the end however we constantly had issues with the complex. They charged us for renters insurance monthly even though we had our own. They charged us for a dog that was unregistered and unpaid for even though we paid for her when we got her. There were multiple maintenance issues that never went seen about, in fact we never had a working ice machine since they never fixed it. When we’d call to get items fixed after never hearing from people they’d say there was a glitch....almost every order had a glitch.. The complex is run down and they are not putting any money back into things, cracks in windows, shingles falling off roofs, broken gym equipment and not to mention it needs a serious facelift before it can be considered Luxury. They never painted when we moved in there were still patches on the walls from the previous tenants.The only good thing I can say is that one of the maintenance men is super nice and helpful. The floor plans are large but they are not luxury apartments so don’t waist your money. It’s an unorganized mess there and they are struggling to keep any good tenants in.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. There has been many burglaries here!!!! There is no security in this community, you don’t want to walk out your own apartment having to look over your shoulder. They WILL not give you your security deposit back!!! They charged me a pet violation for my SERVICE DOG. The water is shared here !!! So you are paying for everyones water too plus you have to pay for a sewer charge every month!! Parking is also hard to find. Trust me don’t move here. Save your rent money for a better property.

I have been living in Olympus for 2 years my experience with Olympus Fenwick has been great! The office staff to the maintenance guys are nice and welcoming! I even enjoyed the tour that i had.The one thing that stuck out the most was the model apartment that they showed was already furnished of course but to have the refrigerator stocked with snacks for the guest was different lol being that my kids were with me that made them want to move in as well! The apartments to the amenties are nice in the future I would recommend its very nice,quite, and peaceful neighborhood .- Shaniqua Campbell

I love this community because the environment, how quick the commute is to work and the overall apartment vibe and access to so much around town. What I really like is its very near to my parents house, my sons school and it’s in walking distance Kroger’s and great restaurants near by and also very close like 4 mins drive to Walmart, and all other Shopping Outlets is literally 15 to 20 minutes away. The Management and staff is very kind and are nice people . I have lived here for over three plus years and it been a great. All the amazing yearly activities they have for us as a community are great for everyone to get involved. I recently was hospitalized and the staff was very friendly to my mother when she called to ask how she could pay my rent while I was sick. They were very helpful to her. With the recent events that have taken place in the world and with COVID-19 they have done everything possible to ensure that the residents are safe and then the environment we live in is clean. I’ve only had a few issues where I needed to call maintenance and the few times that I’ve had to call they were quickly came to check and fix the issue. I highly recommend this complex for anyone older, young, single, single parent with kids, married with kids this is a great community for anyone.

I have lived here for a year and a half now, and can honestly say I am satisfied living here. I love the location and all of the amenities included with living here. I am constantly receiving complements about the inside of my apartment! The staff is friendly, helpful, and will fix anything wrong with an urgency. The leasing office often hosts activities and meals for the community to get together. I recommend making Olympus Fenwick your home!

Really nice place. A little more expensive than Id like for what Im getting, but the staff and particularly maintenance is really helpful and have really gone out of their way to help me out more than once. The location is really great, and I think thats what youre paying for more than anything. Kroger being walkable as well as a bunch of restaurants is great.

Ive been here now going on two years. This complex is clean and very quiet. I have had little to no problems with the staff here. They are very attentive and quick to fix any problem i have had. They location is very convenient and I love that i can go to the fitness center any time. I feel safe and secure living here. They make sure if anything out of the ordinary happens, they are sure to email their tenants and keep us updated! I love it here! I would definitley recommend this complex to anyone looking to move.

We lived here previously and enjoyed our time and when we sold our house, we thought this would be the place to return to. However, it has been nothing but a disappointment. Just one item is that for the last 3 weeks we have been dealing with no AC and no Heat. Due to the outside temperatures it is not deemed to be an emergency, however when temps reach below 40 degrees at night, I would one like to have my heat working without being told to use the aux heat. The amperage used by the emergency heat strips is way more and for the complex to expect us to use it for that last 2 weeks is absolutely wrong. The complex isnt paying for my electric bill, and therefore I dont feel we should be told to use it. We call and if we actually get through and have someone answer the phone we are always told that they need to check in to it and they will get back to us and nobody ever contacts us back. After 3 weeks, one would like a simple response. I actually received a phone call stating that maintenance would be on site 5 days ago to repair the issue and nobody showed up and the work order is still open. This is not the only complaint about this complex that we have. We will definitely not be renewing our lease when it is due. Unfortunately, I will not be giving any recommendations. Thank you.

This apartment complex really screwed me. My lease was over with and I moved out of my apartment. Around this time it was a bad storm coming so we packed up early and left. Three months later I receive a email that I have a outstanding bill. Okay cool. Instead of the apartment complex notifying me the day they did the inspection they waited months later and sent my account to collections. I’m active duty military, deployed overseas. It would have been nice to receive a email months priors to them letting my account go to collections. Also not to mention there was suppose to be a move in special for military, I never received it after sending several emails asking about it. This staff is horrible with communication. If your military I suggest you not move here! Find a more military friendly apartment complex.

I love living here at Olympus Fenwick! Such a convenient location next to everything. My apartment is one of the renovated ones and it is so nice. Very spacious with the biggest balcony I have ever seen at an apartment complex. Everyone working in the office is so helpful.

Convenient shopping right across the way...gas, groceries and restaurants.12/12/2020OLYMPUS FENWICK is the place to be. Its peaceful and so convenient. Restaurants and a Kroger right across the way...and even a corner pub. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Pets are welcome, and the grounds are clean(if you know what I mean).They have a variety of floorplans to choose from, and pricing is very affordable. Maintenance is never an issue as they are always quick to respond just like the ladies in the office. They always have something fun going on for the residents as well!All in all, Im happy to call this place home!

This place is a disaster. The service is unmatched, thats true. Ive never seen a place advertised as luxury be this much of a nightmare for residents. Besides low quality apartments with awful flooring, paint, electrical, etc. the amenities are poorly maintained. Resident complaints go unanswered. You think going in the office to get something resolved would work (considering they dont answer any phone calls, nor return messages) but still, no action is ever taken for residents. With the rent theyre collecting (when they actually get the invoices right) they could do better. The managers and maintenance people SEEM to be apologetic, but with no action taken Im losing faith that they care about their residents and their families. Lu Hall should not oversee anything, let alone someones home. The lack of actual managerial skills is shocking.

I rented here more than 3 years ago and moved out after getting a job overseas, the people working in the office told me that everything was paid the day I moved out and I wrote the last check for them. Then more than 3 years later I get an email saying I have an outstanding balance. Surprise, they messed up and now Im responsible for their mistake as a company. They dont have an online way to pay and say I can try a personal check but since Im no longer a resident theres no promise theyll accept a personal check, it should be a money order. Im not even in the state anymore and this company doesnt care. If youre military and expect to PCS at any point, I encourage you to look at other apartments in the area. Theres plenty to choose from that dont pass their mistakes off on former residents.For current residents, I say make sure everything is in writing because I cant prove I paid everything in full and steer clear of Olympus properties in the future.I reached out to your team already, with no help, not even willing to work with me. Left messages for email responses and never got a thing from anyone. I never got an email or a mailed bill, no one in the office is still there from that time.

Better experience than most rental companies in Savannah. I applied for two different apartments in the Savannah region which both came up on denial due to my social being compromised. Olympus Fenwick went above and beyond finding the problem and helping me fix it. Would recommend. They have a gym, a party room, two pools and secure package pick up.

Apartments are very nice, affordable, and spacious. We’ve lived here for a year now with minimal issues. Maintenance is contacted and performed in a timely manner. Kendra and JC in the office are extremely kind! We’re sad to be leaving this May.

I also had a bad experience living here. I moved in May of 2016 and moved out in December of 2018. The first apartment they moved me into had nothing but roaches coming out of the kitchen. After killing roaches for about a week, I asked to be moved to another apartment. When I moved out, the property tried to charge me for damages that were already in the apartment. Thank God I took pictures of everything. These damages were originally put on the lease agreement so I was so confused as to why staff didn’t review it before sending out a bill. I had to call a few people and send them my pictures because I guess they couldn’t find my lease agreement. This process took so long. I’m just happy I don’t live there anymore.

The place looks great and in fact it is a wonderful property but is managed poorly. The amenities are beautiful but inaccessible during the weekend... so why do we pay for it on the first place? When we rented nobody cared to show me the apartment. My husband and I got the keys went in and filled out a form to assess all what needed fixing...and nobody came to fix it... ever... even after I went to the office to follow up. The staff does not care of your needs or requests they are all very dismissive except one employee. I left last November after a 3 month lease. When we left they were supposed to come and check the apt but nobody showed up and we went to the office and returned the keys.I took pictures of the whole apt before leaving. After a while I received an email and thy wanted to charge me for damaged carpet and other things that did not exist or were broken in the first place and were never fixed. When I asked for a copy of my initial assessment to prove that when I entered the apt I reported to them what was broken and non functional ... well I am still waiting to receive it. You need real professional and good customer service in that place. If they were doing their job properly I probably would have stayed.

Everything is great...BUT THE PARKING!!!!! SMH!!! GOD I PRAY THEY COME UP WITH SOMETHING ELSE FOR PARKING...

I am not even a resident but after what I saw today I would love to move there if I didnt have a home already. LET ME TELL YOU, the staff was outside in 90 degree weather directing traffic through their complex. They did better than the police! Highway 17 was closed off and the detour went right through the complex. We were greeted by some nice ladies telling us how to get out of the complex. I am in shock with how helpful they were and did it all with a SMILE on their faces! JUST WOW!!!!!!!!!

I really love this place.

I have been living here for only 3 months and already love the place! Its so convenient with kroger being next door to get a daily walk in to buy some groceries, the security of a package center and an on call officer, and the staff have been nothing but helpful even BEFORE move in day. With all of the events they put on, it really makes me feel like I have an actual home here in Georgia since I am not from here!

Love living here, the maintenance team is awesome and quick. The front office is always sweet and helpful.

This is a beautiful community and the new upgrade are a great addition. I have been living here going on 4 or 5 years now. The staff has been very helpful to me everytime I went to them with an issue. They always greet me when the see me around the property or in the clubhouse. They host resident appreciation events each month. There is an issue with pet owners not cleaning up their pets but the manager make sure to communicate with the residents that it their responsibility to do so. I love the new Athletic center and have used it since it opened.

I have been a resident for 3 years and for the most part I love it. The staff in the front office is GREAT!! If I have an issue all I have to do is let them know and they will do their best to correct the issue ASAP. The company was purchased last year and the new company is trying to make the community happy (not that I wasnt happy before) BUT I do love some of the improvements. As with any growth there comes change and if you would like a safe beautiful place to live I know that this will be the place for you and your family.

Okay first of all I want to thank all the stuffs. They r extremely so awesome. From the office to the maintenance guys. I love love this place. They r so friendly . The price was affordable quite place they have 2 swimming pool which my son enjoyed it a lot. So clean. The best part about this place is when u have problem the maintenance guys will show up right away and fix it. And when u drive by or walk by if they see u they will wave at u or greet you. And I love that. Specially this older guy I forgot his name he was so nice talk to my son everytime he sees him. And the office they do taco night, pizza night, and some stuff for the Halloween for the residents and I enjoyed it and the best part they do summer pool party that was the best of it. We had so much fun in that place. They really make u feel like home so friendly. And one more thing Kroger is walking distance nail sloon barbershop restaurants goodwill and some other shops right there just walking distance. If my husband didnt get order to pcs to different state I wouldnt leave. I highly recommend it. And thank u for all of u ladies who work at the office and the 3 maintenance guys that I use to know 😊😊😊

Ms. Sika the office manager is a true blessing. After getting military orders out of no where to move our family while being pregnant and stressed out she made the process easy for us. Very unprofessional and rude staff at times. Ive been in this particular community for 4+ years and my most recent experience was the worst! Basically things that were promised to be at the time of me signing my lease wasnt what I got when I walked into my apartment. My floors were supposed to be faux wood, supposed to have wood blinds, and everything was supposed to be upgraded or I wouldnt agreed to pay the amount that I agreed to pay per month. The staff didnt decide to check on my apartment prior to move in and when I walked in nothing was as it was supposed to be. (And still isnt, besides the floors) I had to pack all of my belongings into two bedrooms as they came and did my floors the next day. A huge inconvenience. Neither the management or staff were apologetic about this and nothing was done to accommodate me. They manager was rude and blamed everything on the turnover in staff, but thats not an excuse when your running a business. My apartment is definitely not worth what I am paying, and when my lease is up I will be out and will never give them my business or recommend anyone to them! I have been searching for a corporate number but cannot seem to find one.

By far the best apartment I have ever lived in! My husband and I are just getting ready to move back home after living in Fenwick for two years and we are both sad to leave such a nice community. We had a ground level apartment, one bedroom with a study. For a one bedroom it is very spacious! The kitchen is very big and open, and all of the appliances have been recently updated. The floor plan is very open, which makes it feel even bigger than it is! In the time I have lived here I rarely heard any noise from my neighbors above us, and everyone who lived in our area was always extremely friendly! The staff is great too, Jessi has always been very helpful to us! Whenever we have had a maintenance issue it has always been resolved within the day. Living on the ground floor we have had a couple issued with bugs getting into the apartment, but anytime I ever had an issue with it they had someone come and spray the next day. The community itself is very quiet, I have never once been woken up by loud music or loud neighbors. The only complaint I have is about the laundry room, if you dont have your own washer and dryer I recommend you get one! They only have three in the complex, and they are almost always being used or are out of service; that being said, if you go into the main office and ask they can give you information on where to rent/buy affordable machines! Other than that, I wouldnt change a single thing about this place. Its also worth mentioning that these apartments are close to the army base, and right next door to a shopping center! You are in walking distance from a 24hr Kroger, multiple restaurants, and a gas station. Love the location!

To be fair to the maintenance crew, I will have to say they do a knockout job with the resources they have. These apartments are part of a larger corporate property management firm called First Communities. Its obvious that the local staff has no flexibility or authority of their own by the way basic repairs on the amenities are handled. For example, if the grills break( there are only 2) then it takes 2 weeks to as much as 3 months to receive authorization or funding to repair it. If you dont grill thats not an issue. There were three grills but the maintenance and upkeep of the third became to worrisome for the management so they just got rid of it. I just tell that in some detail so you get an idea of the management outlook on their responsibilities towards their clients. As far as the physical characteristics, expect the same as any multi-family dwelling, you hear your upstairs neighbors, people talking outside, dogs barking, but you have to expect that and hope you get used to it. In other words you get what you pay for. Their amenities look really nice on the website and are usually well kept, but inevitably, your neighbors sooner or later will disappoint you with their obnoxiousness and rude behavior, loud music, or unruly children that have been dropped off at the pool as a means of free childcare with no lifeguard. The best way to sum up the place, its like a trashy trailer park with a nice pool. Did I mention the maintenence crew is really good.

Great community! I highly recommend moving here!
