I moved here from across the country sight unseen. Megan made the process smooth and easy so when I finally arrived I just had to pick up my keys. The apartment is beautiful. The community is quiet and peaceful. The area has everything you could ask for. Im very happy and glad I choose this property!

Attempted to obtain a pamphlet from the office. And the the staff asks are you interested in a one or two (without giving me a pamphlet)? I asked if they only had 1 and 2 BRs and the staff replies we wont have any 3BRs available for six months. That to me is impossible to know considering the moratoriums are lifted. Any resident could stop paying rent and be evicted, or even possibly die (not wishing here), creating a vacancy. If the staff doesnt want to offer more options in waiting list or application holds. Maybe they dont want to deal with your broken toilet or AC unit either. Juat my opinion and review.

I love this place and love that theres a trainer for the gym here! He works with lots of people. A little expensive but he will work you out! Definitely worth it! Thank you!

The apartment area is very nice and quite. The apartment themselves need to be pressure washed and also hallways need to be blown filled with feces and leaves. The outside grass has dog feces everywhere.

Absolutely love the apartments at Capital Crest. The apartments and amenities look like a resort with some really unique features. The staff is absolutely amazing from the time I toured through living here. They are so welcoming and truly listen to any concerns you may have. Maintenance requests are taken care of at least the next day if not before. So thankful I found these apartments!

I plan on moving here in Feb. 2020 & the tour I got of the property was awesome. The ladies in the office are so friendly & welcoming! I went on tour with Liandra and she was super awesome & really gave me a good feel for the place. Im excited to move in and enjoy the community. 😁On a side note the gym and pool look super clean and well taken care of too its the best Ive seen outta all the places Ive toured. Considering Ill be spending most my time enjoying these perks I look forward to using them. The whole property is well kept & quiet. I was a tad concerned being closer to the town and traffic but you really cant hear it on the property and its a community that actually has working gates so thats a major plus!!

Weve only been here for three weeks but were feeling right at home. The office staff and maintenance staff have been super friendly and helpful. Havent had the opportunity to try out all of the amenities yet but we enjoy having them available and waiting for us. Our dogs have adjusted to apartment living and love using the dog park. Love our experience at Capital Crest.

I visited Capital Crest and I simply loved it! This apartment community has such nice amenities and the staff brings everything to life by putting their own personal care on assisting everyone! The location is just perfect and I love being close to the Outlets and some of my favorite restaurants.My boyfriend is always at the gym and constantly washing the car at the free car wash they have. We will stay here as long as possible! Thank you for everything you do!

False advertising. We have lived here since may and we have still not had our dish washer fixed from when we put in a order then on top of that I dont understand why we pay for pest when they dont spray nothing. And the biggest thing right now for us is our air has been out for almost 3 months now an they only came fixed it once an kept trying to tell us our electricity bill won’t go up but it has been. An I don’t know if they just picking a choosing who they help but I’m tired of it.

Best apartment experience ever!Apartments are great, the complex is well maintained but it is the staff that put it over the top as they cannot do enough for you as a resident. I have had to relocate due to work but would have stayed for the long term because of the about factors. Way to go Capital Crest, keep up the great work you do.

I moved to Capital Crest over a year ago, my wife and I still have the same excellent experience from day 1! The front office is always welcoming and helpful! The manager Megan really cares about the community and the people that live here! I have lived at many of the communities in the area and this one is by far the best one! The amenities are wonderful and really enjoying the new games! Couldnt recommend living here more!

Liandra is amazing! She made the entire process so easy and was willing to work with me through some complications. The property is beautiful, the apartments are clean and modern, and the amenities cant be beat. I cant wait to finish moving in and call Capital Crest home!

Probably the nicest complex in the Savannah/Pooler area. Everything is perfect an the staff is awesome. It pains me to give this place a 4/5 star but man the animal thing is out of hand. Dogs make so much noise all through out the day combined with thin walls.

This community is a joke. The gates have been open for about two months. Anyone can drive in. Also the pool is supposed close when the sun sets. That is a lie. People hang out at the pool past two in the morning drinking alcohol and smoking weed while be very loud. Don’t fall for the false advertisement from the staff pretending like this is an upscale community. They let anyone live here. Cars have been broken into numerous times. If you want to see what it is like then visit this community at night. I will not be renewing my lease because this place is like a ghetto and improperly ran.

I visited some family at Capita Crest for several weeks and I have nothing but positive things to say about the complex. Starting from the staff, always friendly and greeting you with a smile, to the very well equipped gym, without forgetting to mention the free car wash!! The apartments are beautiful and the gated community gives a great sense of exclusivity. It’s extremely close to just about any restaurant or shopping center you can think of. I highly recommend considering this complex if you’re deciding to move to the area, I know I am.

Great Community. The staff is amazing and always helpful. The gym is spacious and the pool is super nice. I have two dogs and they love playing in the dog park such a great space for furry friends.

Moved in two months ago and have no complaints. Gym is the best I saw in town and I like that it’s 24 hours. Lady that helped me move in was helpful. So far so good.

Moving to Capital Crest has been the best experience in renting at an apartment community. Liandra at the front office is the rock of Capital Crest. Although Capital Crest in itself is spectacular, her personality is what really sold us. We loved being around someone so genuine and funny. Liandra is super easy to talk to, yet still professional. She has the answers to all your Capital Crest questions!! Not to mention, she is great with ordering maintenance ASAP. The whole team is lovely!

I have lived here since November of 2018 and have to say I have little to no complaints. However, one problem that I have noticed is that the parking situation has progressively gotten worse around building 100. I have frequently come home from work to find that I have to park on the opposite side of the apt complex from my building. I would definitely suggest implementing a parking permit system. Other than that I would highly recommend!

I’ve moved into Capital Crest almost a year ago, staying here is like a fairy tale. The complex is very stunning with great details. The amenities are just a bonus. The staff seem more like family, never seen any off the staff not greet with a smile and ask “ How are you doing, and go over and beyond to assist you.” If you looking for a great place to move too Capital Crest is most definitely should be your first priority.

This place doesnt have a temporary living feel, it really feels like a home and I love this place!!! I have lived here for about a month and this place is incredible. Every person I have passed have been extremely nice and kind. Its like a little community. Families at the pool, a lot of dog walkers and everyone one says hello. Its really comfortable. Theres people of all ages here which I like cause I normally get into bed at 830ish pm and go to sleep at 930. This is only possible because the apartment complex is pretty quiet. I normally get up at 5am to work out and always find the gym clean. The complex is always clean. The apartments are very modern, bright and roomy. Ive had friends come through and visit and where very surprised on how nice everything was. Lastly the staff, They are some of the nicest people I have had interacted with at a apartment complex. This is my fourth apartment I have lived in. When I came to take a look, I never got a sells pitch. It was like visiting a friend. I was never told you need to act fast, never received a call or email that I wasnt expecting and even now when I do go to the front, majority of our conversation is not about apartment stuff. Thank you Capital Crest for the environment yall have created and all that you do.

I love it. The staff is so friendly and its conveniently located near everything. This place is one of the best place to live and play and relax.

I moved to Capital Crest in August and now, almost half a year later, my husband and I still have the same excellent opinion of the complex. The front office is always welcoming and helpful, and our apartment is lovely. Any time theres an issue, its usually solved quickly and efficiently. They host happy hour get-togethers for the entire complex monthly, which helps make it feel like a community rather than just a place to come home and lay your head at night. Couldnt recommend living here more!

The staff is very attentive. The apartment was clean and everything looked great when I moved in. I cannot wait to spend more time here. Everything is so close to this location.I will update my review as time goes on.

I reached out through the website on the contact us page and never heard back. A week later I sent an email and again never heard back. After another week I was going to send a Facebook message, but now the page is gone... Looks like a beautiful place with great floor plans and amenities, but am very disappointed that I was never able to get in touch with them about possibly leasing a unit.

Megan Hall, the Community Director, and the entire staff at Capital Crest have been amazing to work with! They are very caring of their residents, and they are quick to assist with residents needs.

I decided to move here a year ago because the apartments were beautiful and brand new. I like having a fenced dog play area. The staff is nice and friendly, but to get them to help you with any request, you have to ask at least three times for them to respond to you. My last request I had to threaten an attorney to get any acknowledgement to my multiple ignored noise complaints and sleepless nights due to paper thin floors and inconsiderate upstairs neighbors. The parking is ridiculous and if you work nights you will have to park what seems like a mile from your unit. Still waiting to hear back about this months rent that I was charged for a garage unit that I no longer use and turned in the remote last month. I cant wait to move out!

I moved from Atlanta to the Savannah area and the value that Capital Crest offers is unreal. My 1bed/1bath apartment was large, pretty much brand new, and had quality appliances and finishes, all for actually a very good price. The neighborhood is high quality as well and has plenty of sidewalks for taking your dog on walks. Any work orders that I placed were completed very quickly - sometimes within hours. I very much enjoyed my time at Capital Crest. All things considered, it was probably the best apartment complex I have stayed with.
