They just want residents money and dont care about the living environment at all. Do not recommend this establishment. Lot of residents violate the lease here and cause inconvenience to others but the management team here just ignores the issues and handle it by making changes that dont stop their rent rates.

Do not stay here. Over priced, awful management, and charges for anything with very strict lease agreements.
