Ive been at Pacific Breeze for almost 6 months and I absolutely love it. What attracted me is the small, intimate feel of the complex AND how genuinely nice and caring the management team is. The location is amazing- walking distance to everything you need, including the beach and schools. The pool is always clean, grills for residents in the courtyard, and so many beautiful plants and flowers make it really charming.The apartments seem to be getting upgraded/updated regularly and the space is something that is hard to find in San Diego. Parking is never an issue- off street or assigned. My boys and I hope to call this place home for years to come.

The apartments are old, but well kept.

Nice, clean, quiet place to live. Visited family there.
