People who live here are mostly friendly and kind. Management is often not responsive to tenant concerns or maintenance issues.

Currently living here and there too many ants-Ants infested houses. Been spraying all kinds of ants defense/killers, cleaning inside and outside of the house but Ants still all over the place 😞

Beautiful apartment and great neighborhood! Ive lived here close to 4 years now and I am so happy and comfortable here.

We have been living here for many years. Really like the community and very grateful to be here. I have a lot of respect for the great staff, very pleasant, helpful, sincere and they do care very much about the tenants and the community. Great resident neighbors. I recommend this great 55+ seniors living to family and friends. I wouldnt like to live anywhere else! Thank you for your fine work and help.

We have lived at Avia La Jolla for over 2.5 years. We love the amenities and the people here. Tricia Johnson (the activities director) is wonderful - so helpful and caring.

The owner refuses to reopen the pools. We are ALL here for the amenities. The County has reopened, but we are not open here.

We have lived here now for a year and a half and have enjoyed every minute! Activities Director Tricia Johnson has significantly enriched the content and increased the number of social and wellness events, and now there is something going on almost every day. The sense of community is strong, and residents support each other in many positive ways. I strongly recommend Avia La Jolla and its sister communities for anyone who is looking for independent senior living in a friendly and supportive environment.

The many amenities that Tricia Johnson, activities director at Avia LaJolla, oversees definitely make this community very important to me. Activities represent a broad spectrum of interests—there is something for everyone. Exercise groups, music groups, crafts and knitting, table games, cooking classes, yoga, meditation, table top shuffleboard, pingpong, pool, puzzles, bridge, mahjong, rummikub, weekly breakfasts to meet other residents, and holiday parties.
