This place does not deserve a 4.5 rating. Honestly, Id give two stars, but 4.5 is too high, so Im only giving one, for the sake of balancing it to something more appropriate.Weve been here only two weeks, and Im already regretting it.Our kitchen is teeming with ants. Weve already laid down half a dozen liquid traps, only to see that we have to go buy a full dozen more, to cover whatever spots weve missed, because these ants are practically playing Whack-A-Mole with us.Our air conditioning unit nearly caught fire yesterday; we awoke to the smell of burning plastic.Parking spaces are narrow. One bad parking job by a neighbor is enough to disrupt the entire lot.The windows do not snap shut, nor do the screen doors on the balcony lock. Good thing were on the fourth floor.Several neighbors have given my girlfriend a hard time, whenever she was out walking her dog.All of this, and its only been two weeks. Im hesitant to fully unpack, because I already know Ill want to look at apartments again in nine months. The leasing office has been attentive and accommodating to our needs, which is why I WOULD have given two stars, but again, 4.5 is too high for this place.
Staff is quick to attend to my needs. Both Israel & Patricia are kind and efficient.
It was fine, just a little tight on where to put vehicles on unloading stuff.
(This was an AirBnB stay) The unit we were in, 215, had a few issues. 1 of the bathroom doors was coming apart so it would not close, the balcony door needed lubrication, and I had to put a towel rack together, as the pieces were just laying on the ground when we got there. The place as a whole was nice.
So excited to be living at this property. Steve is an amazing Property Manager! We had a few discrepancies moving in, I called him and he got maintenance up to the apartment immediately. Also I was able to move in a day earlier than schedule which was very convenient!
Such a nice quiet place, I’m excited to have chosen to move in. Steve took great care of me during the move in process, and Israel hopped right on my maintenance needs. Great team you have!
We enjoyed living in this apartment during our time there. Whenever we had a problem with anything, Maintenence took care of it right away. Everyone was friendly and kind. Our actual apartment was nice, but the building seemed to be falling apart at times. The elevators and halls often smelled like dog or something else unpleasant, including weed. Also, it is extremely loud since it is on Friars Rd. Overall we really liked living there, but felt it wasnt worth the price we were paying.
Nice and quiet place. Convenient to many stores. The management are so cooperative. I liked it so much.
I have had all great experiences at Fashion Terrace. If I inform Steve or Israel of any issue I have, it gets resolved within 2 days. Recently the cabinet door underneath my sink came off the hinges... I tried putting it back together myself but it came undone again. Also my bathroom sink stopper came undone. I notified the manager Steve and Maintenance Man Israel and my issues were fixed the next day.
My issue has not been repaired yet. My light is still not working.
Steve the manager rocks, made the move seamless
Quick response to my maintenance request.
Excellent support from all staff and maintenance personnel.
“Great place to live in”
