This is a GREAT place to live. The rooms are more spacious than any other apartment Ive lived in and you cant beat the price. Its a very safe area, with a police station just up the street, close to campus and a short drive from any part of San Diego. The apartment manager is super kind and helpful and always responds to issues quickly. Maintenance is amazing too, super friendly, prompt and knowledgeable.

Excellent place to live. Heidi and John were excellent guardians of the property who took good care of every tenant. Could not recommend them more.

Parents can have confidence that their student is in a safe environment with a community feel, very close to SDSU campus! Also the best value in the area by far! Heidi is helpful and no-nonsense in the front office. I appreciate the whole team at College View Apartments.

CVA was a great place to live at considering proximity to campus and the price. Property Manager Heidi was always very nice to me and willing to help should something come up!

This is a great place to live and very affordable and very clean, the manager Heidi is very nice and does a great job. The maintenance worker is always there when you need them. Overall if your looking for a big apartment with a pool this is the place!

We have already moved here in College View Apt. I spent so much time to find a place close to SDSU. The location is great, almost in the campus! The flat is enough clean, rooms are big, large windows and cabinets etc. are all good. There is a furnished option available.The manager, Heidi Morgan is amazing! She spent her time to give us general information that we wouldnt know coming from out of the USA. Most importantly she is honest. I cant thank Heidi enough for all of her help. Highly recommend this place!

Place flooded completely and owners didn’t do anything to take care of the problem. The place is also infested with bugs. Please save yourself the pain and look somewhere else

If I had the option of giving 0 stars, I would. The manager, Heidi, is rude and disrespectful. The maintenance man, John, is unreliable and creepy. Both act like tweakers, like they do hard drugs, and are of little to no help to anyone that lives here. My apartment flooded due to their negligence and it left me in an unhealthy environment, and all they want to do is cover up the problem than fix it. Save yourself the trouble, inconvenience and save your hard-earner money. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

This place is the worst..... place got flooded last month with plumbing promblems, carpet was never replaced when I moved in, half the kitchen floor don’t even have grout which they said they would do took them 2 weeks and never finished it, and the water is constantly being shut off. manager/maintenance are damn tweekers you can catch them vacuuming the lawn around 1am or 5am digging threw the dumpsters this place is horrible..

I was looking for an apartment for my daughter who is attending SDSU. Upon my arrival at CVA I met the Resident Manager Heidi Morgan, she was an absolute delight. She gave me all the info I was looking for and was very knowledgeable in regards to the complex and surroundings. If your son or daughter is planning on or attending SDSU I highly recommend College View Apartments. Nice big apartments, unlike others nearby.
