I just moved from MI, looking for a place. I called mesa village and whoever answered the phone did not have any patience or phone etiquette. Their goal is to get all of your info first and have their questions answered. I was interrupted and not given the opportunity to ask my questions as I inquired for a unit. Very rude leasing agent.

My wife and I are giving the property manager Eleonor 5-star rating. She was always attentive to all our needs and wonderful. All maintenance issues were always taken care off quickly by a talent and professional staff. It was a wonderful time to live there. I recommend living here at Mesa Village Apartments.

Eleanor is a wonderful manager. She always is there to help, and she cares about helping the residents. I appreciate all the great things she does. She is a caring manager. Every place should have a manager as kind and helpful as she is.

Lived here for almost half decade and still staying at renewal. Weve been taken cared of so well here and it makes a big difference when the community and staff are getting along really well. Clean complex and awesome leasing and maintenance staff. I really glad I found a home here. I will recommend renters that are looking for an affordable apartment complex and it is really close to schools, my work, my friends and having the mini-retail complex by Camino Ruiz and the 7-11 is the icing on the cake. I respect and appreciate the hard work of Eleonore, Poole, Joe, Rex and the rest of the Mesa Village Apartment Crew :)

The manager Eleanor at these makes you feel welcome, She is friendly and very helpful. I recommend these apartments to all my friends, and let them know that the apartments here have a great manager if they are looking for recommendations on an apt.

Really great, quiet place to live! I love all of the renovations, especially the hardwood floors. Eleanor was aamazing and very helpful! This has been by far my favorite place to live.

Wanted to leave a comment about how awesome Joe is! He takes every issue very seriously and will go to great lengths to make sure it is resolved no matter how busy he is. Im very thankful for him and all of the Mesa Village staff. The apartments are older and the walls are thin but overall this is a good place to live.

I have yet to live in the apartment because Im moving in soon but the leasing office has been a delight. Eleonor has been so patient and so helpful with the viewings and our move-in process; its been overall such a positive experience. Hopefully the residential experience will be just as positive as my pre-resident experience. Thank you!

We took a tour with the manager, Eleonor, who was so willing to help to meet our needs. Still haven’t moved in yet, but the neighborhood seems safe and quiet. Eleonor was a huge part in the decision to move to Mesa Village Apartments.

Eleonor (the apartment manager) showed us so much kindness in helping us determine if the apartment would be the right for us during our apartment hunt.

Nice grounds are well maintained with ample parking. Very calm and quite place to live with staff being very friendly and help full.
