I just moved in to Camden Tuscany with my girlfriend (who works at a different Camden property) and I love it so far. Our apartment is perfect and the floor plan is a nice layout. The Assistant Manager Mohammad helped get me added to the lease and made the process so easy. I know I’m going to be very happy here.
I really enjoy my time at Camden Tuscany. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Anytime I need help with something they make sure they are on top of it right away. I love living in the area and the location makes it perfect for everything from great restaurants to just a few drinks out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.
The Camden staff is incredibly professional and kind. Great apartments, and great location. As a frequent military mover, the Camden Tuscany team has been some the best property management I have worked with. Can’t recommend these apartments enough.
Camden Tuscany is a beautiful community located in the heart of Little Italy. The location can’t be beat, Community Manager, Josh, and Assistant Manager, America, are a pleasure to work with. So helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Camden Tuscany to anyone looking for a new home!
My husband and I moved in one week ago and we have had nothing but amazing experiences. Move in day was a breeze w/ the helpful staff reserving our elevator. The apartment is gorgeous and spacious. For being downtown it is extremely quiet. The Waterfront park is only steps away. The pool and gym are top notch. We needed a light bulb replaced and maintenance went above and beyond looking at a few other small things when he got here that we needed help with. I love downtown living at Camden Tuscany!!
I moved into the Camden Tuscany recently and am loving it. Great location with very comfortable and pleasant layout. I am enjoying the amenities, particularly the pool and fitness center, which are in perfect condition. Both the residents and the staff are very welcoming. Jessica has been super helpful in getting me situated in my new digs!
Love living at Camden Tuscany! Have lived here almost 6 months now. The move in process couldnt have been smoother. The unit was beautiful and immaculate upon move in as well. And the Camden team....WOW! The office folks are all remarkable (Amy, Chris, Cody). And the Maintenance team (Roberto & Alekz) is exceptional; if we ever need anything (even something so small), it is rectified before we can even blink an eye. Very happy here.
Chris and Cody are awesome from move in to move out these guys are five stars. The building itself is great. If we didnt buy a house we would have stayed forever. If we ever decide to move back downtown we would definitely come back. Noise was minimal and security was too notch.
While living in Little Italy is a great idea, moving into Camden Tuscany is just about the worst place you can rent. First and foremost, it is incredibly unsafe. Homeless people are CONSTANTLY getting in the building, sleeping in hallways, under the stairs and in the garage. Also, personal property and packages are often stolen from areas that are supposedly secure. You should see our Camden residents’ portal! So many people posting about all the things that have been stolen. (Cue the management commenting that they are working with the police and changing some doors to prevent this problem. “Crime is everywhere.” Yeah... ok. You get to go home at 5 pm. I wonder if they’ve had to step over a homeless man sleeping in their doorway to exit their home? I have! Do you want to live somewhere that literally has to partner with the police to learn how to stop this rampant crime? Trust me, you don’t want to live through their learning curve. We’ve been here 8 months and it just keeps getting worse.) Overall, the building is pretty dirty. The carpets are stained, the sidewalks out front are stained with dog pee and smell horrific and the pool is not maintained well. The appliances in the units are not energy efficient at all so expect higher than average electric bills. Finally, and this is the one thing out of the control of the weak management, the property is right on top of the trolley/train tracks so you will hear the DING DING DING DING of those arms going up and down 24/7, every 7-10 minutes. No matter what they tell you, unless you face the pool you can here those tracks loud and clear! Bottom line: yes, this is one of the cheapest places to rent in Little Italy but at what cost? Do you want to pay more or wake up to a bag of human feces that a homeless man smushed through your entrance overnight?
Seamless move-in process, fast service, and conveniently located. Great amenities.
We havent actually moved into our apartment yet, but Im 5-starring my experience working with Cody and Anna finding our new place. They have been excellent to work with, attentive to our needs, and have helped us find exactly what were looking for.
2,500 for rent and not good.no community as people come and go and always issues and homeless and crowded.. better to stay at Pb or ocean beach
Horrible! Absolutely terrible customer service. I pay a ridiculous amount of money to live here. No cameras throughout the building; I have packages and property stolen from here. The management is useless and just makes excuses. A total joke.
Bad, just bad.Let me first start off by saying I have been a resident here for about five months now, my fiancé and baby have a one bed room close to 700 ish square feet and our electric bill averages between 400-550 dollars a month. I have been trying to get down to the bottom of this ridiculousness for about two months now and have been getting the run around, ignored, lied too. There is clearly something wrong with the wiring, it seems like Im paying for my entire floor. I hate to throw names out there and really tried to like this one gentleman in particular but Phil is awful! Hes sassy, heartless, big time liar and just down right nasty and rude to deal with. I try to avoid the days hes working to pick up my packages just to avoid his BS. Today I was told he doesnt want to have to pay for a electrician to come and check things out after Chris told me days ago that they would. Is it coming out of your pocket Phil? If he truly cared he would understand and appreciate how upset these bills are making us and help us to see if there is something wrong. His job is to be helpful and make my living experience pleasant but he does everything but that. And I wouldnt be posting this but I was hanging by the pool one day and a handful of people felt the same way. Stay away! That being said Chris and maintenance are usually very helpful, have a smile on their faces and a pleasure to deal with. Not always great communication but all in all nothing bad to say about these guys at all.Cody... Awesome. If you do decide to live here trust me Cody is the guy you want to see. Always calm, understanding and really does seem to care about his tenants.Next, the building is very nice. They did a wonderful job upgrading the units. The pool area is a fun place to hang out, relax and bbq. Neighbors are all friendly.Downsides, its loud!!!!! All hours of the night I hear the train it keeps me up and I dont even live on the train track side. I cant imagine how loud the back end of the building is. The pool area echoes really loud, they could of done a better job sound proofing. The bums are everywhere!! Its disgusting. They lay around on the ground in the front entrances, hassle for money.. Make sure if its dark to carry pepper spray. There was also a shooting right in front of the building a few months ago. Please keep this in mind before renting here with a family because if I knew I would have never ever signed the lease.
Ok 1 this place is not set up for dogs, but theyre allowed. Lazy people take their dogs to the bathroom onthe carpet in the hallways, other lazy people have them go to the bathroom just outside the front side entrance. EVERYWHERE! this can be helped by putting down one of those green doggy dodo mats, and then at least all the dogs would be going to the bathroom in the same spot, and not all over so your stepping in it. 2 parking in a huge problem, if you forget by accedent that tomorrow morning they have the saturday street fair, MINIMUM YOU PAY 400 DOLLARS FOR TOWING. MINIMUM! I Unforunatley had it done 2wice in one month i owed 900 dallars cash to road one towing, in one month....... Not fun it was more like 460 each time i was towed, but i was being generous. 3. This place is not luxury, its just in little italy... Its overpriced, and your not treated as a guest that they like, if you dont renew your lease within a month till your due dates up, they punish you by setting a very high new rent rate, not what i call costomer care. That being said, the guys at the front desk are nice... And i have plush carpents and 7 11 close... ;-)
Cause Im here for a week
