Amanda is awesome and really made the process for us so easy and smooth! My boyfriend and I looked at so many other apartments and had different experiences with other leasing agents. We really felt that Amanda took the cake, she really showed us everything, even though she wasn’t able to show us the inside of the exact unit were wanting we still felt it was a good decision. After moving in and seeing the unit for the first time really impressed us further, this is the first apartment we felt really took attention to details. There are so many light options and so much storage areas and love how we have easy access to everything we might need. Everyone overall at Olympus has been great and friendly!

I am impressed by the service Amanda provided during the search and move-in process. She is a top-notch leasing consultant. She knows the properties and its many selling points and really helped bring home the decision to make this my new home. The facilities are beautifully maintained and very well laid out with the tenant in mind. She was able to get me into a great apartment quickly and was incredibly responsive to any questions I had. I look forward to living here and working with the management team that clearly cares about the experience the tenants here have.

Olympus Corsair is a great place to live for many reasons, but the best part of living here is the staff. During the pandemic, the leasing staff and management team have been very understanding and flexible, which is greatly appreciated as it is hard for a lot of people right now. Ultimately, the leasing staff and management makes or breaks the renter experience, and the staff at Olympus Corsair have been top notch. Highly recommend living here. Can I give 10 stars?

My husband and I lived here for over 2 years and loved it!The units are spacious and well equipment, we rarely had any issue. Maintenance team is awesome, as soon as you put in a call they come by right away. If you are looking for luxury-living Olympus is the place for you!Highlights1. The leasing office team is fantastic: Jorge is the man, he treats everyone with respect and solves your issues quickly. Josue is also very kind and attentive.2. Amenities: A resort-style pool with cabanas and huge Jacuzzi (you can practice social distance in there) The pool house was our favorite, we loved hanging out here as it is very specious and usually not a lot of residents there.3. Tons of parking space and restaurants nearby (Convoy)Security issues? Well like any place you go to there is always issues that arise. However, the team has made a ton of effort and updates to combat security issues. They have installed new security cameras and hired a new security company to address any previous issue. Why we moved out? Well the only reason was we needed a bigger place as we are growing our family and are expecting a baby girl soon! Dont pass up this place...oh and husband loves the pool grills...always clean.

Been here since October 2019, I am an older person and enjoy the presence of my kind neighbors. All the guys in the office are educated, respectable and go above their duty to help out the residents. Ive lived in San Diego for 40+ years and this is the first place Ive noticed they care for their residents. The maintenance employees work hard and are quick to respond to your maintenance needs. They work quick and get things done within 48 hours. The negatives are the residents who dont pick up after their selves or their dogs. They need to pick up after themselves and be adults. This is a great area close to everything and close to the freeway making a great commuting area. They have everything you need here; resort pool, business center and a Jacuzzi. I want to stay here as long as I can and never want to move. These guys need a pat on the back!

This place has the ultimate curb appeal and amenities but don’t let that fool you. The staff is amazing but security here is lack luster. I have been here 14 months and have heard of at least 4 cars broken into and 3 storage units raided. With units starting at 2 grand a month you would think there would be some sense of security but that is not the case. Please upgrade your security by getting more cameras and have a security guard patrol the parking garage!!

I moved in to Corsair right after it opened. Lived there for almost 3 years. The interior of the apartments are very modern and up to date. I never really had any major interior issues. I lived on the third floor and within the last year being there, ended up with the neighbor from hell above me. I get the walking on the hard wood floors can be noise but I did get irritating when they constantly dragged what sounded like chairs across the floor and insisted on turning up the bass in their stereo so loud I could not even here my TV. I was next to some stairs so only had a neighbor on one side. Not sure how this happened but my neighbor on the other side of the stairs had dogs I could smell the dogs through the vent in my bathroom. Then there was the parking lot. I had a reserved space so it made it convenient for parking. My only issue with the parking lot were with those people who felt as if the parking lot was a race track. Constantly speeding and cutting corners short. It is only a matter of time before a real accident happens.

My boyfriend and I moved in in early October and while we havent been here for a long time, we are loving it so far. The amenities are great. There is always plenty of parking (for the people complaining about there not being enough, there is literally tons of parking on the upper levels. The fifth floor is almost completely empty all the time. It wont kill you to walk a little). In our last place, there was seriously dog feces everywhere you walked in the common areas and I was concerned that would be a problem here as well based on other reviews. I personally have not seen hardly any, maybe once or twice at most, in our time here thus far. Vast improvement over our previous apartment. We are on the 3rd floor and every so often we hear the neighbors above us, but it is apartment living so that much could be expected. The apartment itself is laid out very well and I love all the space we have. The staff was super responsive during the entire move in process and made it a seamless transition for us which I greatly appreciated. Again, a vast improvement over our last place. Special thanks to Adam for helping us out with everything. He is professional, friendly, and all around seems like such a great guy!The only reason why I did not give it five stars is the hallways could be kept up a little better. They are not bad by any means, but there are a lot of spots and the walls and carpet could use with a good deep cleaning. Also, the kitchen cabinets arent the best. The hardware isnt very good (I may be picky because I am the daughter of a construction supervisor) and they dont seem to be holding up all that well. Other than that, living here is awesome. Im happy to call this apartment our home!!!

I originally really liked living here and recommended it to my friends, who went on to sign leases. The apartments are nice and there are some amenities. But security is a huge issue. My car got broken into and they won’t do anything about it. They continue to promise to change up security, but I’ve discovered at least 4 other residents who have had issues with break-ins as well and nothing has changed clearly. They will not help you out if you’ve been a victim of crime on their property. They just give the same spiel about increasing security and having meetings about it. It’s an ongoing problem and it’s not going away.

One of the worst living experiences I have ever encountered. Noise complaints for taking showers late at night or walking around (hardwood floors). Roommates car was stolen and the apartment complex was little to no help, almost shrugged it off. The cameras happened to be broken/down that week as well. A motorcycle was stolen a couple weeks ago and people have broken into the bike storage room. I received a noise complaint a couple weeks ago when me and my roommate werent even in town. Management has not addressed any of the issues I have experienced. I was threatened by security when I was moving in around 8pm that he was going to call the police do to several noise complaints... This was for moving in.. no music/no party... the ammentites look great when you tour but are broken most of the time and there is no notice. I recommend the village mission valley (thats where I moved from) I regret signing a 13 month lease and regret coming home to this apartment every night.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR THINGS DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Worst place Ive lived in...Issue after issue. Storage unit broken into twice. And yet still to have them put a dead bolt on it. I dont even get any follow up on anything, I have to go in the office every damn day to ask whats to be done. Yea even after 10k worth of stuff stolen. Motorcycles stolen. Cars broken into (even in a secured parking structure). Not sure why theres a need for key fobs when theres doors that dont have them and anyone can enter community....Which leads to all the theft. No cameras to see any of the many crimes that take place. Fire alarms going off in the middle of the night in the entire building, on numerous accounts. Not just one time. Only thing that is done well is the towing ability. They will tow anything that they can. Including my moms car that was here for 24hr and 30 seconds. Thanks guys, you manage to get the real criminals that park for too long including my mothers car.

I have lived here for six months and I can honestly say this place is amazing! It has a resort-like feel to it that is relaxing. No need to climb stairs to your unit...it has elevators, which makes carrying groceries from the car a whole lot easier. Im not sure what the noise complaint is that another reviewer mentioned. The floors and walls are concrete. Unless there is an elephant above you, I dont believe it is as bad as it could be at other apartment complexes! If you do have a noise complaint, the staff will surely take care of it for you. After hours, there is a security company to call. They take care of issues (of which there are not many) in a timely matter! I am very, very impressed with this place. Again, let me emphasize just how great the staff is! I would rate them the friendliest and most genuine individuals I have come across in awhile. They really DO care about your concerns. Can they fix everything? No. I know they certainly try. People come and go all the time. They are not babysitters checking up on guests activities. That is the responsibility of the tenant! If everyone living here respected one another and the rules (for the most part I believe people here do), it would be the PERFECT place! Otherwise, this is an amazing living experience. I could stay here long term if I had to!!

How much did they paid to have these good reviews? This place recently change the management team and the team is extremely horrible. The washing machine in my unit broke after the first week that I moved in and it has already taken one month but the machine is still unfixed. They sent technicians twice but neither of them can fix it. The only thing the technician told us is that someone would come next week to fix it. But today, even after my confirmation with the manager again and again, and she said the technician would come, the technician did not even show up. What a joke. Additionally, it will take you half an hour to pick up the packages because they either only have one person who deal with residents requests (the manager will just stay in her office no matter how many people are waiting) or every stuff just busy taking with potential new renters. Horrible place. DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE WITH THEM. HORRIBLE

First off, I’d like to say that this complex is very nice, has great amenities and friendly staff. I normally don’t give out one-star reviews, but I felt in this case it was deserved. The complex has a complete lack of security, which resulted in my girlfriend’s car being stolen, and mine being broken into. Corporate has seemingly no willingness to do anything about it, and the lease terms are completely inflexible. When we moved in, we heard through the grapevine that they were just letting anyone move into the complex to fill vacancies. A little concerning, but we moved in anyway. Big mistake.Fast forward to 2 months in, my girlfriend’s car was stolen out of the parking garage (you have to have a key fob to get past the gate, or follow someone in who does), and mine was broken into a few days later. I later learned that several friends of mine who live there have had their cars broken into as well. The parking garage has ZERO security cameras other than entry/exit, so thieves have free reign once they’re inside.I went to management who said they had the security company review the video of the entry/exit to the parking garage (the only cameras there are) but they said they never saw my girlfriend’s car coming out. When I asked for a copy of the video so I could review it, they wouldn’t give it to me.Naturally my girlfriend didn’t feel safe living in the complex anymore (sometimes she gets home late), so we decided to move out, citing lack of security. Corporate basically responded with β€œwell cars get stolen out of apartment complexes all the time” and hit us with 2 months’ rent penalty for breaking the lease, as well as forfeiting the security deposit. Total for this was around $6,000. That lease you sign when you move in is iron-clad, so you’re not getting out of it no matter what happens. The staff on-site were very friendly throughout the whole process, so I can’t fault them at all. But because of the lack of security and the unempathetic response from corporate about the incident, I wouldn’t recommend living here. I hope you’re not too fond of your car if you decide to move in.

Nice apartments, but they have some of the worst policies and planning. They let visitors do whatever they want, but tenants are almost ignored. 6 months and my doorbell has still not been fixed, car was towed for being in the wrong spot (which has never been parked in since Ive been here, almost a year) for 6 hours, but Ive seen people block the entire driveway entrance for 4 hours with no complaints. There is next to no parking on each floor unless you get in around noon, so you will always be parking on the upper levels. Overall really just trying to sell you on a charade of luxury apartments when in reality there are all these little things wrong with the place that are swept underneath the rug.

This is an update to my review when I moved in last August. So far with the new management company, Olympus, the transition has been a headache. Our dryer has not been working since we moved in and its still not working. The new maintenance staff keeps completing our request, however, my husband and I need to keep resubmitting the order because the dryer clearly does not work. It takes 4+ hours to dry a load - no heat coming out. Just air. I thought the community was all about being energy-efficient. Not sure if running the dryer for that long is saving any energy at all. We know its not fixed because we had guests stay in the guest suite a couple of weekends in a row now and we had to use the guest suite dryer to dry several loads!!! Its such a pain in the ass to keep hauling all of our wet laundry to the second floor. Also, our bathroom exhaust fan needed to be removed and after maintenance came in and removed it while we were at work, there was shattered bulb on the floor. Thankfully I didnt step on the glass barefoot, but if I hadnt noticed it, I would have shattered glass all over the bottom of my foot. Seriously, can someone please help us?! Thank you!

My fiancΓ© and I first moved in when it was still Broadstone Corsair and were saddened by the sudden sale and transfer over to Olympus Corsair. I must admit, the transition period was inconvenient for us – we had some work orders submitted, mainly for our broken washer that was out for almost a month! After constantly checking up on this, it finally got fixed. There was a period where fire alarms would go off in the middle of the night and took forever to shut off. Then we had to get used to all the new faces in the leasing office. Change is tough!Service: Our initial lease was coming up and we considered moving, but didn’t find another complex we loved as much. We reached out to the new Olympus team about our options to renew or transfer to a bigger unit. Throughout the process, Sonya, Jorge and Jocelyn were extremely helpful and genuine about wanting us to stay. I must have emailed Jocelyn (manager) every day to check on available units and she helped every step of the way! It was such an easy transfer process too. Jorge is always so friendly when I swing by to pick up packages. Yes, it definitely felt more disorganized during the transition, but has gotten better. Ive had great experiences with the leasing team so this helped with my acceptance it was no longer Broadstone.Amenities: I remember during the transition they stopped doing community events, but started bringing back wine nights and beer tasting! Compared to neighboring complexes, the amenities here are really nice. The gym has just about every machine you would need, and honestly is never too busy when I go after work. The pool area is super nice, the cabanas w/ TVs are resort like; the pool room is a fun place to hang, and we loved the virtual golf room. I think its closed for repair, but really hoping that gets fixed soon!!Community: I feel like with any apartment complexes, car break ins, package theft, loud/crazy neighbors are inevitable. I do hope they beef up necessary security to help prevent this. Our last unit had loud neighbors stomping above us, but we’ve been lucky in our new unit with quiet and respectful neighbors. Speaking from experience, living by the pool might sound nice, but it gets extremely loud, especially during the summer. People are out there, playing music all day long!

Updated (see below):I have been living here for about 6 months and I would highly recommend this complex! The staff are lovely and are always warm and friendly (including the housekeepers you see constantly around the facility!) The amenities are amazing... the pool/spa area feels like an expensive resort with TVs and cabanas... and whoever designed the place is very talented! Every guest I have, they request a whole tour and are amazed! The game room, the rentable party room/library, and the business area are beautifully decorated and are rarely occupied somehow! The entire complex is spotless and very well-maintained! Oh, and the gym is my ultimate favorite! I love the 2nd level aerobic room with the yoga mats and spin bikes! I love doing body training so to have this semi-private area to do that in is amazing! Then they have the machines and weights down below spaciously set up and its all just perfect for me. Its never too crowded again, and its the best gym Ive experienced in an apartment building (better than some bigger gyms Ive been to too!)Parking is also super easy and there is actually street parking on Sandrock which makes it super convenient for guests to come in and out if your apartment is closer to that side of the building! I feel that by living here, Im close to everything too as were in a very central location!I cant say weve had a real negative experience since moving in! And weve worked with Adam in the office who has readily answered any questions weve had. Again, Id definitely recommend it here!I hope this review helps somebody going through the annoying apartment-searching process! (Good luck!)Update: Moved out due to wanting a more exciting location and although I did a thorough job cleaning including the fridge and the scuffs on the walls (on top of monthly professional deep cleanings), they kept my whole security deposit... This is just a warning to not waste your time or money to properly leave the place better than how you found it since they dont care either way.

This complex used to be good when it was managed by broadstone. Current management does not have any experience on how to manage the premises. My 10 years old kid would manage the property better. It seems like I live under an elephant that whenever he walks the apartment shakes, whenever they cook I should know, whenever I sleep they wake me up because of moving furniture. I went and made a complaint about that and what they said β€œwe cannot tell people not to live their normal life”, and what I was asking for is that I do not need to wake up whenever they’re walking or whatever. I understand that people living above you would make some noise which is normal, but when your bed shakes when they move furniture everyday, and when you complaint and get more noise, that’s not good at all. When Broadstone was the property manager they used to take complaints seriously, but those folk are inexperienced at all. However, it is so hard to find a parking spot in this complex, if you live at the 1st floor you need to park at the 5th floor. And if you did find a parking, expect your car window to be broken and your stuff gone, and when you complaint they’re like β€œcontact your insurance” instead of installing a security system since anyone can access the garage and the building. This year 6 of my neighbors had their belongings stolen from their car. Just don’t waste your money and avoid living there. If you are going to live there they will tell you that the ceiling is supported by concrete and idk what, But a week after living you will realize the issue that I’m complaining about and everyone is.

Pricey apartments for the area they are located in. Lots of theft, goes unchecked by management. Could have been an amazing place to live with more forward thinking management

The worst policies. They hold no one accountable and if you have an issue, its your problem. Seriously not worth the money.
