I really like living here, all the staff are extremely competent and polite, and the manager is very competent, helpful and lovely. Every time I asked for your help, she answered me quickly! This is the best apartment I have lived in San Diego, and it has a great price!

The apartments are nice no pest or anything of the sort. It is a lively place to live and we co-habitat well, I believe, as a community within a larger community. What is advertised is true in every way as far as I can see. Since we moved in our lives have been enriched by the care the staff Manager Erika, Maintenance Man Joe, etc. all are at ones disposal quickly and 100% helpful. No down sides to speak of. Life has its problems, there are just less problems here.

I lived here last year and loved it! Elide in the office is wonderful and the maintenance staff are pretty prompt and very friendly. Its the first apartment Ive lived in that didnt try to screw me over when I moved out- I didnt pay any more than I had anticipated. The grounds are kept very nice. I got lucky with my particular apartment in that I could leach off the free pool wifi for about ten feet into my apartment, it wasnt always perfect, but I didnt pay for internet! The apartments are nice enough and are expensive, but that just SD in general. They allow pets which was awesome. The location was good: 15 minutes to the beach, close to the highway, college, and grocery store. It was always pretty quiet and a reasonably safe neighborhood. If they had studios, I would definitely move back!

Two years ago: five-star review.I moved in two months ago to the complex and Im very happy with my new apartment.Two years after: two-star review.After two years in my apartment I realize that the manager is not here anymore and I dont have any steady manager all the time, The staff or the head manager stretching my replacement flooring until the end of my leas.I know its my responsibility because I ruined the carpet, and thats why I WANT TO PAY for a new flooring with my OWN My money !!!for the last five months I hear from them that day going to give me an answer, and always the answer was : in a few days!!of course it never happened.Every new leas the rent is clime up! of course only if you want to re-sign your lease.two years ago I started with $1180 and today I pay $1227. (+ Utilities)If you are late with a check in one day you will pay extra $50 and you supposed to do that with a money order only, even though the 5th of the month was Sunday when the office is closed..The kitchen is old and I mean maybe 15 years old old!!Cockroach everywhere even when you clean and sprayed much as you can at least twice a month!!If you live on the dumpster side next to the parking lot you will suffer from trash diggers every night, because the parking lot is open to everyone and the company dont care about it, its always fun to meet strangers would pick up trucks and flashlights in the middle of the night!Im assuming thats why most of my neighbors live here for only 6 to 8 months and move out.Yes its a popular area and a lot of students, Young professionals, soldiers do want to live here but of course Aztec Pacific take advantage of it.Overall when you sign as a new tenant you get the most magnificent service but when you already on the leas you just another number for them!

Lived here for 2+ years. Great location, good amenities including AC and pet friendly. Ralphs is right across the street. The trolly is a few blocks away. Nice and quiet neighborhood.Great management, Both Erica Elide are helpful and friendly when I have had to place a work order, or need help with something. Alejandro is really quick at the repairs as well. They are proactive about pest control and have the work taken care of on a semi flexible schedule. We havent had a problem with pests. In addition there are some monthly community events, in the past it was a Pizza night.There is an online portal as well, for paying rent and placing work orders to make it easy. There is also email, office phone and a text number if we need help. Overall a great experience

My first months of living in this complex went well, until i started seeing roaches (which later was resolved but took a month to rid of them). The leasing office is always closed & the fact that they use paint on the main stairs and the apartment complex walk ways becomes a HAZARD when it rains super slippery i fell twice on my way to do laundry. Theres only 6 washers and 6 dryers for the WHOLE complex sometimes all of them are not working along with the laundry card machine which has been out of commission for 2 weeks (no way to do laundry unless you leave ) rent is to high for old appliances & poorly maintained bathroom (cheap repair jobs on top of each other). They also choose the cheap way on fixing their main plumbing issues that effected everyone in the complex and will probably be a continuous problem since they choose the cheap way. Im not even sure this complex is up to code. No wonder people are always moving out. Online payment system is completely out of wack. So tempted to buy out my lease theres better out there for cheaper

This has got to be the worst complex Ive ever lived at; practically no amenities. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything, parking is unregulated so your spot is constantly being taken, there is no guest parking, the laundry costs almost 30-40$ a month extra, there is dog crap 5/7 days a week scattered all over the complex because people let there dogs off the leash to wander the place, the location is very noisy, the apartment staff has poor communication and theres freaking roaches. I left 4 months earlier just because how gross this place is. Do yourself a favor, spend an extra day or two searching instead of settling here. Its stupid over priced for such a dump.

No public parking so I drove by with my Interest In the appartments and apparently they eat lunch at 3pm? Yea not recommended

Nice area convenient location and clean

My roommate and I came a little over a month ago to come see a unit. We were waiting in the office the leasing agent Elodie who was super late. A resident came into the office very upset about an ongoing mice problem! We were both super grossed out and didn’t like the leasing agent to begin with so we left!
