Ive never seen business done like this. I’ve called over 50 times. I’ve filled out the forms online to be contacted. I’ve emailed. No one answers the phone, or emails, and the one time someone did answer she was rude. I believe her name was Sarah. Didn’t say hello, the first thing she said was “im in a meeting, I’ll call you back” that was it. The applciation online dosent let you complete it. I have to go through all this to rent an apartment?
Terrible place to live. I dont even know were to beginTerrible management who doesnt listen or respond to complaintsSafety is an issue. Just si many issues.
They are grest people to rent from
I enjoyed living at Corinthian and Jennifer was a great manager. The property was loud and full of kids but everyone was friendly. A good location right next to Montezuma park.
For the price, this place is great. Trisha is fantastic, very helpful and understanding. The water pressure thing mentioned by someone below does occur and is annoying. People never clean up after their dogs in the dog area, so we choose to not even go near it with our dog. Everything else is great. I never see any bugs, the apartments are clean and in good condition, neighbors are nice but keep to themselves. Maintenance is prompt. There are a good number of dogs, but I never hear barking early or late. Parking in the complex is great, and parking an additional car on the street is fine. The landscaping and plants are well maintained and make for a nice area. There is also a small park just down the road. The pool is cold, but its nice to have one. The area feels safe. If youre looking for a pet friendly place at a great price, Corinthian is a good choice.
Fairly clean for the most part but the parking lot needs some serious work. It looks like bombed village.
Scary, and their far gate dont work but I didnt get robbed or die there so its chill
Very bad
Jennifer the property manager is very professional, friendly, and personable. Always willing to accommodate under reasonable conditions. Very pet-friendly and reasonably affordable. Neighbors can be very selfless or selfish just like anywhere else, but Jennifer consistently does a great job of keeping the peace. If you have a pet, want a pool, an affordable place to live, and live close to SDSU then Corinthian is your best bet.
Its ok if you dont mind the cockroaches. The place is dirty. A friend of mine nearly got stabbed in the parking lot by Mexican ex gang members. The cops pulled guns on them when they tried to escape. One was on parole. They live in the complex. Two days later, we saw them drinking beer with the manager. There is a lot of drug use in the complex, also Section 8.
Very professional and kind! First visit and impressed by property manager! I highly recommend this to anyone! Ive visited many apartments around San Diego and I think this is very reasonable price and conditions!

I lived there for nearly 3 months before I had to break my lease. My unit was infested with cockroaches. I couldn’t cook without cockroaches jumping onto the counter. At night cockroaches walked on the walls. I wish I was exaggerating but this was my life for those weeks. When I called the office, a few cracks were covered but it didn’t help at all. When you look at your unit, check for the white powder they put on the cabinets, its cockroach poison they put out so you don’t see cockroaches during your visit.
Nice apartment complex, polite and friendly manager, rent is too high though but every rental is too high for the size of the apartment or house in San Diego.
These apartments are cool
Water pressure fluctuates turning hot showres to cold and back to hot. Interior hallways are dirty. Bugs. In wet areas. Dogs bark during the night snd early morning. Pool is nice, and so is the management. You get whst you pay for
Okay place to live.
