Lee was the man that assisted me. He was great, thorough leg & foot massage. Was patient as I picked a nail color for my pedicure and the massage chairs are pretty hi-tech in my opinion. Very clean and sterile place especially during Covid. I’ll def be returning!

$66 for a basic pedicure and shellac is too expensive. He did not do a good job on filing the bottoms and heels of my feet. He was actually using a nail file to try and fix my heels before I put my shoes on! I had pointed out that he didn’t file my heels and this is how he felt he needed to fix it! He spent so much time putting lotion on my calves and didn’t really do much to my toes and feet. Unacceptable! It was very basic (less service than other places) did not file correctly around my big toe where he did overlays. The acrylic is all over my skin and not shaped like it should be. Lots of unfinished work that I will have to fix at home. I tipped $7 (only because he was standing there and watching me) and that made my total $73 for REALLY BAD pedicure. Very upset that I paid this much to only go home and fix it myself. 😔This man that did my feet was older and had glasses. I guess he couldn’t see well enough to be doing pedicures! So upset about this. My first time here andI will not be back!

I’m still sitting here while posting this. Lee did my pedicure & he is absolutely outstanding! The best pedicure experience I’ve ever had! He really did massage me well, even put me to sleep for a little nap lol. They are all very kind & the place is beautiful! Love it! Will definitely be coming back.

The worst nail experience to date....my sister and I checked in around 6:30 for both manicure and pedicure (There were only 3 other people in the shop on a Sunday) we were taken back to the chairs for our pedicure which seemed to take an hour each for a basic pedicure I was then lead to the table for my set to be done it was a very slow process, came out super bulky, and crooked my sisters nail tech was finished with her set before mine and she started 20 -30 minutes after me ! We finish and it comes time to pay ONLY TO BE HIT WITH A $222 TOTAL ! I expected to pay at least $180 but they charged me $40 for shellac on our toes that we didn’t ask for !!!! It only worsens as the Apple Pay machine didn’t take large amounts which is fine but that wasn’t explained and they just stood there staring at us instead of giving us other options we ended up doing 4 separate transactions we didn’t leave the shop until almost 9 pm Terrible experience we will NOT be returning ! If it is Sunday after all other places have closed LOOK ELSE WHERE not worth it at all I wish I had pictures but I popped them off bc of how ugly they were

Honestly quality for these nails are not great, clear nails you can see all the scratches and nails didn’t fit but they still tried to make it work .... and they were expensive so wasn’t worth the money at all.

I was not treated well. I was told to come back in an hour. I asked for a full set and that oriental girl misunderstood for a manicure. Even said if I did say I wanted a manicure, Im allowed to change my mind. Its not like they started to do my nails. I really felt discriminate d. That girl was rude, unprofessional being sarcastic and laughing when speaking her own language. Im looking to maybe report it to this business to expose to the media.

I am so upset with this place. First I did not like the color picked and when asking to change it I was met with attitude. The lady that did my nails wasnt wanting to be patient for me to pick out another color. But I still just dealt with it. Now mind you this weekend I was out of town and to my surprise my card was declined because I was over charged by a large amount. This is the SECOND time this has happened. The first time I was more calm because I understand mistakes but twice and now for an even HIGHER amount. That does not sit well with me. Will be finding a new place to visit. I wouldnt recommend this one.

Peter did a phenomenal job on my nails. Im very particular about the color or my natural look full sets and he got in exact. Peter kindly restarted a nail as I didnt like the white, with no complaint. He did the BEST job on my cuticles and the shape of my set. He was very hospitable and made my experience very nice.. Will definitely be returning!

I just discovered this place during Covid and I’ve never felt more comfortable. They are extremely safe and always do a phenomenal job!

UPDATE: After the owner replied, I went back and got my nails removed and redone by a lady in there which was very professional and took the time to listen to what I wanted. The guy who did them initially offered to redo them but I declined and he got upset. Needless to say, I am now very satisfied and will be coming back ONLY to the lady (do not let the short man do them for you!)Thank you for fixing my nails and leaving them exactly like I wanted them from the beginning.I’m new in the city and needed my nails done for a job interview. I paid $55 for some type of dip that makes my nails look deformed. They are super thick and bumpy/uneven. I’m really disappointed and upset!!!! I paid the $55 but NEVER going back nor recommend this salon. Now I have to go home and fix whatever I can of them. I have uploaded pictures on Google. Ladies really, just look elsewhere for nails :(

My sister and I went to this location as our go to nail salon closed early. They did a good job and made it there before it got busy. They were understaffed but tried to get everyone they could in.

I started coming here 2 years ago for wax services. Mai Li is the best and I haven’t gone anywhere else for eyebrows since! I haven’t tried their nail service but often look at the work being done when I go in and I’m always impressed with the quality/plan on adding those services soon. If your looking for a new salon highly recommend, there are many to choose from on this side of town but the quality, care, and professionalism here is what makes them worth the trip.

I didnt even get to get my nails done here, yet still had horrible service. I got there at about 7:35 PM, well before closing time. I picked my color and was finally seated after about 20 min. That was understandable as they were busy. A party of one walked in followed by a party of 3. The first lady had acrylics that needed to be removed so the employees started soaking her nails immediately, which made sense. The party of 3 started leaving when an employee told them just 5 more mineds. They returned and after about 5 minutes, an employee started working on them. I had been waiting for at least 40 minutes at this point and because I decided to be patient and didnt walk out, I got passed up by the party of 3. I ended up walking out and an employee then started telling me 5 minutes. I didnt mind waiting, but the fact that the party of 3 were taken care of before me when they hadnt waited nearly as long, was wrong. I just needed dip! I didnt even need to have anything removed!!! Horrible service.

Arrived for a pedicure appointment with my mother and sister. We all got the same package but mine was started 10 minutes after theirs and was completed 10 minutes before theirs was. Then the nail polish rubbed right off. They refused to refund my money and would only offer to redo the polish right then and there, which I did not have the time to stay and do. $40 wasted. Very dissatisfied.

Ive been here twice now - last week for a pedicure and this week for a gel fill.The pedicure included the best /longest foot massage I think Ive ever had... A couple of my toes were cut too deep with the cuticles/sanding, but the massage made up for that (pictures from today show the scabs). I got the honey green tea pedicure, which is a little box kit they use of 3 sealed quantities of nice smelling exfoliate, lotion #1 and lotion #2 (as far as I could tell). The service cost $48.The gel fill seems well done. My technician (possibly the boss) was called away to deal/help with several other customers, but it didnt extend my visit by much. They couldnt find the first color I asked for (and they really really looked), but I love the color I came home with. The service cost $45.I didnt have my military ID with me so I didnt ask for a discount, but its on their website so I think they offer one for bills over $50. I saw their bar and it looks legit, but as I am obviously expecting they only offered water. Its a classy looking place. Ive been showing up around 730 or 8pm and theres been no wait (they close at 9pm).My only complaint (maybe?) is the charge to use the massage chair... Im already paying for a pedicure and they want more money to use the chair Im already paying to sit in?! I didnt ask if that would apply to me... Maybe next time.

The pedicure itself was great. The massage and cleaning, but the nail polish was horrible very lumpy and it never dried. I came home and took it off and painted my toenails my self. Never again!!

I went in for a mani and pedi and done within a hour. They were quick!

The color I picked did not match and I told them and the manager tried to convince me it was, even after putting my nail side by side you can clearly tell it was not the right color they took forever to do my pedicure when I was going to pay I asked them why they were charging me the full price when i didn’t even get the color the guy asked her about it and they talked and he still charged me. I have never experienced anything like this. Don’t waste your time going here I did 🤬I will never come back again

I stopped in this afternoon for some much needed pampering. My nails and cuticles were terrible. My nail lady was fantastic. She took her time and did a meticulous job. Thanks again!!

Do not do your nails here. I feel that if I am paying 50 plus dollars for my nails then I should walk out of there loving my nails. That was not the case today. The nail technician that did my nails was very impatient with me. Got frustrated with me when I told her that there were bubbles in my nails and then did a very poor job with my next color. My nails look horrible, but I didnt say anything afterwards because she was hurting me taking the color off. $60 dollars later for a basic shellac set and I am very very unsatisfied.Sun does a great job on pedicures. Always takes his time. Unfortunately I will not be going back there. I offered her constructive criticism and she ignored me and walked away. I highly suggest you do not come here.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done. They will work with you to find a good appointment time and they are always flexible. Pedicures turn out amazing. They are very thorough and do not just rush through them. Ive gone here for dip nails multiple times and they always turn out great. The nails are always smooth and even. Ive tried a ton of different places, but this one is definitely the best.

Looked for a last minute pedicure while in town for a conference. This was the best pedicure Ive had in a long time. My manicurist was very kind and helpful. She was gentle with my feet put persistent in getting them trimmed, filed and soaked very quickly. I added a manicure after she took such great care with my feet. I wish this place was closer to wear I live.

Absolute worst experience ever. Door was locked at opening when my appointment was supposed to be. I realize things happen and sometimes people are late but the following behavior made me believe this is just how this place operates. My manicurist was constantly on his phone and ignoring me. He directly asked if I wanted my nails trimmed and I said yes but he didnt do it and my nails are of varying lengths now. On top of that it was 45 dollars. Worst service and actual manicure Ive ever gotten by a long shot and trust me, my standards are low.

I spent $120 for a full set and pedicure 4 days ago and my nails are already falling apart. 1st, I’m from California and have never spent so much on a trip to the nail salon, 2nd, I didn’t think I’d be dealing with nails that were coming off and painful in less than a week. Super upset.

This nail salon is very pretty but the service was horrible. I arrived at 7:45pm and didnt leave till 10:05pm. I had my full set removed and shellac put on my natural nails. I will not be returning to this nail salon.

Made an appointment same day on-line. Arrived and was super impressed with the clean, great smelling, and pretty atmosphere! No nail product smell! The vibe is very healthy and relaxed. I had a great Mani and Pedi with my manicurist. T love this place.

Its so soothing and relaxing, and they are incredibly kind. I wish Id asked the name of my manicurist because she was amazing. I will definitely be back!

I love this place. They have a great variety of colors. Its always fully staffed and if they dont have time for you, they let you know. Unlike some places that will just make you wait forever. Their prices are also great and extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing nails at a great price!

This place is nice & very well kept.I’m giving this place two stars because all though the guy who did my pedicure was so nice & did a great job, the guy who did my manicure was soo rude ..one he was so rough he cut me, three of my fingers were bleeding and stinging from the products being added to my skin & the job was not all that great on my hands...my nails are uneven length and he didn’t even clean the polish off my skin.

Amy was very thorough and even changed my color after I stepped out for 10 min. Her touch is gentle but firm when massaging. The atmosphere is very calming and leaves you refreshed. Definitely coming back for her!

My daughter went in and paid $65 for a terrible pedicure with two big cuts on both feet. Nothing worse than going in for a relaxing pedicure and leaving in pain. You would think they would offer a discount or at least an apology. Nope. Terrible service. Ill not be treating any more family members to pedicures at this place.

Ive always had a great experience at Lee Nails. The nail tech take time to make sure you like the shape and color. They are very meticulous too. I find my nails last a month + (I get dip nails). They offer drinks with your service as well 🍹. Im pretty surprised by their overall rating because Ive been to 2 of their 3 sites and never had an issue!!

Definitely be careful at this place. The tech I had my mani pedi from tried to rip us off. I went in with my husband, and ordered a $40 pedicure off the menu. While I was under the dryer for my hands, my husband went to pay...sure enough, she tried to charge for the most expensive pedicure on the menu, thinking he wouldn’t notice. He didn’t. I called out and asked how much mine was when my intuition told me something was off. She tried to argue for a minute, but it was just way too obvious that she had done it on purpose. 2 stars because it was a nice salon. But that woman did NOT deserve the 20% tip my husband left her. I hate when people try to take advantage.

I love the work done on my nails! They are a family owned business and they give great service. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the lady who does my nails but she’s wonderful. My nails look real, not too thick (I get gel nails) and they last a very long time. I have never left here unsatisfied. Great work and wonderful customer service.

Had the worst experience, it took about an hour for the lady to even get nails glued to my fingers, just the NAILS, not even lay the acrylic. I asked for stones and designs and didn’t get anything I wanted and paid way too much.

Not really sure why there are bad reviews while my experiences with the place were all awesome. I dont really live in the area but I come here every now and then and every time I do, I try to stop by here. They always made sure I would have a great time and be satisfied with my nails. They use good quality products and beautiful colors. Techs are attentive and careful. Clean and organized. Pretty much nothing to complain about. Worth every penny!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I’m very hesitant about guys doing my nails from previous experiences but now I refuse to go anywhere but my usual place. I told the guy I wanted a full set, shellac. He then brought out a set of gel nails, the clear/see-through kind. I said this isn’t shellac and he said “ this is shellac it’s healthier for you “ and my friend and I started to become uneasy. I pointed to the usual tips you use for acrylic/shellac/dip and he said that was for powder only. so my friend and I assumed maybe they do it differently here. no. the girl next to us was getting REAL shellac done. but it was too late. He glued on FULL nails, not tips like glue on nails you can do at home. They started to fall off as he did it and then made me put my hand in the uv light where my nail started to burn HEAVILY. I immediately took it out and he said “only five seconds, you have sensitive nails.” but no, the glue was burning my nails. He had to soak off and redo nails that he put too much glue on. Then he just put polish and top coat and that’s it. These feel like stick on nails and pretty sure they’ll come off within a week. Plus he charged me $50. I wanted to walk out without paying but did not want them to chase me out as seen in many videos. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I will be going back to talk to someone.

Not happy with this place, Ive been to many nail salons and being in the industry, Im not satisfied with the tech (Can Van Nguyen), he was not friendly (no smile or short talk but stared), harsh on my fingers rotating them... my thumb hurts from it, my nails have looked better at other nail salons, also Im having to peel stuff off of my fingers that are dried on my skin... why should I have to spend time doing so, plus I didnt get my hands and arms massaged with lotion, I thought that would be included like all the other places.The place inside is nice and their nail table and pedicure chairs are updated..., I honestly thought that place was going to be one of my go-toos considering my work at a spa was not far. I wont be going back.

I love this place, it just lighten up my trip to Texas this time. Now I am ready to enjoy my trip to San Antonio. My friend and I went in here as the first thing we do for our little reunion. Awesome, I have to say. Staff is very nice and professional. Love how they keep the place very clean,organized and well lit. Technicians are very friendly and easy to communicate with. The lady who did my spa pedicure did a wonderful job. She took her time to take care of me, did not rush through steps like many other places. Price is actually very reasonable. My coffin ombré nails get tons of compliments, so if y’all want perfect nails Blanca is your girl. Trust me I’ve been to many other nail salons and came to Blanca with some busted and cut up nails I had done at a 5 star salon and she fixed me up and reminded me that amazing nail techs do exist and I can have the nails I want without compromise. Seriously go to Blanca and you’ll never look for another nail tech again.Le nails is a clean establishment with friendly staff. The owners are super nice and always want to make you happy.

My child had artificial nails put on for her senior prom less than 2 weeks ago, and wanted to get fills before she went back to school on Monday. So although this salon is across town for us, I drove her there so that she could get her requested fills. Because her nails were lifting, we were told that they would need to be removed before a new set could be put on. Thankfully, this salon is careful about quality. My daughter had fungus on her nails that had been there before this set had been put on, and the shop owner recommended strongly that she not have her nails done. I am thankful that he was reputable, because he cared more about her nails health than the money he would make for the new set of nails. He endured her tears when he gave her a simple manicure and a bottle of fungicide. Shes heartbroken because of the habit of nail biting make her fingers look somewhat puny without nails, but I am hopeful that this kind man will have kept her from having permanent damage from the fungus that he discovered. Shame on those other salons out there that will just take the money without regard for the client.We will be back after her infection has healed, and although it is quite a drive, we will be regular clients now.

Well as I walked in nobody greeted me - I was sitting about 5/10 minutes before anybody noticed me - then the first words out of their mouth was pick a color - like you greet your customers when they walk in you say HI - WELCOME - something to make them feel like you are not bothering them ... never again

If i could give them no stars i would. Service was the worse i have seen. Owner was late opening, then she could not get door open, was very angry and frustrated with the situation. She began yelling at her employees making them feel horrible. Was pushing employees out of the way. I sat in a chair for 40 min with mo service. When i got up to leave she wanted to charge me 10.00 for dipping my hands in remover for 40 min. She literally chased me out the door yelling for money.

The shop is always clean and I never wait more than 15mins if I decide to walk in (during the week). Ive been a faithful customer since this location opened and have only witnessed it improve. I usually get a gel mani on my acrylic nails and a basic pedi, and the quality is always top notch. I work from home so ever so often Im a hot mess and dont get my two week fill. I once let almost a month pass and my nails still looked like I just walked out of the shop. This place is always money well spent.

Went in as a Birthday treat to myself, told them what I wanted and the man straight up told me no! He said that he was the professional and that he knew what he was doing. I should have just left then and there. He ended up giving me very uneven set and the acrylic lapped over my cuticle onto the skin of my finger. Within a few days they were breaking off. The whole time the guy was complaining about how business was slow.... I can only imagine why. This place looked very clean but the service was a mess and the pricing was outrageous for the quality. Will not be going back and would not recommend anyone go here. Save your money and your time.

Everything was fine when my friend and I walked in. We were picking and a color and my friend already picked hers and then I was rushed to pick my color. Every color I just looked at he would say “yes nice color”, trying to get me to hurry up. I finally picked a color I was not sure about. While he was doing my nail he would not let me look at my nails to see if I liked them. I didn’t get the shape I wanted. My pinky nails are WAY too long. When I asked to make them shorter he barley cut any off and again wouldn’t let me look. My nails do not look smooth, they look very bumpy. I have been getting my nails done for about 5 years and this is by far the worst place I have ever been to. All the other girls seemed nice but the guy is the WORST.

Friendly staff and nice clean salon. Hit or miss depending on who you get doing your pedicure. If you have a regular person awesome but make sure you ask for him or her by name.

Really wish I could give less than 1 Star. If you are black DO NOT GO HERE. The first time I went was because Venice was closed and the experience was horrible. I got told to move out of my seat for someone else when I was in line to get my nails done before her. And mind you all I needed was a fill! It took over an hour to even get started on said fill. Then the next day my nail broke so I go back today to get that ONE NAIL fixed. I got there at 7:50 and I just left at 9:15 because the one person that acknowledged me there left and no one else said a damn thing to me. I sat and waited patiently and was still ignored so I got up and left. There’s no reason to treat someone differently because the color of their skin and it’s disgusting that you all that work here are doing business like this. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful to any of you and all you had to say was that you didn’t want to do my nails and I wouldn’t have wasted that much time waiting at your establishment. Karma does work in mysterious ways though so good luck keeping your business flowing...

They were very nice however rushed through the nails and not pay attention to detail. In fact my nails came out cricket and were not painted completely. Then to top it off they said it was a total of $120 but charged their own tip making it $130 and didn’t tell us. The whole point of a tip is for the customer to give it, not the employees. So messed up never going back.

I think this is the best nail salon in the area. The entire staff was so cute and nice, they greeted me with smiling face and great care. This is my first time having Manicure/Pedicure done and it was totally worth for what i paid. My technician was easy to communicate with and did a really good job on my nails. I really loved the way my nails came out. The prices were reasonable for such a high quality works i had. I love love love this place and definitely come back if im in town again.

Went in for a pedicure & my nails came out worse than I have ever gotten from any other salon. I asked for a simple white & the quality of the nails is very chunky, messy, & disappointing. Waste of money.

If I could give this place 0 stars I really would! I am never going back here. Horrible horrible job!! My friend brought me here to treat me because he knew the owner they were good friends. He went on and on about how her work was soooo great, don’t know if it’s because she was jealous of me or something but this lady cut me. My nails weren’t shaped right all my nails were uneven when she was painting them I told her they weren’t painted right so she took off the nail polish to do it over. And it was no better than the first time so I was let her do whatever I decided I was going to take them off anyways they were so bad I didn’t even keep them on for an hour as soon as we walked out the door I started taking them off. I told her I didn’t like them at all and she did a horrible job but my friend paid her anyways cause that was his friend, although he was unaware that she had cut me. He only knew after we had left and I told him. But he knew I hated them it wasn’t his fault. Just a horrible experience there. I would not recommend.

I was told by MII, who does eyelashes. She told me she does individual eyelashes. First lie, she uses cluster. I went on 10 Jun, now today 12 Jun, 95% of the eyelashes have fallen off. She charges $85 to install/$50 for fills. The eyelash place two doors down, charges $79 to install! I lost a lot of money, horrible person/service. I made an appointment for 3. I had to wait 45 minutes. Dont trust this place to do eyelashes.

Only reason I give 1 star is because the job done on my eyebrows was somewhat decent. I’ve came here a couple of times and have NEVER had any problems. But today, I did. I walked in for a touch up on my eyebrows and was directed to the back room. The lady (believe she is the manager there. She’s the only one that does eyebrows) that came in had stopped in the middle of doing someone’s nails to do my eyebrows so she was SUPER rushy on me. She didn’t even say hello when she first walked in, she looked at my eyebrows and said “did you go somewhere else or you do them at home? Cause they’re a mess. Doesn’t look good at all” I laughed it off and said “that’s why I’m here” and she continued to make jokes about my eyebrows the whole time. And then, at one point because she was such in a rush She wasn’t paying attention to where she was putting the wax and it was dripping down the side of my face and it burned. At one point, she got the wax caught in my hair and continued to work off of that and wax off the hair I had on the side of my face! I put my hand up to pull back my hair that way it wouldn’t get in the way anymore and she pushed my hand down multiple times saying “don’t touch I’m working on eyebrow” well lady I wouldn’t have to touch if you wouldn’t have just ripped out a piece of my hair!! I explained to her that it hurt really bad (with the wax still sitting in my hair” and her response was “it’s just a little bit. Wait until I’m finished and I’ll clean it up.” Like what?!?!! I still gave a tip because I’m not that rude, I just didn’t like the customer service I had from her.

I went today (2/18/16) to get a gel/shellac manicure.Overall: mediocre service with average pricing. However, I will not return.Customer Service: The employees were all very nice and friendly, however the man who did my nails took 3 personal phone calls while doing my nails. In fact, one time his phone was ringing, he didnt have his earphones in so he rushed one of my nails to answer his phone. I asked him to redo it because it wasnt great quality. I had asked for a cuticle embellishment or design on my nails and was told its too much, no no no.Cleanliness: Someone definitely needs to take a duster to the tables and the counters, but I have seen worse.Decor: Does not play a factor in my rating, but it may in others. Its meh. Beach-y colors on the walls, with lots of paint chipping. Terribly huge aquarium in the middle. Gorgeous chandeliers.Chairs: Im a bigger person and the chairs were mildly comfortable. For a smaller person, you will like these, however my hips could have used more room.Functionality: The UV lights were put on the sides of each nail service table. Because I am a customer of size and my arms are short it was uncomfortable to put my hands in UV lighting. I understand that this a functional design and for everyone else, it might not be an issue.

They tech was very rushy my nails were all messed up. I just wanted her to be done and leave. I went home and my nails were all different shapes. I tried this place since my normal salon was super busy. I regret that decision if you want good service where they care dont come for a mani. The one good thing was Jose who does an amazing pedicure he took the time to have you relaxed and gives a great massage on your feet and legs.

Was told there was no wait for 3 full sets. When we walked in my sister and my mother were helped right away (the only reason I gave one star). I waited while 3 other employees were just sitting around. Two other customers came in and were helped immediately. The lady I got was rude and upset about something, and she took it out on me and my nails. My sisters nail tech did the absolute opposite of what she asked for, and over charged her. This place is way overpriced for the quality of work they do and customer service.

Went to this shop to get a fill and wanted white matte. The lady kept painting my nails the color and when I dried w their machine it just looks bumpy. Not worth 40$ she even filed.my nails un even. I didnt know what to.say so I just walked out

As you walk in to the store you see a fish tank, and a few hanging chandlers. Very elegant nice decor. An plus they do a great job on massages, your nails, and waxing! They even have an option of doing false eyelashes put on. The lady who did my nails did a very good job on my French Pedi! Recommend this place to anyone!

I would give no Stars.The pedicure chairs charge $15 for massage features when its free everywhere else. And its a weird vibe in there. Dont bother coming here.

I came in from out of town and found this place online. My Mother-in-law and I had a great experience here. I had a shellac manicure ($40) and a Sugar-scrub pedicure ($33) done. Very clean, reasonable prices, and done in timely fashion. My Mother-in-law loved the lady who did her manicure and pedicure. The lady was VERY thorough with her toes, because my MIL had some kind of toe fungus, so the lady took her time cleaning it up and putting a fungus cleaner on it and even told her how to care for it. Very satisified with their work and the whole atmosphere was very relaxing!

Made an apt three days beforehand and walked in and was told they double booked. I spoke with the owner mind you when I made the appointment, but never wrote my appointment down. I’ve been coming here for years and never have I have been so disappointed. Rosa is great and really enjoy her service, but not happy with the establishment. They are very unorganized when it comes to scheduling and answering phones. They also advertise margaritas, but don’t serve them. Go to Venice nails for proper scheduling and customer service!

Im still sitting here waiting for my nails. They told me they could put a flower on my toe nails and then said no....I would have just picked a different color than a French tip which also came out horrible. They never offered us refreshments but did to the people next to us.....and when I brought up how bad they did my nails they didnt offer to fix or discount it just argued with me. Never again will I come here.

Went in there for a full set paid $55 for shellac first they were so think one broke off the next day then I asked for a light pink shellac color and they did a cleat when I asked if that was the color they said yes and didn’t want to fix it

I got my toes done here Sunday and I’m unhappy. There is gel on my skin and by Wednesday it started peeling. I’m very unsatisfied and will not be returning. Don’t waste your money here.

Took 2 girls with me on a walk in for two sets of acrylics and I got the dip nails. All done in under an hour, everyone was happy, and my nails still look perfect almost 2 weeks later (although grown out). A little more expensive.

Not happy at all after making my nails look like I have bubbles attached to them the same woman to on over my 12 year old cousins and was incrediblely rude to her. Tried to make her change what she wanted and told her she could do what she wanted and charged us $85 for us to find out at the very end that she couldnt so it and needed help frome everyone. She continued to tell us how they needed to look instead of what we wanted. And was seriously expensive for someone who left so much gunk under our nails. Not freaking happy

Love this place clean, service is great, offer options for your pedicure, leg massages are fantastic come out of there feeling relaxed. Salon also uses plastic covers for pedicure bowl. Will go back!

This place is horrible! I have been here twice. Yesterday I went and paid 50 dollars for the dry skin pedicure. The nail tech used the callous file so hard on my feet that today I have completely raw bloody heels. I had to apply liquid bandage to the bottom of my feet just to be able to walk. I went in to show them my feet and the man that runs the place told me oh its because your feet were so dry bullshit! I have had many pedicures, it was because the girl was awful! She saw my foot start bleeding and tried to hide it from me and put it in the water quickly. I asked for my money back and they refused. He saidoh no... The owner needs to save his money. Gave me a bottle of lotion for my trouble. I dont know how to post a pic on here but would love to show you my bloody feet ! Dont go here EVER

It was awesome!getting my feet done with the scrubs and the heating towels.And my fake nails are so pretty and they where only $40.The people were very very nice.
