My first time here and definitely will not be my last! I love it here! Was shopping around the area and went here! My pedicure was awesome and Tommy did a great job on my acrylic nails! Exactly what I asked for!

The place was super clean and everyone working there was so kind. I got seen very quickly for a full set. They turned out so perfect! Tommy (the gentleman who did my nails) had so much attention to detail and made sure each nail was perfect. It was very reasonably priced and I even made another appointment before I left. It’s always hard to find a good nail salon so it was a nice surprise with wonderful results!

This was the first nail spa I visited after moving to San Antonio and I am SO impressed. Tommy is amazing. So, so talented and really takes the time to perfect the nails. He wanted them to look pristine which I really appreciated. Clean, great place. Will definitely go back!

I came here for the first time after looking at the reviews and well... I think the pictures say it. These nails aren’t even 24 hours old and are already snagging my hair. I don’t have a single nail that isn’t already peeling. This was my first manicure since the pandemic and I’m just really sad about it. I need these nails to make it to Saturday for a wedding and I... just don’t know. I really wish this review was different, but I just didn’t have the same experience as everyone else I guess...

I spent some time researching a good place to have my nails done, I care a lot about quality and convenience. The Nail Spa was a GREAT choice! I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what service I wanted; I was led to a socially distanced seat and offered a drink (Water, cocktail, coke, sprite). Within three minutes, my nails were being serviced by Tommy--someone every customer seemed to know by name--so I knew I was in good hands! Tommy asked what I wanted, then walked me through every step of the process from color options to shape and length, he was not pushy and was not rushed at all. I had his full attention the entire time and could tell he took much pride in his work; he continuously filed and reworked my color mixing until he reached perfection! The blending in my powdered ombre set is flawless, each nail matches the one next to it, and there is no awkward ridge that Ive experienced with other powdered sets. I would highly recommend The Nail Spa, the place was clean and very nice, the service was excellent, and the quality of service has been the best Ive experienced in San Antonio.

Came in here as a Walk In on a Sunday and luckily they were able to accommodate both my mom and I for a manicure and deluxe pedicure. The place is clean and well organized, the music playing was very soothing and the temperature inside was absolutely perfect. Bonus: there is an air purifier here! The deluxe pedicure was amazing ! I felt renewed afterwards. Place was good for the first time trying it. There room for improvement. One of the employees didnt seem like he wanted to work today. But this lady works hard for what she does. She awesome and really knows what she doing.

I love getting my classic dip manicure here. You do need to specify if you want your cuticles cleaned up. If you are in a rush tell them because it can take over an hour to get a manicure.

First timers today and over all they were amazing. With the holiday around the corner they were super busy but they still took their time and had so much patience with everyone. Came to San Antonio for the weekend and googled best nail spas near Riverwalk and this place popped up. It was a 15 minute drive from Riverwalk and well worth it. In the Quarry Market area (very nice). The staff was friendly and did an outstanding job on our feet and the nails came out perfect like we wanted.

Never again?! This place was astonishingly bad on the customer service front. From the moment we sat down they were ignoring us and speaking in a foreign language and looking away. They weren’t even engaging unless they wanted to be. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t need to carry on full conversation with the nail techs because I was there with a friend, but I did expect some level of courtesy since we were there to pamper ourselves. I am not sure how this place got such a good rating when Nail Salons are all about hospitality. This was a total miss. Maybe they were having an off day, but I am not willing to take another chance. I didnt even list ALL that went wrong ;(

My favorite place to go for mani/pedi’s! If you like fun or abstract nail art, they do a great job. They will make a replica of any inspiration picture you show them! Love this place!

New full set, after 5 days my gel matte polish is peeling. Very disappointed in the quality of their work. Not worth their prices.

I returned to my favorite place now that I have been vaccinated! Some new changes, new chairs, decorations, and decorative foot bowls. As always the place is immaculately clean and smells fresh. Great pedicures and manicures. They DO NOT rush you! I love Tommy & Kelly who are the proprietors, as they are always attentive, polite and welcoming. I would not want to go anywhere else! This is by Paesanos Restaurant, so dont confuse yourself with any other nail spa!

Wonderful nail spa. I called ahead to see if they could accommodate me and my daughter since its Friday and they closed in about an hour and half which they said yes and gave us a time to come. We did have to wait, but they stayed late to provide the services we asked for and didnt make us feel rushed at all! Definitely plan to come back!!

I asked for a full set French manicure and had a scheduled appointment. To go fast and squeeze in walk-in customers “Tommy” glued on white tips and added clear powder over the entire nail. Midway through adding the powder to the first hand I double checked to make sure he understood I wanted pink and white powder...he ignored my wishes and continued adding the clear powder telling me he could change it up when I come in for a fill, not willing to complete my nails as I wanted. My nails are covered with bubbles and I was charged for the pink and white set (prices clearly listed on the board). He argued that the prices were no longer as listed and claims pink and white nails are the same cost as whatever the heck he did to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. He didn’t clean the table or tools between customers. Oh and they offered me water, wine...etc. I agreed to a water... still waiting for them to bring it to me! 💁🏻‍♀️

My sisters & I have been going to Kelly & Tommy (the original KT Nails) for over ten years! They are super clean & they sterilize their tools for each customer. They take pride in their work & treat their customers like family. I live 30 min away but they are so worth the drive! And the good news is, each of their employees does an amazing job. I can’t even give you a favorite, they are all so well trained.They are definitely keeping up with Covid guidelines including but not limited to clear partition between each chair. As a nurse I feel safe & protected.

This is the only place I have gone to for 3 years at least. Kelly and Tommy are always very helpful and very professional. Kelly can find any color nail polish you might want. She also does great eyebrow waxing! Tommy is also very professional and wants to make sure that everyone is happy with the service that they receive. Aaron is great! He always make sure that he does things the way that you would like it and he is very gentle for me. They are always very accommodating. Everyone needs to at least try their salon and I think you will not go anywhere else.

The service is top notch, the best pedicures Ive every had, and the salon is spotless, beautiful, and tranquil.I called K last minute today, and she graciously let me come by even though it was around closing time. The pedicure was luxurious, so detailed, and incredibly relaxing.The price for the quality is unmatched.Again, six stars!!I will come back here again and again and again.

Nail Spa is absolutely the best and cleanest place I have ever gotten my nails done at throughout the San Antonio area. The owners and staff are very courteous and professional. The prices are a very good value. They have just upgraded with beautiful massage chairs and pedicure bowls. I recommend Nail Spa to everyone.

I’ve tried a handful of nail salons since moving to San Antonio, and this has by far been my favorite. I received a dip manicure, and Tommy did a great job. His attention to detail and patience resulted in a great manicure. The shop was also clean, well set up for safety during these covid-times, and a very relaxing environment. I’ll definitely be going back!

Went to K&T nails today for the first time and all I can say is IM IN LOVE!!! From the cleanliness and covid safe guidelines to the amazing customer service ot was great. I showed Tommy what I wanted and he even suggested we add two accent nails to make it pop. He took his time but also did not have me in rhe chair all day. The price was cheap with big money results! I definitely will be coming again and again

Tommy does a great job taking care of me! I’ve gone to him every time and he doesn’t disappoint I get compliments on my nails all the time now! I was the type to only get my nails done special occasions or for photos. Now I can’t wait to refill every few weeks unwind with wine or a cocktail and let them do their thang! They are super friendly and attentive to detail.
