The ambiance was amazing. The nail tech I got wasn’t all that great. She could only do basic stuff and I like more complex designs. They do have some good drinks 😊

BEST experience I’ve had in way too long!!! First of all, I called and left a message to make an appointment and they got back to my via text within about 30 mins! WOW! Both times I’ve been seen promptly at my appointment time which is so refreshing. Everything is extremely clean and I really appreciate Wayne and Anne helping me figure out what is best for my nails. (I was going back and forth from shellac and dip) Lynn gave me a great shellac manicure and was so sweet and I came back today and got Dip nails with Anne. I’m very active so always have my nails short and they look fantastic! Thank you so much Klassy Nails, I’ll be back soon!!!

The lady who did my nails wanted me to have exactly what I wanted, so she made sure I would not be disappointed. Continuously asked if I liked them throughout the process, was kind, funny, respectful, understanding, and empathetic. Btw I got shellac nails.MY NAILS LOOKED BETTER THAN THE PHOTO I SHOWED HER!!!

This salon is under new ownership as of four months ago. Any reviews prior to that should not be considered. I went here yesterday after a very bad experience at another salon. Heather did a great job on my nails! She is very engaging. She soaked/filed my old nails off instead of ripping them off. She was patient while I looked for the design I wanted and chose the colors that would work best for my skit costume. Everyone was very sweet.It was a very pleasant experience. P.S. they are running a few specials. You can add-on a massage to any other service for $40. If you buy a $125 gift card and you receive $150. Plus many other specials.

I love the fact that Klassy Nails opens 1 hour before many other nail salons in this area do! I was in desperate need of a gel removal/manicure and didn’t have time to wait. I was promptly accommodated with an appointment and was seen by Amy, who did an excellent job! The salon was courteous, very clean and professional. I liked that each technician had their very own station, which provided more privacy than other nail salons I’ve been to. They offered an assortment of beverages including wine! My nails are going on day 3 and look better than some places, just right after. I highly recommend Klassy nails at Dominion and plan to go back.

I went in for short square acrylic French tips and for the price it just wasnt worth it. Even with the 10% discount they were 35 dollars and the acrylic was very uneven and the tips were slightly crooked. I give the 3 stars only for the fact that everyone was very nice.

Very unprofessional personal. Then told me that Im done when my nails were still wet. The nail polish was smashed in two nails, when I asked them to fix it the manger started to argue with me with a very loud voice. She was standing in front of me and yelling. When I asked her why is she yelling, she told me because I have mask. Very rude and very unprofessional personal with a dirty salon.

I moved here a few months ago and tried a couple of nail salons in the area. This is by FAR the best. I was extremely pleased with the service and environment. My technician was very professional and took her time to make sure my nails looked PERFECT. I will be coming here ONLY from now on.

Great service! Went with and had a mother daughter pedicure. A little busy but they were able to handle the rush. Environment was clean, service was excellent. Service received as promised. Highly recommended!

The whole thing was rushed he didn’t clean my feet or push my cuticle back on my finger and ended up paying 130 I think. Worst pedicure of my life. I’ll never go back again or get my money to anyone who works there. I have so much dead skin on my feet still and we just went last week. It’s a shame to pay so much and have such a bad job done. My gel is cracking. Everything was bad!

I will not return to this nail salon. I went for relaxation but felt as though I was tortured. Worst pedicure ever. Such a waste of money and time. My feet feel as tough as they did when I walked in.

Beautiful location. Walk ins welcome however I recommended you make a reservation. Highly recommended San, Su, or Lynn. Monday through Friday is the best time to go to fully be pampered. They are not as rushed so they take really good care of you. On the weekends, especially during peak hours it gets busy and sometimes the work feels rushed. They offer complimentary drinks while having nails done. Selections from margaritas to wine to water. Besides just nails they also do waxing services also

I have gone there for a long gone time and Ive never been dissatisfied! I use to go somewhere else for my pedicure but I was very happy with the treatment and care that I got so now I get both my nails and toes done there! Everyone is very friendly! A great place to relax and be pampered!

Ill start by saying the salon itself is nice inside, always clean, and smiles whenever Ive been greeted. Im going this 3 stars due to the service received during my prior 2 visits. I went around 5 and I could tell the technician was rushing. I paid for a shellac manicure which was $40, not horrible considering the location. The very next day, the gel started to come up as a result of not letting them cure long enough. My recommendation is going during the day when you wont feel rushed. I cant say if Ill give this place another try as I found another nail salon close by with comparable prices, friendly faces, and no sense of urgency to get me out of the chair in a hurry.

Nice atmosphere. I have been there several times but I am totally annoyed that the technicians keep talking to each other in Vietnamese. If I go there and am spending my money there and I am the customer, they should have the decency to pay attention to me and not continuously keep turning around to talk to their co-workers. It is outrageously rude. I would not recommend this place.

Treated my favorite title closer to her favorite salon for a mani/pedi. She works so hard taking care of my clients that I knew she would appreciate it. I had to take a moment and get a manicure myself. They did a great job of keeping us together so we could chat and provided a variety of beverages to enjoy while they took great care of us.

I really dont recommend it. Way to expensive for the service I got. I got there with acrylic nails on and they tried to take them off by ripping them off!! I had to ask them to soak them in alcohol and remove them without trying to rip my nails off. It was so painful and I was so mad. They just dont know what they are doing and they charge you as is they did. Never coming back.

Over priced. Much higher than any salon in the same area. My shellac mani looks horrible one day after it was done. Manicurist was careless and sloppy. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I paid about 150$ for my service I tipped the lady VERY well, she rushed to do my nails and my pedicure, but after she was finished my shellac was very bumpy she said its my nail which didnt make too much sense atThe time since i only had it on for two weeks maybe less ..long behold now that Im taking my shellac off two weeks later, she just didnt feel like completely taking off the acrylic...poor job
