A day after I just got them done they broke the next day . And I didn’t even get the design that I wanted because I was gonna get charged 75 for half the work correctly done and just for 1 color I paid $60 bucks and got it to break the next day .

This was my first time here and I enjoyed it. However, while getting my pedicure, the male nail tech got on a ladder and removed the pricing board.. I then heard a customer say that he was going up on the prices. They started getting busy and thats when he removed the board. Just dont think that was right if he really did raise the prices because business was picking up.

My mother and I had a great experience here. It was our first time. Price is reasonable and staff is friendly.

I am I pressed. In 1998 I got my nails done for fist time here. And I came back after the pandemic because I moved back to the southside. They were very clean due to covid and had everything you need to make your nails look amazing. I got nude for work and I am very pleased. Dude did a great job.

I went for the first time. I got my pedi and the lady who did them was hurting my feet. She made all my toes bleed and even when I pull away she grab them and did it again. I would never go back. My toes are still hurting right now

I can honestly say i had the best experience! My first time being here and after my nail tech decided to dump me off they were more then eager to tend to me. Vinny, Tommy & their staff accomadafed everything i requested. Vinny did PHENOMENAL on my nails, i was a little on edge coming to a new nail place and going back to another product. I can say that it was my best experience and i will be sure to come back. My nails were perfect and more then i could ask for. Thanks again guys 💖

Finally found my new nail home! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Most salons I go to my nails last a max of two weeks but here I can a full three before I need my fill with no lifting! Vinny did my fill this time and his Mom did the original set! They both so beautiful work and his Aunt gives the best pedicures!

It has not even been a week since I got my nails done and they are already breaking I got bad 1st visit service and the lady who attended me left me drying my nails not telling me how long to be there and I was there for about 7 to 10 minutes and she didn’t even tell me your good to go or anything she instead began doing someone’s pedicure so I got up paid and left.

I waited to be helped and got skipped over. Waited for 2 hours for a nail fix that I came to get done a week prior .

Oh yes they pamper you they make your nails look beautiful i recommend this place

Honestly AMAZING!! TOMMY is great! They’re all about customer care! Constantly kept asking if everything was okay, making sure I was happy with the shape & color. Love love love it there! One of the best places to go spend your money! Highly recommend it!

The atmosphere is so nice! They make sure you’re comfortable and for it being really busy they get to you quick! From the other nail salons I’ve been to they have never initiated or really paid attention to what I wanted but Tommy (manicurist) did! So GREAT!

I’ve come here off and on for about 5 years now. Overall normally really happy with my nails. I’ve had so many techs and I’ve watched the place change. Still some original smiling faces. Bottom line is I would recommend this shop any day!🤗 ps I have wide nails and places normally struggle with that, they’ve always done really well so that’s saying a lot!

Great place for men’s services! I’ve been getting pedicures here for a couple years and they always do a great job and have fair prices. Very convenient . They accept walk-ins and have short wait times.

Went yesterday for the first time not ever coming back. I have gone to better places than this and customer service is the reason. I got Tony and informed him I wanted a full set he asked me why and was hesitant, that should have been my first flag but I was waiting for such a long time that I wanted to make it worth it. My sister went too and had a picture to show and the lady said they didnt do that then what kind of nail place is this?? It was something simple as an ombre . Overall very unsatisfied with this place, my nails look like if I did my nails at home instead of professionally done. BIG waste of time and MONEY after waiting for 2 hours and $99 went out of my pocket for both me and my sister. Very poor in customer service and quality and talking about you amongst them.

Never get your eyebrows done here. I went in with nice thick brows and asked her only to clean them up; however, once she was done i left with the thinnest eyebrows i have ever had. I cried for 20 minutes afterward because they will take months to grow out. DO NOT GO HERE.

This is the worst place ever. The lady who did my nails screwed them up. Made them bleed and kept hurting me. The guy who was doing my moms nails didnt know what F&@# he was doing !! The older gentleman was nice though. Hes the reason I smiled through out the entire thing. Thanks Sir but the two people just dont know what they are doing. It hurt me and I will never come here again.

Nail Glamour is the ONLY salon that my family trusts! Ive been a customer for almost 8 years because of the customer service. My daughters have grown up getting mani/pedis here and all the technicians have become like family. I can say first hand that Van is great with waxing my eyebrows and Tommy and Vinnie do great nail sets and fills, but you really cant go wrong with anyone at this salon. With my crazy schedule, we usually dont get a chance to schedule an appt but even if I arrive after 8pm, they wont turn us away. I always see technicians working on clients well after mall closing hours! They use good quality products too. Ive noticed our nail sets last longer when I compare to other friends and family, even with the long length we prefer, and even after fills. Great salon! Great service! Great results! I love this place! I pray that theyre blessed with many more years here! Keep up the great work guys!

Horrible place. I went for my first time my boyfriend paid $111 for my full set and both our pedicures, we were there for 2 hours! Im a girl that likes long nails so I specifically told the nail tech I like them long, he cut them to my preference but then when he started filing they were short as hell!!! A few days passed and my boyfriend got a infection in his toe from where the nail tech pulled his skin off! And a week went by and my nails were already coming off plus we paid for shellac! Horrible never again.

Its way to often your told its a 15 min wait, while its actually 25-30 min wait. Its OK to be honest about your wait times! Today I walked out after being told 10-15 min for regular manicure, but actually waiting 30 min and still not even close to being seen. Shame on you for not being honest!

I use to like this place untle I came in at 5:20pm and they sat me down to take off my nails. When the last was done and wanted to choose my Color the manager began to tell me that I That I had to wait 25 minutes to get my nails done . After picking out the color that I liked the manger said oh no we cant do them we want to go home .you can come back to tomarrow. I said no I want then done today he said no one will stay.they all wanna go home .u said yall should never started on my nails and not completed them .I will never go back ever I was waiting all month to get them done and they dont finish them.oh well u will give my money to the next place down the road

I always come here for my mani/pedi Tommy is great he runs the establishment and always makes sure his customers are satisfied, theres been times were ive had to bring my toddler with me and they are wonderful keeping him entertained to bringing him cookies, water, and being friendly to him.
