Love this place! Very nice techs, walk-ins welcome, clean & relaxing environment. She did an excellent job on my nails, and though they did use the drill to remove my gel on my toes she was very gentle and they look incredible! I got regular polish this time.

I love this nail salon. Very attentive and professional. Tony does wonderful work and pays so much attention to detail leaving my manicure looking beautiful. I had to bring my little one with me and Tony was super sweet and brought her candy and water while she waited. Ill be back for my next mani/pedi 😊 thank you Timeless nails!

Timeless Nails is definitely one of the greatest salons I have been to in San Antonio. While they are not a large salon, they offer every service you could need and a drink to go with it if you’re interested. They quickly remember you which makes it feel very inviting, and they are super focused on detail. Recently, I have only been getting gel manicures, which you can see in the attached pictures, but they do a fantastic job on acrylics and dip as well! I highly recommend.

I love Timeless Nails! Tony is the best! Hes so nice and friendly well all of them are there. Everytime you go you it feels like your visiting family! I found my forever home here!! I love going here. It’s a quite and peaceful atmosphere. The service is impeccable and I’ve never had a bad experience. Most salons try to pressure customers into using powder and get upset when they decline; not here.The quality is amazing. I never feel like I’m being rushed. Today I was met with so much patience as I decided what color I wanted for my cat eyes. They are so honest and make sure you’re happy with your nails every step of the way.I can’t say enough good things about the quality and the service I receive each time I get my nails done.

I have been using this salon for 3 years and I really love this business. Dana and Tony (owners) have become like family. I have never had bad service here. They do everything in their power to make sure they give you the best service. Tommy and Mimi are also great nail techs. It shows because I have watched their professionalism with all their customers. They try to get to know you and keep you coming back. Their prices are comparable to industry standards and their products are great quality. I appreciate the variety of colors they have. They are not rude like some salons I have tried before finding them. Also their cleanliness is great. Even before COVID, they wiped down chairs between customers, they wore masks and gloves, and in their pedicure spa they use the disposable liners. Call for appointment, you wont be disappointed.

Timeless Nails is the best nail salon I have been to so far. I called ahead for an appointment (highly recommended) and the man made sure they had a tech and a spot available for me to come in, as opposed to telling me yes and having me wait. I got there and immediately was seated for a pedicure by him. He was so nice and professional. I felt like I was really being taken care of, he really wanted to make sure I was comfortable (water temp, drinks, colors, services) which I appreciated.The deluxe pedicure was great!! The citrus scrub smelled so good and he did a really good job taking care of my nails and massaging.I also got acrylics put on by Dana and even though I was probably their last appointment, I didn’t feel like they were rushing at all. I had a couple snags around my cuticle and she was really careful to not hurt it or anything, which I really appreciated lol.The pricing is very fair, it seems to be in line with everywhere around here, but the turn out it 100% better than any place I have been to. I’ve gotten acrylics done here 3 times. They are very friendly and quality can vary slightly depending on who you have as a technician. Prices are pretty fair and I’ve always been happy with my results.

I wanted to love this place so much based off the amazing reviews. I want to first say their service is so amazing, thats the main reason why I gave 4 stars. Me and my daughter were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and were sat promptly. We were offered drinks and felt completely welcomed. My main concern is the fact that my shellac polish only lasted 4 days, its already chipping off the edges. I have never had shellac polish do that so quickly, I usually get at least 2 weeks out of them before they start looking worn. One of my daughters nails also lost its polish completely, I get shellac on her also because I want to make sure we get the most out of the polish. Im just slightly disappointed, I paid a good amount of money for the both of us I expected it to last longer than 4 days.

Had a great experience today at Timeless! Was able to walk right in and have both mine and my daughters’ nails done. The gentlemen that did our nails were super thorough and made sure we were completely happy. Love the shape, color and quality of our nails. Salon is immaculate! We will be back!

I came here with my little sister after a friend recommended them to me. i got a pedicure and she got her nails done. They did an awesome job and they were very nice. They asked us multiple times if we liked how our nails looked to make sure that we were happy with the work,they also offered us drinks. The man who did my pedicure was very gentle and took his time. Our nails look great and I’m very happy I picked this place!

I don’t live in Texas but every time I come down here I make sure to stop at timeless. They always do a really good job and they’re all so nice.I went and got my nails done a couple days ago and the gel somehow got messed up but I went back today & they didn’t give me any issues about getting them fixed. Every time I come down to Texas this is the only place I go.

So, the usual nail salon I normally go to was booked solid on Saturday. So, I looked in my zip code to find a good reviews salon. I came across Timeless Nails and noticed they had really good reviews. So, i went in Saturday morning, got my pedicure. When I got home I was so upset at my pedicure, it looked like a 5 year old had done my nails. I called and complained. John told me come back and I will re-do them. So, I went in today, he did them again. I get home and the white polish he put on the nails to bring out the color I picked was showing on my left toes. The color is messed up too. At this time I am so upset. I had to waste my gas going out of my way for a place that had good reviews. VERY DISSATISFIED!!

Every time Ive gone the experience has been pleasant. The salon is clean and pretty. They even sterilize the tools they use! They also change out the paper you lay your head on when you get your eyebrows waxed. My nails look great. And if you want a double coat of shellac, just ask for it.

I miss Vanessa so much but with an appointment they will take care of all of your needs!

The salon itself is very nice. However the nail technician who did my nails left old shellac on my nails and when I mentioned it to him he laughed and said it’s all fine. I got French manicure so you could see the old pink shellac. They charged an extra $5 for take off but didn’t even get everything off. Highly disappointed.I also got a pedicure that cost $27 and didn’t even include a hot towel or massage. Just cuticles and polish the whole time I was in the pedicure seat was maybe 15 minutes.

I cant say enough good things about this place. My daughters and I came here on Valentines Day for a manicure. The reviews are so true. They treated us like royalty. John was so friendly and kept great conversations with us.Fast forward to today....5 days later my girls have managed to pop off a nail each. John welcome us back and fixed their nails. PNo problem. This place has earned beyond a 5 star.John and his family are amazing.They have my loyalty and will come highly recommended.

1st time there for a pedicure and not impressed at all. The guy didnt clean under my toe nails and the polish was all over my toes then I got home to notice some of my toe nails missing polish in some area. For a $45 pedicure I expect elite work. This place is definitely not a 4+ true rating 3.0.

The owner is a fantastic person. He’s always trying to make his workers better by overseeing their work but joking with them at the same time. He’s a perfect example of great customer service. He always goes above and beyond. He also does work on customers when it gets busy. If there is ever a problem, he will do whatever humanly possible to make the customer happy. This salon has become my #1 place.

I got a simple gel polish on my natural nail 2 days ago and the polish is already chipping on a few of my nails. The top clear coat was lumpy and uneven. I believe the nail tech was John. Would not recommend.

I always call and make an appointment to make sure I get John as my nail tech. Ive had other techs in the salon do my nails and theyre all awesome. John makes the experience something else! Always makes sure you are completely relaxed and I look forward to getting my nails done every time because of John! He is also very helpful with my color selection - I can only have certain colors and if I pick one that is going to be pushing the line of whats acceptable for my work, he tells me I should pick another color unless Im off work. I also love this shop because its like walking into family when you walk into the shop! John and Vanessa always welcome me by name and he knows what Im getting without me having to tell him. Brought my lady here before I proposed to her. They did an amazing job with her nails and did so in a timely fashion. At our station, the specialist had his certification and picture posted and was very respectful!

Ive been here 3 times. Tommy did a good job, Vanessa was awesome, but today Danny was horrible! Hes very sloppy and seemed to not care at all. Will never go to him again, but still like the shop.Update 9/23/19 Vanessa is still awesome. She fixed a bad job I got done at another shop. Now my nails are beautiful!

If u could give no stars I would. The guy that did my nails was so messed up. I complained and told them i had no other time to get them done cause i had surgery. The still would not honor to fix my nails. I had dip done, and the guy made them all bumpy and tries to fix it after he said I was done I complained. He filed them down and made white patches on my nails. I couldnt get right in ti fix it since I had surgery, but was told that I just have to come in and they would fix them. I came in to get it fix once I was able to drive and they said there is nothing they can do. And sent me away. For this Ill never come back. And no one else should either. The two guys that work there are horrible. They will say your done and leave paint on your fingers. I had to tell the guy how ugly he did and he sat down and clean off some of the nail paint. But left me with bubbly and white patches on my fingernails. Horrible customer service. They could have fixed the issue.

Went on a Wednesday for a full set and a pink holo design. Thursday it started chipping. Went back today, Friday, and got it “fixed”. The girl did a worse job the second time around. It’s obviously bumpy and sloppy and for 65 dollars I expect way more. I have a bad review on yelp and the owner decided to write me with some rude and unprofessional nonsense. Go elsewhere. Spend your money somewhere it’s appreciated.

I’m not here to review Dana’s work. She’s an amazing nail technician. I’ve been getting my nails done with them for about a year now. The staff, here, were great, offering us drinks for myself as well as my husband while he waited for me. I have never had an issue here until yesterday following today. We had an appointment yesterday, Friday at 6:45. We arrived 3 mins late (6:48) and John had greeted us. He told us they were closing early and Dana had left already for a wedding. First off, why would you schedule someone, knowing you have a wedding to go to? Either way, stuff happens, we got over it, settled for a 10am appointment since John told us she was open all day Saturday. Saturday, this morning, we were late (about 20 mins) but I had called around 9:55am to let them know if we can come between 10:20-10:30 instead, Dana said ok. We arrived before 10:20. Once Dana sat down with my sister in law, I made a comment “Dana we missed you yesterday.” And here is when hell broke loose and then I knew excuses were going to be made. “I waited until 7 and you never showed up!” That’s what Dana said. “7???? Our appointment was at 6:45!” Is what I replied. And now we are bouncing back in forth “I waited until 7!! You never showed up!!!” “We were here before 7!!!” Then Dana said she left early because she had to go to Costco! Ok?!?!?!?! Like what!!! I told her “John said you left at 6:30 to go to a wedding!” She was shocked “wedding?!?!” I said “yes! That’s what he said.” I kept hearing lies from her and John was there. He didn’t want to say anything! I mean, I get it, she’s your boss. (She has a loyal crew, I’ll tell you that.) At this point, Dana told one of her crew members to pull up the cameras. Even the receptionist guy jumped in, such a shame because he was the coolest one. He started saying “if you have an appointment and you’re 10 mins late and someone comes in wanting to get their nails done, we are going to take them.” Dude... yes. Absolutely understandable. At that point, it would be my fault. I lost my place in line for being late and business must continue, but that was not my case. They were already closed too. How are you going to take someone else??? I was 3 minutes late! Not 10! And he had the nerve to tell me “you were 10 minutes late. We’ll prove it.” Finally...some evidence. Dana was still yapping her mouth, telling me she wasn’t lying. 🙄 yeah ok. So they finally call me to the back and tell me “see, you were here at 6:52” which 1. Already proves to Dana I was here before 7 so there was no way she waiting until 7. And 2. I was not 10 mins late if my appointment was at 6:45. On the camera monitor it shows John holding the schedule book. This happened after we found out Dana left. I knew we were still there a couple mins before that, so I told them to rewind it some more. They did, in front of me. And guess what.... it shows we were there at 6:48! Not one of them APOLOGIZED to us! And they still had the nerve to say “you were still late” and Dana still had the nerve to say “I didn’t lie” and tell me “we’re not happy so we aren’t doing your nails. I’m the owner. Go find someone else.” If she really was here, why be mad at me? Why not John!! This whole time I told Dana several times “we like you, Dana. I don’t want to argue with you, but this is ridiculous” she didn’t care. I was hoping we would handle things like adults with an apology in some way and put everything behind us. That didn’t happen and because of their lack of respect, they lost 3 regular customers. After all this, bet, they are Probably going to reply to this review with attitude and disrespect. (Which I Hope, to show you all.) Timeless Nails you guys were great, Dana you were my favorite nail tech but after you yelling at me and constantly insisting you weren’t lying, just proves to me you were. I even proved you all you were lying and i wasn’t! Yet your crew did not once step up to try and make things right between client and merchant. I hope this helps potential customers out there. If you go there, be careful. They’re all snakes.

It is an amazing salon where I got my pedicure over a month and a half ago and if it werent for my nails needing to be cut, I wouldnt need to go back, they are still just as beautiful as they day I got them done. It is called Asiana Nails Lounge and it is by Alamo Draft House off I410. You get TWO free alcohol beverages served to you and they wait on you hand and foot. They are NOT rude, they are super polite and friendly. They WANT your business unlike this place. Trust me when I say, the owner here doesnt want your business, and I may have never been a customer, but I know people who have gone to this particular salon and it was horrible, not to mention the staff is rude. Go to Asiana if you can! I am a tomboy and not big on pampering myself much but after going to Asiana I am HOOKED it is nail Heaven there!

I called the nail salon on Tuesday due to the yelp stating by appointment only. When I called the gentleman was very nice and welcoming. He stated they take walk-ins as well, so I scheduled a 1730 appt for Wednesday. The next day I arrived 30 minutes early and the same guy I spoke to was at the front desk and remembered who I was! He said we can take you now!The environment was so warm, immaculate, clean, and all the employees were so welcoming with smiles and hellos. Vanessa was assigned to me and she was so sweet and professional! She ensured my nails were done correctly, she shaped them perfectly, made sure I didnt have any extra polish on the outside of my nails, and my gel nails and gel toes looked beautiful! Vanessa gave me the best pedicure/manicure and ensured I was comfortable and asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I will definitely return in two weeks for Vanessa! Thanks timeless nails and spa, your salon is number 1 compared to the other two I encountered!Update: 2 week follow up appt:Once again Vanessa did an immaculate job on my gel nails and toes! After a 75$ mani/ pedi my manicure was almost completely chipped off 2days into my vacation. Very disappointed.

I was just there getta pedicure and had the worst experience, frist off i wanted overlays done on all toes,well all the toes are mis shaped, the boy doing them acted like he didnt want to be doing them in the frist place and when i said i wanted a pedicure also he really seemed annoyed . Oh yeah usually they ask if you would like something to drink....well all the other ladys get pedicures done had wine, i would have settled for water but nope wasnt ask. So then when he did my so called pedicure he barely scrubbed it at all left it half done and plus i did det the lotions on my legs which is supposed to be included in alk pedicures, but no lotion. So then for tje polish well i want a certain design and it called for different colors again he was annoyed and said he couldnt do the design and i would have to wait for the ladt to do it, ok so then she only does the outline and doesnt want to do the color well the color in design is what male the look duh... so when i pointed out the mistakes i qas told i had thick calluses and they couldnt get them any better, then the manager proceeded to get loud with my daughter that was trying to explain what was wrong. I was totally embarrassed, he then offered to fix it but i was already behold embarrassed as everyone in the shop was looking at me and laughing. I will absolutely never go there again and the only reason I give one star is because you cant leave none . I was so very disappointed.

Got a manicure shellac color for 38 dollars and its only been a week and its coming off, I went back to fix a chip in my paint and they redid it and its already coming off again. They only coated like 3 times . It sucks, lots of money wasted. I wont be back .
