Not being from here, I was looking for a place that had good reviews because I needed to trust someone to give me amazing nails and toes for my destination wedding. I was very satisfied with this place! There were a couple of other nail salons I’ve been to that do an okay job, but this place was great! I would definitely recommend them. I don’t do acrylics often because they can be too thick or look crooked on my nails haha, but Megan was so sweet and listened to how I want the length and style and made it perfect! Chi did my Pedi and I almost took a nap with her massages. The whole experience was everything I could hope in a salon. They even gave me a small gift for a wedding present! Can’t wait to go back and show pics. 10 out of 5 stars 👍🏽.

I actually recommend them here I use to go somewhere else for years and I would spend $280 on pedi and full set. The lady told me I couldnt be going on Saturdays because she has other clients and walk insMind you I made an appointment always. I felt like she didnt want my service to I took it elsewhere which is Shes Nail and I love it. They are all friendly. My new nail tech is Hannah. Its been going on months and they won my service. Just visiting San Antonio but was desiring a pedicure badly. Gave this place a try. The staff is friendly, respectful and talented. No monkey business. Got the basic pedicure and I’m very happy. Offered me a bottle of water and the chairs are very nice. The decor is clean and fresh. They take extra precautions due to COVID and if I lived here, this would be my place!

I will give them 3 stars because I’ve been here quite a few times and thought, once you go, you’ll definitely go back. However, a week ago I went and got a set of acrylics done, but the nail polish is already peeling off… this has never happened before at any nail salon. I paid $65 so I’m upset.UPDATE: 6/22/2021 — Thank you to Megan for reaching out. She made sure that my experience became a positive one after calling me and scheduling an appointment to make it better. I appreciate the professionalism and how nice she was. Took my teenage daughter here for some mother/daughter time. As a teenager she is trying to find her style and has recently gotten into her nails. The location was clean and professional. We had the signiture pedicure for both . Tubs were clean and staff was very accommodating to make my daughter comfortable. I also had a full set manicure for my daughter . They listened to what my daughter wanted with her nails and we left very pleased . She is very excited to go back . Thank you for a great first experience of many to come .

Highly recommend She’s Nails Spa! Went in because I was also recommended this nail salon and left super happy with the way my nails came out. All the staff was attentive and very professional with every customer that walked in. The products they use are great quality. Megan my nail tech did a great job with my nail set! I was really impressed and hope you give them a try as well:)

I went to this place a couple of times because of its great reviews it had. But upon my 3rd time going stuff hit the fan. The day I went I showed up hoping for a walk-in but agreed to come in 1 1/2 hours later for an appointment. When I came back I didn’t get seated for another 30 minutes and then sat with my feet soaking for another 30 minutes. My technician was trying to juggle multiple roles. Which showed because she came back and forth between answering phone calls, addressing angry customers, and cleaning items and would forgot where she last left off. Overall I will not be coming back and am taking my business elsewhere.

So glad I found this place! Best experience I’ve had at a nail salon in this city. Will definitely be my new go to place. Very clean, great decor. The staff was very friendly and service oriented. So happy with my mani/pedi.

Chi was just fabulous! I was nervous because I am new from out of town. But I was really happy with Chi. She made sure I was happy. She gave me a great refill and waxed my eyebrows. The place was clean and inviting! Will go back until I go back home 😊

Did not have a very great experience. Staff is very hard to understand and did not give me and my mother what we wanted and we spent almost $70 on to full manicure set way too overpriced. Would not recommend or go a second time

I had the very best experience here. Im on the road a lot with my fiance for work and Ive tried LOTS of nail salons, by far my favorite. The staff was really friendly and the woman who did my nails put my mind at ease every step of the way. A lot of places theres a communication break down due to language but she made me very comfortable in the knowledge she knew with her trade and making me understand all the things I didnt know I didnt know. Lol

Didn’t even know my nails could look this nice. Kelvin did an amazing job. I showed him a photo and he made it look even better than that! No pain, great conversation and amazing nails. I get excited whenever I look at my nails and would recommend this to anyone. Not even the great nails, the place was sparkling clean and the staff were so nice! Even when I was booking my appt on the phone, the lady was so nice and welcoming. Will definitely be coming to this salon as long as I live in San Antonio!! 5/5.

I’ve been looking for a new go to nail salon and was referred to shes nails by a co worker. I have NEVER been so happy with my nails as I was leaving here. I’ve been getting my nails done for about 16 years and I have never had a nail tech be as gentle, kind, and detail oriented as Megan. She was patient with me and made sure my nails came out exactly like I wanted. Kevin did an amazing job on my pedicure as well! I’ll be using she’s nails for a lifetime.

Its always a joy to come here and get my pedicures. The staff are always very friendly and professional. I even brought my grandson in for his first pedicure. Very clean establishment, as well.

I went last Saturday and had Molly and she was absolutely amazing. I am new to San Antonioand this will be #1 go to place. I had a pedicure and dip manicure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The salon is very nice and clean, but I’m quite disappointed with the pedicure I received. Everything was great during my time there, but my pedicure didn’t last me a week. I paid $72 with a tip for “mermaid gel polish” on my toes and typically that lasts me weeks until my next pedicure, but my polish popped off 3 of my toes in a weeks time. I’m not sure if it was applied incorrectly or just a bad polish, but I feel like I wasted my money and I’m hesitant to go back.

I really love the fact that you are treated like royalty upon entrance. Crystal always does an amazing job and I am always thrilled with the results! Leyna also has done my manicure and both ladies treat me like family. The ladies actually remember you and conversations from past appointments, that is more valuable than all else. This is my spot and I definitely will continue sending business their way!

Decided to do a mani/pedi day with my 3 year old daughter. They made us feel like we were a burden to them so yes we will finish our service today but we will not be coming back.

They do an amazing job here and are so kind. It is clean and beautiful inside. They are willing to make your design ideas come to life and take their time to get it right. So glad this salon opened, I’ve been searching for a long time for the right one and I think I’ve found it!

Everyone is incredibly nice, very clean business! Worth every penny! I haven’t had a mani and pedi since everything first happened with COVID and so I had to treat myself and it was amazing! Going back soon to see about their other treatment options. Highly recommended! ❤️

Where do I start..... I got there early for my appointment and was taken right away. They are doing everything they need to do to make sure they are social distancing. I was only originally going to get a dip manicure. The woman was fast, professional, sweet, gentle and very nice. She help me pick out a color for my nails. While I was there I decided to get a pedicure add it to my service they were so accommodating and the woman was very gentle and sweet while doing my pedicure I had to leave her an excellent tip because of all the effort she put into making my experience so peaceful and relaxing

This place is awesome!! I made an appointment yesterday for 2pm and arrived right on time. The hostess was very friendly and sat me down immediately. I showed my nail tech, Kelvin, an inspo picture of what I wanted in the hopes I could at least get something similar. Kelvin did an *AMAZING* job and my nails came out exactly like the picture. He also took the time to really make sure the coffin shape was absolutely perfect!! I will definitely be going back to Kelvin for any future nail needs :)The salon itself is also very pretty inside and the music they had playing was on point with a nice positive, but chill, vibe!! 5/5 stars for sure for this place!!

Nails keep lifting within a day or so from getting them. Maybe you guys arent using a good ratio of liquid to powder. I like the way after but the next day they are coming off.

I feel like I am going against the cardinal rule of not giving away your favorite places. I live in schertz and will be driving in to come here from now on. These people are so sweet and did great work. Went one day for a pedicure and came back the next for a manicure.

I have lived in 4 states and the most expensive citys, and have never found a nail place better than here. It was my first time on July 2 and I was running late to my appointment and called to let them know and they were super understanding and still super sweet and welcoming when I got there. I don’t remember the man who did my nails but he was so professional and so clean and did such a great job and could hold a really good conversation. Their prices are super fair and the salon itself is so cozy and clean.

I had manicure with shellac and pedicure with regular nail polishing . Shellac started crumbling on day 3 and started peeling off. Waste of money . $ 90 down the drain . Will not go there ever again!!

I had my nails done by Crystal she was friendly and did a great job.

I came to Shes Nails a long time ago and thought they were great, but a little bit pricey. So I have gone to other places. But after the reopening of the nail salons during the pandemic they were the one salon that was easy to get into. I have been coming back ever since. And while they are clean and pretty friendly I still think that they are pricey. I was actually glad last week when I was only charged $70.00 and yesterday for the same service it was $80.00! I was told when I questioned it that it was a mistake. 😑 I will be back but, I am going to be checking out other places in the area. I am a retired and I think that they should have specials for seniors!! And one more thing, the only way to cut back on the price is to is to get the basic pedicure, but then you dont get such a good job as with the signature one.

My fiancé and I came for the first time and we both got pedicures and manicures done. We were both acknowledged as soon as we walked in with friendly service which was great! I didn’t get the names of the two ladies who were doing my mani and pedi but the lady who serviced my fiancé was Megan and she was awesome! Everyone was clean and professional and friendly. I love the way my nails came out and my toes!!! My fiancé and I are definitely coming back.

It wasn’t busy, but it seems like they have great customer service regardless of how many clients they have. I got a Pedicure and was happy with the service. Love this place! beautiful on the inside. everything is so clean! i was greeting immediately by the employees then asked what services i wanted, they went down the services menu with me, helped me pick my color and offered me a drink. *They offer liquor here too* i got a mimosa #BOMB. the technicians took their time with me and verified with me over and over to make sure I was happy through my service and with my nails. I’ve officially found my new nail spot.

I love this nail salon! Everyone is so sweet and kind. The atmosphere is super chic and very clean. Kevin is my go to nail tech! He is alway diligent and precise in the work that he puts forth. He is a master of his craft. Honestly, I have searched and searched for consistency and this establishment delivers exactly that. Have been here several times since they opened and it’s always a lovely experience! Every technician I’ve seen has done an excellent job with Kelvin most recently helping me! I had to be somewhere in an hour and he redid my dip powder in 45-minutes and they were very well done 😍

This nail salon is super cute. I like the check-in process using the iPad. I was a walk-in and brought my five year old along with me to get serviced. On the check-in it allows you to select all of the services you would like to receive including an option for child services. I thought that was a nice touch. My nail tech Kelvin did an excellent job on my nails. I asked for color acrylic, a clear nail with encapsulated flowers and designs on all nails. He did not disappoint. My daughter was treated like a little princess and to fit in the pedicure chair, they brought out a big fluffy pillow for her to sit back against. The salon offers drinks kept in a mini fridge in the pedicure area and I noticed glasses for wine and maybe cocktails, but was not offered that. The guy that did my pedicure Vi did a great job and was very attentive. I had a broken nail that he was able to fix (by filing it) without needing to use a fake nail to cover the broken part. Emily the manager of the store is a sweetheart. I will be returning. :-)

Really easy to book an appointment, they are following COVID-19 Safety precautions. The staff is nice, hold conversations and really listen to wait you want for your nails.

This salon is by far my favorite in San Antonio! Kelvin knows I am filled with so many ideas and he makes sure i am happy every step of the way. The staff also goes out of their way for me too. Today they were kind enough to make me a iced vietnamese coffee and Kelvin made the magic happen on my nails. Super clean and very friendly services here. I definitely recommend!

Wow! I came here for the first time as a walk-in. The place is clean and beautiful! The staff are very professional. I was sat in Kelvins chair. Not only did he take his time but went even further and told me what I needed to do for my nail health. He gave me a nail file for free and instructed me to take vitamins to strengthen my nails. He wasnt concerned about me returning back soon for the sake of him making money, but gave me tips to make my nails stronger before returning (which will be in about 2 months). I have never had a nail specialist teach me nail care. I will definitely come back.

Awesome experience with Kelvin. He was really knowledgable about the differences between shellac and dip. I had dip done for the first time and loved it. The salon is super new, clean and with very friendly staff. I strongly suggest you give this place a try.

Kelvin gave me the best ombré set Ive ever gotten, the blend & shape was perfect! he took very good care, making sure I left very happy. I normally tense up when I get my nails done, simply because I always end up with 5 or 6 cuts on my fingers but not one ounce of pain or any cuts today! Lol I will definitely be going back!

Had a great experience at She’a nails. Kelvin did a great job on my dip manicure. I also got a just as beautiful signature pedicure with Kim. They were very kind, attentive and great customer service. The salon also has a modern design with neon light trims in a white/ grey interior. I enjoyed the playlist they had with a lot of my favorite music on it.

This is the BEST nail spa in the 78209 !! They follow all the Covid rules with temperature checking as soon as you go in ... they sanitize after each customer and the salon already is soooo clean . They have so many colors to choose from and the tech’s are very gentle with files and drills !! You won’t be disappointed making this your go to salon !!
