I went in on Saturday and was saved by the beautiful Mandy! I had a previous hair appointment that got canceled last min from someone else, and was left with orange hair. Called D’Anthony’s praying they had availability to save my hair and they did! Mandy did such an amazing job, and took her time! I left feeling so confident and beautiful again. I will for sure be going back.

I tried it out, Nate gave me a great cut, he listened to my requests and exicuted it nicely. I will go back. The shop was nice and clean and it wasnt tearably expensive.

I’ve been going to Angela regularly for almost 2 years now. She is AMAZING and I trust her completely. She always makes sure that we’re on the same page with the color and cut before she touches my hair and I always leave feeling beautiful. She’s taken me to almost black, a medium brown, and now light blonde and my hair has stayed incredibly healthy and silky. She has great tips on hair care to keep my hair salon quality between visits and always recommends the best products for my hair goals/desired look. Lyric is my only Stylist that I will trust to touch my hair. She is so knowledgeable about the products and what works best for me. I used to only use Matrix products because my hair is very temperamental and does not respond well to other products. I conveyed this to Lyric and she talked me through their line of products. She assured me that she could reach the level of color I wanted regardless of my over growth. My natural hair is black and my preferred color is a light brown with highlights which is bordering a blond. My last visit was over 4 inches of growth and low and behold, Lyric got the color perfect and my black roots were gone. I’m so please and will never go anywhere else. She has done my hair for over 4 years now and has my complete loyalty. DO NOT COME HEREI scheduled an appointment at 2pm and while on my way i get a call saying theyll be ready to see me at 2:30. No biggie, so i get there at 2:30 and I continue to have to wait until 3pm in the waiting area when there is a sign outside that clearly states that waiting area is closed bc corona. After i was greeted by a woman NOT wearing a mask and i DID NOT get my temperature taken. Unprofessional and unsafe. Visible changes is your better bet, not worth the money either.

New to the area, found this place based on their strong Google and Yelp reviews, and I’m glad I did! Even with all the Covid madness, I was able to get an appt in just a few days. Angela was friendly and professional and did an awesome job on my haircut. The shampoo area is like a mini spa, with lowered lights and soothing music, and the whole place was super clean and comfortable. I’ve found my new salon!

I made appointments for my daughters, mother and I to have a spa day. My mother was supposed to have her nails, hair and a pedicure while my daughters were going to have manicures, pedicures and eyebrows done, but after waiting several hours (the hair stylist that was scheduled to do my moms hair was running late) and despite having made the appointments several days in advance, somehow the appointments were not made for my daughters manicures, and eyebrows and we were practically rushed out the door because they closing at six. Mind you we were there at 3. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I have to leave at least one for a review and the girls were nice. My biggest complaint was the scheduling and lack od communication among the staff.

I can only say wonderful things about Diane and her Staff. Every time I get a haircut or color I get thousands of compliments from friends, family and even strangers. Not only the services they provide are superb but the staff is friendly, courteous and always in a good mood, making you feel welcome. I would recommend DAnthony SalonSpa without any reservation.

I recently got my hair done with Kelsey and she was absolutely amazing. She did balayage on my hair and really worked with me on finding the perfect color for my hair/ skin tone combination. She made it look so natural and made my hair look sun kissed! Kelsey really listens to you and gives her honest and professional opinion, which I greatly appreciated. I could not recommend her enough.

My daughter was referred from a friend to get foils & cut. She was there back in March before the whole COVID19 thing. This was an awful experience, first the girl took 4 hours and I am NOT exaggerating to put foils in, then when she was applying the toner and wash, the rest of the stylists were standing waiting on her to finish so they could go home. My daughter even started crying she was so upset for having to sit for so long .Long story short - the appt was at 2 and she ended leaving at 6:19 to be exact. Top it off her hair came out orange. After $200 when my daughter was checking out she expressed she was NOT happy but was leaving the next day to go outta town so they told her to come back in when she got back and the manager would re - do it. When she got back and went in, the manager was NOT the one re-doing it but it did get re-done and is totally fried now due to over processing and on top of that she tipped that girl also. This is service that is un-acceptable and this salon really needs re re-evaluate their staff - there are TOO many places in the area to choose from to pay top dollar.

They always treat my young daughter with a lot of respect. They listen to her requests carefully and talk her through every step of the way.

Great place for cut, trim or braid(s).

This was the second time I visited this particular salon for a haircut. The first time was in January and when I got there I was told that the girl who was supposed to cut my hair was out. After waiting almost an hour they found someone else to cut my hair. She didnt seem thrilled but she did a pretty good job. I made an appointment to see her today and the girl at the front desk told me she was gone for the day and asked if I wanted to reschedule! I live on the other side of town! Supposedly they called at 9:30 to let me know and they got a busy signal. They obviously called the wrong number...and if they did call and couldnt reach me then they shouldve tried again. They had another girl who would fill in but after looking at my hair she basically told me the best she could do and it wouldnt be today because her appointment just walked in. I said Id call and make another appointment which I wont but I didnt want to be rude. She didnt care one bit nor did anyone apologize. Very inconsiderate group who didnt acknowledge the inconvenience. Thats the second and last experience I will have with them. I do not recommend this location!! If I could rate a zero I would!

My first impression is they just want to rip you off! In the beginning when you ask for a price the give you minimum price but when you sit for service, expect $25 to higher price than usual. Yesterday in salon they wasted 45 minutes of my time after my actual appointment and said we are so sorry, it was starting price which I asked specifically before my appointment from receptionist!! I asked specifically if I want to have trim just trim for my hair with blow dry she said $43, but when I sat the hair stylist said because this is your first time I do it complementary for $60 without blow dry!!!! So unprofessional! Same for manager! I talked with manager she did not do anything about wrong information and my time!Do not waste your time and money for unprofessional salon that they don’t know first thing is to know how to treat with customers!!

I have been going to Angela at DAnthony Salon Spa at The Rim for about 2 years now, and she is fabulous. She can look at a picture and cut my hair exactly as seen in the picture. She also lets me know what will and will not work for my particular hair type. She is very kind and honest, which I appreciate tremendously! I certainly dont want to talk her into giving me a haircut that does not look good on me. I trust her so much, that I recommended her to a perfect stranger who was new in town and had several bad experiences for her particular hair type. She is now going to Angela on a regular basis and absolutely loves her! I also took my sister to her when she was visiting from out of state, because she wanted, a change, but didnt know what would look good for her particular hair type. When Angela finished, my sisyer was ecstatic. I am the type who will not recommend someone unless I am 100% confident in their abilities, because it is a reflection on me as well. With Angela, I have no worries! Angela, youre the best!

I came in basically crying because of my hair color fiasco that took 11hrs & got no where near the color I wanted. I gave it a 5 star rating because from the moment I called to schedule an appt to the moment I left the salon they made me feel so special, Im talking VIP services. Its so hard to find this now days. Great customer service! When I called, the guy who answered the call was so professional, courteous, and heard my problem. When I arrived at my consultation with Diane (the owner) was so nice. She was immediately engaged in trying to help me as I teared up because of the awful color I had. Diane, Angela, & Daniel ALL teamed up to help me get an amazing color, cut, & conditioning treatment to help restore my damaged hair. This was the 3rd day in a roll that I was trying to color my hair! They provided me with complimentary wine and I was so much more relaxed than the previous 2 days & left there feeling a million times better! AMAZING salon with EXCELLENT customer service! I would recommend to anyone that wants to get professional services and actually get that pampered feeling that a hair service should feel like! 😊

I had an appointment with Aileen yesterday to start the process of turning a very tough dark red color to blonde for the summer. The transformation in just one sitting was incredible. Aileen was very attentive and truly showed her expertise when coloring and lightening my hair, making sure no damage would occur with so much processing. Throughout the process, she treated and conditioned my hair continually, taking full care that no breakage or damage would occur. My hair felt healthier after I left than it did before! Overall, Aileen is your girl if you need a new hairstyle, a new color or a correction and I cant wait to go back!Im happy Ive finally found my stylist!

I had never been into DAnthony Salon Spa before. So I was really excited to try something new. Especially with all the good reviews.I called to make an appointment for 3pm on Mexicos Mothers day. So I half expected to not get an appointment. When I called the manager told me that there wasnt availability at 3 and that he would have availability at 2pm. So I told him I wasnt sure I would make it for two, but I would make the appointment and then call ahead to cancel if need be. At around 1:30 I called to tell them that I wouldnt be there until 3, and the lady that answered said it wasnt going to be a problem.I got there a little after 2 and signed in. I wasnt greeted or anything, it was kinda awkward. They did have a large selection of nail polishes which were nice.I had been waiting for almost 45 minutes when the manager finally acknowledged me and offered me a drink. My friend came about 15 minutes later and she was never offered a drink. We didnt get seen until about 3:15, when I finally asked the manager how much longer. I had been waiting over an hour for the pedicures. When we finally got to sit in the chairs, both tubs were filled with a puddle of cold water.We waited another 10 minutes until someone finally came to service us. I was able to get another mimosa, but the man that was working on my friend never offered her anything. I got pedicure service that offered callous removal, before she started I told her I am very ticklish but not to worry about me and do what she had to do, I wasnt going to kick her. As soon as she started, I think the processes over whelmed her and she stopped with in a couple seconds. I told her to keep going and that I wasnt going to kick her, but she told me she was done. The rest of the pedicure was amazing.But the entire experience was just really weird. I have never gone to a place that wouldnt do a callus removal. Every where I have gone, would scrub for about 5 minutes working on the callus until my feet were very smooth and raw. She didnt even last 30 seconds per foot.The place is beautiful. But my feet arent up to par for my standards of how I should have been treated even paying extra for the callus removal. My friend didnt get the same service I did and she still didnt receive high quality customer Service. I am disappointed. I might go back one more time and get someone knew but I would rather go some place closer for a better pedicure.

I came here because of the positive reviews which is the reason I am leaving a review. Im sure there are some very talented stylists at all of their locations, but please dont call without knowing who you want to see. I have never been more displeased with a cut in my life. I have never cried over a hair cut. After returning to another DAnthony location to have my hair fixed, I left thinking things were better. My mistake was not staying for another blow-out to see the finished product, but my kids were going on five hours with a baby sitter at that point and I needed to get home. I ended up hiring another babysitter and paying another very talented stylist the same amount of money to spend over an hour meticulously trying to salvage some of my length and repair the DAnthony haircut. I requested a refund after the stylists at the final salon agreed that my hair had been horribly botched. DAnthony said I was happy with my wet cut when I left the second time and denied the refund.

My entire review has to go to Angela! She is the reason I chose this location to get my hair done -- after looking around the reviews for DAnthony were the best, especially everyone recommending Angela! They were right - she was amazing. I needed a new cut to shape my face and give it some movement and she did just that and some! Explained the entire process along the way, tips I should know with my hair type and held great conversation. If youre like me and afraid of hair salons because you dont know what to expect - then def book with ANGELA! She rocks!

I got my hair color treated for the first time ever today by Chantlyn! She did an AMAZING job on my hair and I couldn’t be more satisfied. She’s patient and very helpful and answered all of my questions about the process. She has magic hands on her to say the least. My hair is flawless!

I have never had a go-to hair salon or a specific stylist that I preferred, but Im SO glad that I found Angela! She always manages to get my medium-length poofy/wavy hair smooth and neat, asks how my hair and scalp have been feeling and what my routine is like so that she uses the right shampoo and styling products for me, always asks if everything is comfortable and explains why she likes the products she used. Last time I saw her she waxed my eyebrows (something I typically hate getting done because I have very thick hair) and it was quick and painless which I really appreciated. Aside from that she is such a sweetheart and we usually spend the whole time talking about our dogs :)

I booked an appt. with Angela after reading all the rave reviews online here. She did not disappoint! I hadnt had my hair cut in over 6 months and wanted a blunt cut (no layers) and about 3 inches off. I am very particular and she listened to everything I had to say and explained what we were going to do beforehand. She did a fantastic job and she has a great personality as well. Things about this salon (in the Rim):1. I was able to make a last minute appointment as I was about to finish my lunch at the Rustic. The receptionist was helpful. Its walking distance from the Rustic.2. I was not sure if I connected with Chantlyn, my stylist. I told her that I am sensitive to scents and do not like to wear products (hair spray, gel, mousse). She cut very little of my hair. When I should blew dry my hair, she constantly spray hair spray layer after layer.3. One thing I appreciate about Chantlyn is that she taught me how to style my hair. I actually like my hair a month later. The style is low maintenance.

Fun place to be to get a haircut. Saw Aileen and she did an amazing job. Very friendly, professional, and knows what she is doing! I loved the finished product with my hair cut. Highly recommend Aileen.

Terrible customer service. Expensive prices and poor quality work. They don’t call customers back for scheduling appts. They are great when it comes to accepting new clients but then it goes from there. There are so many other salons that have better quality work for a lot less in price.

Where do I begin, I went there with my friend and she and I loved it! My stylist was Nate and I couldnt be happier! :) He was the most amazing person ever. After a while he and I clicked and just talked and talked and he did an amazing job on my hair! I walked in with a really bad blonde going on and I just love the results. In my opinion Nate is the best person there because he seems so energictic and enthusiastic. I had my hair highlighted and cut by Corey. He did a wonderful job. Its exactly what I wanted. My hair looks and feels great. Very professional and friendly salon.

The guy was great, he just wasnt that talented. Not sure what his name was but I showed him a simple picture of a light brown color and for it to flow smoothly, kinda like an ombré. He bleached only the top layer of my hair and some pieces go up higher than others. I spent $200 for something that looks like something I would do. Not impressed and will never be returning. Shame.

Vanessa is truly a miracle worker! She does amazing color, trims and styling! I started with an ombre and she transformed my hair into a beautiful rose gold! Shes making my hair healthier and more georgous than ever! I love the customer service. My favorite location is the salon at the rim!

Got a gel manicure and pedicure, within a day my gel polish literally fell off. Probably great for hair but I wouldnt recommend a mani-pedi. Only good thing was the staff was friendly and wine was served.

Result of Hair color Terrible. Was told I needed highlights so the color could be absorbed. Hair was overprocessed by highlights, damaged, split ends/breakage and hair started to fall out. I should have asked the level of experience on stylist. So disappointed, a good amount of money spent, & Now trying to Revive & Regrow hair.

Vanessa is awesome! I found her on Instagram. Loved her before and afters so I made an appointment. Best decision!! I have been trying to go blonde for a long time and no one seems to ever get it right but Vanessa got it spot on what I wanted. I am Latin so going blonde is tricky at times.
