Been going here for 6 yrs. Doug, Ronnie, and Thuy have done an amazing job every time. The facility is always clean. They offer complimentary drinks and theyre always so sweet to my daughter when she comes with me. Love this place!! Highly recommend!!

Not professional, went in to fixed my nail told me they were busy, and then when I call they say I could come in right away. Poor management

I love this place. I go see Ronnie every 2 weeks and she always does my nails exactly how I want them. Down to every crazy color and design. She does amazing work.

Do a great job however sneak in services i specifically asked them not to do on my girls. Asked for shellac with no manicures and went ahead and did them and charged. Wont be going there again. Rip offs!

So I have never had a mani/pedi before, so Im really glad this was the first. They seemed to be short staffed, but everyone was so nice! They do have drinks that are complimentary, so they offered to refill our drinks and they were working hard. I got basic stuff, but my friends got more. Everything came out beautifully! The massage chairs seriously almost put me to sleep. I will be going back.

Ive been going to them for years and was so pleased to get back in when restrictions were loosened. They continue to take extra steps to keep everyone safe and still go above and beyond with service.

Come to nails palace it’s the best place!! Ask for Ronnie!!! She is the best nail tech so quick and understanding. Every times she does my nails I never leave disappointed. Ronnie is so detailed she such a perfectionist! Don’t believe other comments about her she’s nice and she never disrespects customer! I will send all my friends and family to nails palace!!!

No matter how many different nail salons I try I always make my way back to Nails Palace! They are so accommodating and take their time to make sure your nails are perfect and that they are exactly what you wanted! Walked in about 20 minutes before they closed and my nail tech still did an amazing job and took her time. Was there almost an hour after close and I watched them take in many walk ins and help customers even after close so everyone got the experience they wanted. Love it here so much I got my mom a gift card for her Christmas gift!

Greeted me as I walked in. Clean place and the nail tech had explain to me different types of pedicures. They different types of beverages including margaritas Dont Mind If I Do! Love this place will be coming back!

From color choices, décor, cleanliness, great ventilation, and skills, this business provides a pleasant experience and quality workmanship. The mounted television screen shows interesting Food Network demonstrations, so the sound can be low yet entertaining. Each artist who has worked on me or my daughters has been friendly and patient. This is not easy work in my opinion, so it is good to note that they have enough employees to handle a sudden influx of customers. Happy experiences with nice people.

Ronnie has managed to run off yet another loyal customer. Seems like the happier I am, the more disrespectful and passive aggressive she is toward me. I am hurt that she treated me so badly for no reason at all.

The lady who did my nails at Nails Palace ruined my nail beds. She used the electric file and went too deep. Its been a year and my nails still have not recovered.

I got a shellac mani & pedi. Because the pedicure was shellac, they charged me the normal pedicure price + $25 charge for the shellac. So total for hands & feet was $92. I pushed back and 2 more employees confirmed that was the correct price. HOW IS THAT JUSTIFIABLE!? You use the same amount of polish on your toes that you do on your nails, but because its your feet, extra $25 charge! Ridiculous. Ive been going here for years and I will never go back.

My fav! Ive known this family for years & they have the cleanest, fastest, most professional & friendly crew, that can accommodate a large number of customers at any given time! Kudos to Doug & Roni & company!

Well I usually have Cheé do my pedicure, but because I was on a time crunch I went another girl and she was terrible! Hardly touched my feet, cut my nails unevenly, and dont offer me anything to drink. If started when I told her I just wanted the basic instead of the Sea Salt upgrade and it went down hill from there. If Cheé is not available I will reschedule.

Worst pedicure ever. Sloppy paint job, came in with square nails and she made them round. Wont be back
