Arrived at 530. Man in the front, on his phone, asked can i help u. I told him i needed a full set, eyebrow wax, and pedicure. He refused me as he said i wanted too much. And they closed in 30mins. Literally 2 people just standing around, and couldn’t help me. They don’t need or want your service. Don’t waste your time. Or money.

It was my daughter and I our first time visiting Vicky Nails absolutely magnificent exsperience had been searching till my daughter told me how fab they are here they have been at this location for years.I highly recommend Vicky and her staff wont leave you hanging by your toe r 💅 thanks vicki we will see u next time enjoyed today.

Wost place Ive ever gotten a pedi she even made me bleed while cutting my nails made fun of my toe and didnt even use no uv to make pedi last waste of money

They are very friendly! They take good care of you. Other nails salons are always rushing when they see a new customer coming in, not at Vickys. They are funny, they keep you entained once they get to know you. Keep up the good job ladies and gentleman!!!!

I wish I could give them ZERO! I took my daughter here for her birthday because we were recommended... we walked in thirty minutes before closing for a simple polish... FOUR employees were sitting around doing NOTHING... and they turned us away! HORRIBLE customer service I do NOT recommend them!

Staff are very friendly but this was sadly the worst manicure and pedicure Ive ever gotten. I had shellac polish on both and instead of the traditional method of wrapping cotton balls in foil on each nail- they had my soak my entire hand and foot in acetone making my skin feel awful.The manicure had no cuticle work done at all which was literally all I asked for- i wasnt replacing my polish with a fresh set I just wanted shaped nails and cuticles with no color at all.Lastly, the pedicure bench does not use the sanitary way of wrapping the bowl in plastic as is becoming common practice- the whole salon felt dirty.I would not recommend coming here at all.

I have been coming to Vickys nails for years. I normally get a pedicure and wax. The price is right and the service is excellent. I usually see Ann but when Ive seen others at Vickys nails the service is still great. I started bringing my daughters to get their eyebrows waxes and they love how nice they come out!

My wife and I walked in and was told no come back tomorrow on a Friday night and they still had 50 mins from closing. Will not return for being so rude. Not even a hello or a sorry.

I went in today for the first time had the pleasure of getting Tony very nice man Im usually very tired from work and talking to people all day I got a mani and shellac very gentle and took his time very relaxing to have him. I really get overwhelmed with over crowded places thats trying to rush you out. Defiantly going back thank you Tony.

Vicky is my GO TO for eyebrow and lip waxing. she never disappoints. Nails are great too are great they last long and look great.

I walked in and showed them my hands and said I needed a new clear set. I sat down and waited very patiently and 45 minutes later they finally approach me and grabbed my hand . Said oh its gonna take long to take these off and just starred at my hand . I then asked. okay so you cant do them? He said NO. I walked out gracefully but I am outraged . I couldve gone somewhere else but instead they had me waste my time waiting and now its too late to get this disaster on my hands fixed ! Never going back again

They make you feel comfortable, good customer service, keep you laughing, through out there service Ann is the best person to go to if you need a pedicure, Vicky the owner and especially her husbund are excellent in doing your manicure.being diabetic Ms.Ann always watches the way she cuts my nails n how she uses those tools I rather go with her then my own podiatrist to cut my nails all worth it.👍👍👍👍

I will never be going back to this place, The first time you go to a business your experience is supposed to be good, well my first time was horrible. I went to get my eyebrows waxed let me just say they are horribly uneven, she didnt trim them, nor did she wax or tweeze them all the way, service was just bad all around. When I tryed to tell her that they need to be corrected, she was persistent to say no no they were good after telling her they werent. I just paid and left since she made it seem as if she didnt understand me.

They are slow and only one nail tech. Ive been waiting for them to do my nails never again will I come here. Im thinking about leaving. Been here for 30 min amd still have not been seen.

This place is very dirty and the lady likes to ask if you need private parts waxed no matter who is in the salon. She tells everyone that even the elderly. I gave this place a 2nd try but theyre not getting a 3rd

Went yesterday 8/8/16 everything was fine until I got home and started doing my chores, as I was mopping I slipped and hurt my head really bad. Didnt notice one of my nails was broken until this morning 8/9/16, I went back to the salon and I explained to the owner what happened and she was MAD . mad to a point where she graved my hand hard and she clipped the nail and pulled it . I complained about pain and all she said was well I have to cut it you know? Than she started talking in her native language to Ann and all she was doing was staring at me the whole time with a mad look!!!! While I was soaking my finger nail in acetone . didnt say nothing, just kept every single word to myself because I had my son with me .. But they are the worse customer service people . and not to mention within yesterday and today people kept coming back.to them to get something fixed . and they would just make a joke in their native language I believe so because they would just giggle . I dont recommend this place AT ALL. !!!!!

My friend and I decided to go here instead of another place because she had been there before (been a long time though). What a mistake! I have had manicures at nail salons and spas and this place was the worst I have ever seen. First of all, the area was not cleaned before sitting me down. The owner had a dirty napkin with someone elses trimmed off skin and didnt bother to replace it. Their barbicide/sanitizing liquid containers looked gross. The equipment at the two stations that I sat at and next to looked dirty and not property cleaned. The owner wasnt paying attention to what she was doing for the most part. She nicked my cuticles on several fingers (which hurts as we all know!). AND she was supposed to do a manicure and put acrylic on my nails. All she did was put acrylic on my nails and filed them and that was it. Like really??! I could have done that myself at home and not paid $25! A DAY LATER AND THEY ARE ALREADY LIFTING!! Crap job!Then she starts on my friends nails (she was doing tips), and she passed her on to her husband to finish. The husband glued my friends nails on crooked!!! Not just one, but several of them!!! She was very upset especially the next day now because she has been looking at them. They did an extreme half a$$ job. And no we were not walk-ins, we made an appointment that morning to make sure we got taken care of. Hah. What a joke!!! They didnt even write it down b/c they didnt look like they knew about any type of appointment. I have also reported the facility to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations due to the unsanitary conditions. I should have just left when I got sat down in the first place, but I didnt. Not gonna happen again. There are repeat customers here, but I dont know why. Its not like they charge way less than much nicer places. Plus this place is just gross. Overall: Unsanitary, gross, dusty, and half a$$ work. Never ever again!!!!!!!

There service sucked!!! I just came out of there . They are so expensive and there nails arent good at all! If I could give them a negative star I would. They took such a long time and the nails sucked!!!!

The owner was very rude and called me a lazy Mexican because I was on vacation. Other lady said I was a loser because I had no kids. Very disrespectful to want to meddle in ppls business and call them names. Never will I go again.

I have been going here for a long time and the owner talks about that with everybody. If you do not have a sense of humor then you would not get it.
