When I walked in there was a dog roaming in there. Was not greeted rather told very rudely go wash your hands so having not visited this establishment before I asked where are the sinks and they gesture to the back. Walked back there to see dirty towels, frozen drink machines covered in ice and gnats all over. I was questioning to just walk out but didnt want to be rude. When I told the gentleman who told me sit here that I wanted a standard set with regular polish he got upset and said well shellac is better. I informed him I understand but wanted this so he just rushed to put my nails on (I guess assuming as I didnt want a more expensive service he wouldnt be tipped 🤷‍♀️), he then moved me and had some female paint my nails where she was told something in another language and then tells me she needs me to pay before she paints my nails which seemed odd as that has never happened before but I paid and although my nails looked uneven and were not properly filed I left the nail tech a nice tip so she tells him something in another language and he just looked at me but said nothing. She pained my nails and they looked as if a child had pained them. I immediately sanitized myself after walking out of there as the gnats were swarming around and all the counters I touched there felt dirty. Got in my car to see there is glue and nail polish all on my skin, even on the tips of my skin under the nails. Definitely will not ever return here and the health inspectors should definitely pay them an unexpected visit because it is filthy. I am super nervous that I may end up with some type of nail fungus.The polish was done all clumpy and had bubbles all in it but the lighting in there aucks which I am sure is so people dont notice until they are done. So disappointed with this business.Also another party of 3 walked in and were very rudly greeted with hurry up and close the door my God and then told go wash your hands hurry. They hesitantly walked to the back just to walk out saying nevermind this place is dirty.

Jack is my go-to guy there. Ombre and marble is my typical design I ask for. Call before going to determine if there is a wait or not.

I went to Diva nails for my fist time today with the intention of getting a basic mani/ pedi with gel on my fingernails. After seeing an Allur Jelly pedicure poster by the cash register (and doing some research of my own) I decided to go all out for the jelly pedi. I had no idea that it also included a hot stone massage and paraffin wax. Carol hooked me up with a most relaxing foot and leg pampering experience! And since she convinced me that gel polish was the way to go for my toes as well, I have a beautiful, lasting, natural-looking polish and didnt have to concern myself with the dry time that traditional polish requires. My experience at Diva Nails was worth the time I spent waiting (about 30 minutes) and the money that I spent. 💅🤑

I came to this salon a week ago and got a mani and pedi, pedicure was good, the manicure AWFUL! Nobody told me the shellac that I got suggested to get was a Mood changing color, term they used to try to justify that out of nowhere the color changed PERMANENTLY from pink to having white yellowish spots everywhere and those marks everywhere.Had theyve been at least nice about it I would be okay, but they offer to correct their mistake if I pay full price againNEVER COMING BACK

I can walk in at any time and they take care of you no matter how busy they are. They make you feel welcomed!! And love my nails and pedi every time!!

I had a new set and they did a amazing job, then I went back the next day and got my eyebrows done(permanently). I LOVE THEM!!! I get many compliments and even my two daughters liked them, and the are very critical.

This place wax my eyebrows, burn me and peel some of my skin off from the bottom and the top eyebrow. Did not even refund my money. Its no good to go, hopefully it heal fast.

I got here at 3:00, didnt leave till 5:10. The guy kept messing up my nails by letting dust get into the dip powder coat. He fixed it numerous times before finally a female tech came to finish it. I asked if the guy could do a geometric diamond, to which he said No its too much work. Wont look right. Not pretty. I think the PAYING CUSTOMER should get to decide what they think is pretty since Im the one rocking it and paying for it. I want to get what I paid for. He seemed really bothered that he had to fix it over and over. When he didnt dust the filed off powder specks thoroughly to begin with. $40 for the set $10 for black French tips on the matte black nails. $15 for diamonds on two fingers cause I wanted 4 but he said that was too much work. I feel cheated and like my time was wasted. Instead of getting the white painted geometric diamond design, he very strongly insisted on Ill just give you diamond stones. K...but thats literally NOT WHAT I CAME IN ASKING FOR! HATE when they agree to what you ask for before you sit down then its like once theyve removed the old set or started applying the new set, they tell you to pick something else bc its more convenient for THEM. Would not recommend to a friend or foe.

Extremely rude and talk about the customer. The nail tech watched a small television while doing my nails hardly ever looked at me. Behaved impatient and made it uncomfortable for me. No portfolio of work like in other more professional nail salons. I couldnt ask any questions without a rude reply. It was an awful experience.

I would give place 0 stars. First as I was getting up on the pedi chair I made a slight groan as i was in pain due to backache & the employee lady on the 1st booth said what happen, u too heavy. 2nd, the lady who did my pedi cut my foot, and asked why my feet look like that. 3rd, my shellac manicure was done horribly. 4th, My friend went with me and she flinched and accidentally hit the screen that they have set up, and the man asked her can u see. Never have I had such a horrible experience with such rude customer service. On top of the rudeness, they were working so fast just to try and get u out and get to the next customer instead of doing the job properly. Getting eye brows wax’s was kinda horrible. Felt like she was so much in a rush doing my eye brows . Speeding it up as well as talking on the phone while the lady was waxing my eye brows

I went in there to get a Shellac Manicure. There were slot of people. The guy doing my nails was definitely in a rush. He cut the sides of my fingers and was going super fast and hard on my nails. Seriously the most painful manicure Ive ever had!!! My nails are also bubbly and had nail polish on my skin. Terrible terrible!!! Please dont waste your money going Here! Will never go back

My regular place was closed and I had an emergency. They saw me right away and got to work. A little more expensive than what I was used to. But the work Danny did is flawless., I tip well for good service, and he got a good tip I love my nails. They are flawless.💯💯✌️❤️❤️

First and last time ever going to this nail salon....the guy cut me then gave me a horrible nail service he cared nothing about my real nails cut them all jagged and pulled my skin back so far it already looks like I need to have them filled. I went in for a manicure. The lady was being rough and cut me two times within five minutes. Needless to say I chose not to let her finish butchering me. If this is how they treat new customers I want no part of it.

Worst place to get a pedicure, they charge a lot and dont treat you with respect. If you want to feel that youre interrupting them go ahead and waste your money.

I got an older guy who was quiet the whole time & left my nails painted ugly & left nail polish on my skin. He was messy. I wouldnt go back. I paid $30 for a short set of white nail polish which I feel I over paid for.

Not even worth a star Omg the new people that are there are horrible. I went in for a pedicure and came out with to bloody feet because the guy there sucked and now my feet at in pain. They lack customer service skills I stood there for a long time before the even greeted me at the door.Im I MISS THE OLD OWNERS.The tools werent santized infected my toe where the giy dugged too deep into had to go to a podiatrist and he had to remove half on my nail.Please tale my advice & DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE.
