Hanna does an amazing job at Pedicures! I always get the Pomegranate Pedicure with shellac and it lasts for almost a month. She takes her time and makes me fall asleep. It is clean and they are very friendly. I love the colors they have. It’s difficult to find certain colors but it seems like they have them all!

Hands down the best nail technician/salon Ive ever scheduled with. She took her time, and was very pleasurable. Never in my 30 years of life have I had my nails look this good. Its simple yes but even simple things can be absolutely perfect. The salon is very sanitary and beautiful. Ask for Wendy! I highly recommend her. She also does great work with waxing as well.

I LOVED my nails. They did such an amazing job. I got them done 17 days ago and none of them have fallen off or have even weakened. I forgot her name but the lady who did the design did a beautiful job. I was so impressed and pleased. One improvement: I had polish on my skin that they didn’t clean but I was able to take it off at home.

7 of us arrived for manis/pedis as party of a bachelorette party, but we had a limited amount of time. All the nail technicians got us out on time and looking cute with our new nails! And everyone was so nice. Cannot recommend this place enough :)

I went in for a mani/pedi for the first time. I read the review and read really good ones about Janette so I booked an appointment with her. Throughout the appointment, she seemed really rushed and while cutting my cuticles, she went too far and made me bleed, not even an apology from her, and she pretended it didn’t happen, wiped it off and put something on it.I cancelled the pedi only cause I was not happy with the manicure from the beginning.

Im so sad that our experience went so negative today. My prior experiences have been excellent and today Josha did my nails beautifully. I brought my mom in today for the first time and the lady that did her nails wasnt listening, made excuses and had a bad attitude. One of my daughters nails were rushed. She felt it and her nails looked it. I thought the cashier would correct the charges for my mom after I brought the issue up to her but she still charged my mom full price. I feel bad for bringing my mom here. Im a retired beauty blogger and I wouldve definitely posted on Instagram about this.😔

Never, ever get a Brazilian wax there. The room is dirty and dingy. The lady did a horrible job! Was pulling my hairs that she missed with the wax, with her hand nails instead of using a tweezer. I left there with a very painful Kitty.

I have been coming to this nail salon for years. They are very friendly, do a great job, and are reasonably priced. Before visiting this nail salon, I had trouble with recurring fungal nail infections anytime I had a professional pedicure and had just decided to do my own nails instead. This has never happened to me since I took a chance on TPC Nails and Im so relieved. Also I really like that I can usually just walk right in. They have all the necessary provisions in place for covid and I feel more safe getting my nails done there than I do grocery shopping. I am in a family of 4 women, and we wont get our nails done anywhere else!

I’ve recently been visiting this place for pedicures and they have consistently done a great quality job no matter who it is or how busy. They always have time for me no matter the time of day so far. I love that they pay attention to detail and don’t just rush through the service. I will definitely continue to come back!

I have gotten my nails done here for the past year and I absolutely love it. These nails were done over a week ago and they are still in perfect condition. Friendly technicians and very professional.

While the lady who did my nails was very nice, I have a few issues with todays visit. First, I called and asked how much a fill would be, they told me $25. I came in and asked for a color they didnt seem to have (emerald green), another lady found something close enough to it and we moved along.The lady doing my nails was very nice and asked me if I liked the shape of each nail, I said yes (and I still do). The problem now, is they are not all the same length.I have excess product leftover on my hands (nail polish, acrylic) and they are sharper on the inside than I would like them to be. Before I could ask if she could fix that, she was on to the next customer.Finally, when it came time to pay, I was surprised with a $47 bill. When I asked what happened to $25, they said I requested shellac that I hadnt. I guess the color they found was but they didnt specify during the process at all. This just feels like a classic bait and switch.Coming in to get a nail fill should not be this difficult and I shouldnt have to stress about the price at the end.

I love this place. Everyone is very professional and I have never had to wait. They typically work on one person at a time and don’t leave you hanging while they work on someone else. Very friendly and competitively priced. The place is big and does not have the chemical smell many small places have. I love this place. Crystal did my nails last time but they are all outstanding.

I wanted the VIP pedicure lady argued and only wanted to do the Hawaiian and then almost forgot to do my paraffin wax until I had to remind her wasnt worth it she did a lame leg rub and just didnt really scrub my feet like I should have been there still rough. Plus my wife had a pedicure done and she wanted the coconut treatment instead they gave her a VIP but still didnt give her the paraffin wax or The Hot Stone rub. Seems like they were just in too big of a hurry to try and turn clients out of the chairs.

I have struggled to find a nail salon I love since moving here in Sept 2018. I have been using VIP Nails now for about six months and I love them! Ben does an amazing dip manicure. He is my go to guy. He is in high demand so make an appointment. I have had great pedicures with Eric, Angela and Joshie. I highly recommend the Pearl pedicure. So relaxing for this mama who is in her feet all day managing a busy home.

I have been going for 3 years and it gets better and better. They remodeled and placed a private area for groups in the back. You can get drinks for free. The staff are very good at what they do.

Hands down the worst nail salon experience ever. Eric was very rude, and made it to where I will never go back to this salon again. His attitude made me want to walk out more than once during my experience. Basically telling me i don’t know because I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a while. Snapped when I asked to make a nail more coffin. Destroyed my cuticle. On top of burning my nail with the nail file, so bad, that tears instantly filled my eyes. Then rushed cause his appointment after me, had showed up and hour early. A poor attitude for someone in a customer service industry. I will NEVER recommend the nail salon, nor will I ever give my money to them. Go else where!!!

I absolutely LOVE this place! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming ... and the service is always exceptional. I especially love that they have a rewards program. The pedicures are wonderful, as are the manicures... Duy was my go-to guy, though, and I was very sad to learn he was no longer with them after the holidays. He was amazing and always did a great job on my nails that would last for weeks!

Worst set of nails Ive had in 20 years, she was late, then took 90 minutes for clumpy, bubbly, oversized nails. Bear claws is what they resemble. Overpriced for such terrible work.

I was in from out of town, really wanting /needing a pedicure and not wanting to pay for the spa services at my hotel, I looked online and decided to give this place a shot. I walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted and helped. The woman who did my nails was very nice and friendly and did a fantastic job (bonus! free wine and margaritas 💁‍♀️) all around great place.

Sad to post this I have Been a loyal customer of theirs for years but lately the service has gone down hill...it seems like some of their techs are only about pushing services and rushing through and doing a bad job. Had to return two days after a shellac manicure because it was peeling... third time I’ve been dissatisfied with them. Go back to the great service you used to provide y’all ur losing customers

I get pedicures done there and I love it. They take their time and are very thorough. (Ive been to a few other places in this area but they seemed to rush through it.)

What I thought was going to be a positive experience turned south when I felt like I was being made fun of and laughed at by my tech and another worker. He would say something to him and they would both laugh and look at me. It might have been innocent or it might have been intentional. I just didnt feel very happy with the behavior.

I was a little unhappy with my service but they gladly fixed the issue and made sure I was completely satisfied and I was!!! They didnt hesitate at all or make me feel uncomfortable for telling them how I felt about the original service. Very thankful to them.

I had an issue with my nails being damaged and this was the FIRST place ( out of the couple Id been to) to actually tell me the issue and work with me to get my nails healthy again. They always have a speedy process and an extremley friendly staff! Im never dissapointed with the finished product.

Tried another place and ended up back here!! They always get my nails and eye brows right every single time!

Today is my first time being here and Kim did a great job on my nails.

I got my nails done and a week later one falls off (acrylic) so I go to get it fixed and they make it the wrong shape, way thicker than all the others, and the wrong color! It was horrible and looks horrible. She fixed it in about 1 minute. When painting it she didnt even let it dry. Before she moved to the next coat! It was the quickest and worst nail job Ive ever gotten!

I had a shellac manicure and pedicure about 2 weeks ago, and my finger nails started peeling off less then 7 days later. Along with that, the actual pedicure was terrible. The technician cut my cuticles on 3 different toes causing a lot of bleeding and pain. I still have the scabs that havent healed yet. Its been a couple years since I have gone to VIP, and now I wont be returning again.

Wow. So much for a four star rating. All I wanted was a mani-pedi French tip and they messed it up 3 times. After I said something the tech was mad and didnt even want to look at me. He was rude for the remainder of the time and I feel like he told everyone about me because I got nothing but nasty stares. When I smiles back I even got a head shake in disappointment. What a shame. The as nice at least but the staff are rude as hell. Never going here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was my first time getting a shellacks and I decided to go here and IM GLAD I DID!! The woman that did my nails her name Quyn( I think thats how you spell her name) did a really good job. They came out perfect!and Plus the staffs were all very friendly, and would always check you had everything you needed and you feel very comfortable..I will definitely coming back:)

I will never go back go this nail salon. the people there are extremely sweet and did their best to fix my nails but when Tracy (the lady who did my nails) started i saw my middle nail was off center and thought she would fix it but when she put the powder on it was lumpy and i asked her to take them off and restart and she didnt, not only that but it seemed like she was more of in a rush, and she cut me..i was not happy with the finishing product so no im sorry, i wont be returning and i dont think that i will refer a friend here anytime soon. wasnt too impressed
