I love the interiors especially the flower arrangements! The staff are very warm and welcoming. They have massage chairs and free complimentary drinks while they do your nails (they are also nice enough to ask if we wanted refills). Vu/Eric did my foot massage and nails, he was very gentle, friendly, and accommodating! They also provided me with a towel to place over my lap since I was wearing a dress. Cant think of any other nail salon/bar to have spent my Birthday at! I felt pampered and relaxed. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Called morning of a holiday and they had an appointment for me at the time I needed! Vivian was my nail tech for both my dip and pedicure and she was nothing short of amazing! I showed her a nail design and she killed it and gave the most amazing, relaxing pedicure. Love the calm atmosphere!

I looked up all the reviews and was so happy that this salon had great reviews. Had my nails done by Jay she has a great Instagram so I was super excited. Yes my nails were nice but I could barely move my fingers for about a week. I had to wear a band aide on my toe for 9 days. My nails were bleeding when I left. These photos are 4 days after and I was in extreme pain. It hurt to type at work. It has been a 2 weeks now and I would love to go back and get fabulous nails again but I dont think I can take another week and a half of pain. I am really sad because the salon was really nice and Jay was really nice just a little off with her cuticle trim.

I do not remember who did my new set but I left with stained finger tips and crooked nails, even after explaining and showing what was wrong multiple times. I have had better experiences at a lower cost. I can tell they can do a great job. However, my set just was not done well. My pedicure was amazing though and Danny did a great job!

First trip to Bellagio Nail Bar today and I am impressed. Tony did a beautiful job on my acrylic nails today. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he delivered. Brownie points for the fact that my almond shaped nails are actually almond shaped, straight and smooth. Im so happy with them, they make my hardworking hands look and feel so much prettier! I will be returning to Tony when it comes time to fill them. Crossing my fingers that the 2nd trip will be as good as the first and that I have finally found my go to nail person after moving here a year ago.

Don’t come here... they hate their jobs. Can’t do the designs you ask for. Asked for french tip design and they came out with ugly uneven nails. Man almost cut my finger with scissors instead of using the nail trimmer. Showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did something completely different. Worst experience ever. I was excited to try this place to celebrate my birthday today, but unfortunately did not have a great experience. I came for a pedicure and full set. My pedicure was great, but then they left me waiting in the chair for the full set. After about 15 minutes, they notified me it would be another 30 minute wait. So I had to leave to my birthday dinner without my hands done.Additionally, the restrooms were dirty and without toilet paper.

Update… second visit was bad. Emily, who did my pedicure, was upset about something, rushed through my pedicure, messed up the polish and tried blaming me. Maybe I’ll have a better experience next time. Third time’s a charm. …..Awesome job on my nails! Very nice, very helpful, and they do an amazing job! Highly recommend! You definitely do not feel rushed.

I’m new to San Antonio and just had my first experience at Bellagio Nail Bar. To say I’m impressed is an understatement! They did such a great job on my acrylics & pedicure. There are so many relaxing pedicure treatments to choose from. There is a great selection of drinks and EXCELLENT customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Was very excited to come visit this place due to the reviews. We came for the atmosphere and pampering on a Friday. Realistically the main reason for the visit, was for the complimentary drinks and up service sell of the location. We could have gone any where else and purchased a 25-30 dollar service based on the market norm. We decided to pay the extra for the decadence. Was very sad to find out their complimentary drinks are only 2? Why is not disclosed on the website and/or reviews? Or on the menu upon arrival or upon the service? The whole reason for the 30 dollar up sell is because this service is rendered and the location. Problem is that management handled inappropriately and should have apologized, made it right, offered perhaps 1 or 2 more and disclose that in the future should you want to visit this is our policy and state it somewhere. Don’t false advertise your services and change it when it’s inappropriate to your choosing.Don’t trap someone into false advertisement and services because you failed to disclose your policies. Overall you can get the same service elsewhere for half the price and save yourself 60+dollars. not to mention my spouses nail polishing was already following off the next day. Don’t try to sell Royal Caribbean all inclusive services when you are really a Marbach Carnival cruise line. Don’t sell what you don’t intend to service

Lily did my dip refill. This was my first time coming here. She also painted my daughter’s nails for her. Lily was very sweet and professional. She did the best job I’ve ever had on my nails. I stopped getting them done for awhile because I couldn’t find anyone who did a good job. And then I found this place! I’ll definitely be back every time I need them done again!

Had a full set done today with Jay at the Alamo Ranch location! She was amazing! She did such a great job on my nails! I hope she never leaves because I’ll be coming here forever from now on!

I went on a Saturday and got a pedicure and full-set! It was awesome! The customer service was great and my feet and hands look fabulous! Ben did my nails and he was attentive to my requests and fulfilled them all! I’m going back today to have him do them again and remembered that I needed to leave them a good review! Ask for Ben!

The place is nice and cleaner than most. The lady that greeted me was nice. I went for a full set. I got Vu... at first. He put my tips on, then someone named Lilly came to fill in the powder. She was piling it on, so I told her I didnt want it too thick. I guess that offended her because she said I know what Im doing. Then something in a different language. I wasnt questioning her skill, I was simply stating how I like my nails. She packed her stuff and left. So now Im on technician 3. Lets see how this goes. Jay did ok. The nails are still a little thicker than Id like. Ill be trying somewhere else next time.

Jay did my nails a month ago and I had no lifting or polish chipping! Came in today and she gave me another fabulous nail set! 🤩 Vivian did my pedicure and she was awesome as well. She was very thorough yet gentle! I have found my two favorite nail techs in San Antonio‼️

I got acrylics with regular polish, the environment was comfortable and seemed clean but I will NOT be returning. When the manicurist pulled out the nail drill to start filing down and even my nails I told her I was nervous because I have sensitive skin and she acknowledged that then proceeded to cut me on seven nails, four the skin was just red and raw and the other three drew blood. When I pointed out that one was red and really hurt she just kinda brushed it off then when I told her one was bleeding she pulled out something and without telling me what it was or asking if I wanted her to apply it, she quickly put this blue liquid on my finger that burned and made my finger swell up. I pulled away my finger and asked to just pay for what they had done because I did not want to finish my manicure. Another lady came out and offered to paint them while the lady who had cut my finger and brushed me off left. She finished painting my nails and the color and shape were beautiful. I really like how my nails turned out however my cuticles and fingers are still in pain and look horrible.

I tried to give this salon a chance by returning 6 times. Tony and Vu did a wonderful job when I had them, but unfortunately Laurie did not do a very good job. I had her multiple times and the nails were thick and not smooth on the top. I’m not a big complainer so I just thought it was a bad day for her.... unfortunately not.

Little expensive but worth it. Was very friendly & fast. Nail techs listen & want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their service. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic neighborhood nail spa. We have been several times, some scheduled and others unplanned. Recently we called to get a wait time and when we arrived were pleasantly surprised to have been given an accurate estimate (many nail places just want to get you in the door). The host quickly provided service to us and provided us with drinks. Services provided were excellent and prices are inline with other businesses in the area. This location has a nice and clean facility with great massaging chairs. I look forward to our next visit.

I found Bellagio when I moved into the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I absolutely love it! I have come back multiple times. This place allows me to disconnect from the world and enjoy myself. All while being pampered and relaxing. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

This is my second time here. The first time I came I had a wonderful experience overall. I wanted to stay all day. Everyone was so nice and the service was impeccable. My pedicure last time (olive oil) was so great it lasted for almost a month. It was awesome atmosphere with great music. The second time I came a little later in the day and got the charcoal pedicure and a shellac manicure. The guy who did my manicure could’ve used a little more love however like I said, I did come closer to closing so he was probably ready to leave. Over all the second time was great as well. They even touched up something I wasn’t happy with. Very present staff!! Loved and highly recommend.

I called same day to make an appointment for myself and my 2 daughters. I called to say we we would be a little late and they still accommodated us. We were greeted by the host and were brought over to select our colors. They have a great selection and utilize brand name polishes like OPI. We selected three different pedicures. I got the orange blossom. Fantastic! Their have an orange scrub they use and it smelled wonderful. My feet feel awesome! They also used real orange slices on my legs and feet. Wow! My daughters got the passion fruit and green tea detox. They both said their feet feel amazing. Usually the technicians are pretty rough on my feet, but my tech wasn’t at this nail salon. Their prices are very reasonable. The staff is very professional and kind. Our drinks were great, as well. I got a margarita on the rocks and it tasted high quality. My daughters ordered their passion fruit juice drink and enjoyed it, as well. Overall this establishment goes over and beyond to satisfy customer needs. They worked efficiently and I left feeling very relaxed. I would recommend to anyone!

My mother and I came in for services and were very pleased with how everything turned out as well as the establishment. They were on top of making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed; they offered an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. We loved how our nails looked and how they took their time.

Very disappointed Brandon said he’s the best so I gave him a chance. Well the next day my diamond came off so I went back and then my nails started lifting that’s a big no no. So now I will be going back to Diva nails bcuz she was awesome and nails never lifted or my diamonds would last until I went back I was just trying to stay close to my house but never again big mistake.

Have been seeing jasmine and her husband Tyler for years! They always takes good care of me. I would recommend this place for everyone! They have drinks snacks and are always checking if your good. Amazing Sanitation goes on after every client. Helps to feel more comfortable about being out during Covid

Great first experience here. Very organized and spread out. I just wished I had a mimosa/ cocktail from the services menu with my pedicure, however those may only be offered with specialty services. I’ll return nonetheless.
