Wow!!! I came to this salon because it was the closest one to me, thinking id give it a try. Vivian, the owner, was my nail tech and April did my pedicure and they were both awesome! I got EXACTLY what I asked for and im so happy!!! I also got both of these services for $100! Which is super cheap compared to what I have been charged in the past at different salons.In other words - theyve earned another loyal customer!

Loved my set!! Forgot the guys name but his desk is the first one on the left when you walk in. He was so nice, professional, and is the type of tech that just knows what he’s doing and knows how to give you what your asking for! I got a coffin tip, matte finish, nude nail!! Everything was Excellent except the Prices. $60 for a full set and $30 just for nail painting.$42 for a basic pedicure. Everyone was very polite and good at there jobs. Thank you

I came in very last minute and they fit me in did a wax pedi and gel nails full set, even with closing time crunching they took their time even made sure nail set was clean painted and straight. Very friendly and welcoming.We found our new home here

I was a walk-in on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and manicure. I wanted some length to my fingernails, so opted for dip nails with tips. I am very pleased with the results! For the pedicure, I went for the spa version which involved a nice scented lotion/treatment and a hot-towel wrap. I walked out feeling very glamorous!

I get my pedicure here all of the time and love it every time. They are very gentle and I never get ingrown toe nails here!

Shellac was not applied thick which I was very pleased with. Most of nail places apply it thick and it’s already peeling or lifting up from cuticles or tips. Love the lady who did mine today.

This was not one of those bad speedy places! - They gave 110% of service! Everyone was very concerned about my comfort and experience! I got red carpet service! Place was ultra clean. Lots of fabulous massage chairs that work fabulously! They were very well staffed. And the place is managed as a true spa, relaxation is their business!

My pedicure was done by Snow- she did amazing job - so gentle and relaxing. Ricky did my nails- French Manicure . My nails came out perfect- l will tell all my friends about Express Nails... Try it out for yourself- you’ we totally satisfied....

I will not be going back there . My pedicure felt very rushed with little effort. There was no type of conversation only between the techs. The gentlemen that did my full set kept getting on his phone. Only good thing about the visit is my nails are decent.

Today was my first time here at this nail salon! My bff set us up an appt for pedicures and full set nails since she regularly comes here. And I can see why! Ricky and April did a great job on my manicure and pedicure! My pedicure was so relaxing(6 months preggo) and my nails came out just how I wanted them. 10/10 would recommend.

The place overall looks a bit disorganized.. it was not my best experience nor my worse one but the owner did my dip nails and i liked it. Price is better than some other places. Wish they could give hand massages and put lotion so you don’t end up with your hands all dry. Last thing I find a little disrespectful that they are always talking in their language while working because you might think they are talking about you.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Horrible service, I asked for acrylic overlay and the lady starts chopping off my real nails for tips and then doesnt apologize after and says its too late. I give in and ended up getting the tips after a long conversation in broken English. And when I asked for a glass of wine I had to wait like 15 before they brought it and i had to ask twice. And they only served one glass. And top it all off, there was still glue under my nails, the lady cut my skin on two fingers with the nail drill thing (see pictures) and the paint job was HORRIBLE. I would NEVER recommend this place.... ever. They were rude about their mistake, they were rude about the alcohol drink, and then they completely blotched my nail job...

The service is great the work is amazing and the wait is bare minimum. I went on july 26th and my feet still look beautiful. What I love the most is my polish stayed on my pinky toes the whole time. I love this place for manicures Nancy reasonable prices new sets and fills. However, I wish that consistency flowed throughout the entire store. I feel that only people that really know how to do a beautiful set is Nancy and her husband.

Stopped by without an appointment and was instantly seated. Granted it was on a Tuesday during a downpour in the middle of the day. I asked if they can remove a GelX set and a manicure. The removal of the set, which was not easy nor fast to take off, was only $5 and the manicure with regular polish was only $15. Not only did she manage to save my long natural nails underneath she took her time making sure she didnt ruin my nail bed and the manicure was not rushed and the result turned out beautifully. Ive been going here for a few years and theyve always been nice and professional.

Lady was so RUDE. Ruined mommy n me time for my daughter and myself.They separated us ONLY to convince my 11yr old daughter to do shellac without my permission. It is really toxic for her natural nails.My nails broke the next day! She had attitude on color. Then upset when I asked for extra chrome as accent nail. I asked her for design of a snow flake she claimed she didnt hear me. I am a fair person so I paid BUT NEVER AGAIN 😒After my nail broke I called to see if they can repair it 😡. She claimed it would $5 for 1 nail being repaired.I ended up not going back. The place that repaired it. Said Not to return to that place. It was done very sloppy. Too thick and too much of my cuticle showing

They did a great job on the nails but they completely ignored me when I asked how much the manipedis were and they didnt do the smiley faces that my daughter wanted since she wanted harry Styles nail and they didnt do it.

Nancy is the best great work great quality and shes fast and understands what you want. I do drive all the way from Austin just for her to do my nails. So many colors to choose from.

I have yet to be disappointed with a pedicure here (havent tried any other service) & the prices are good. I really appreciate the positive interaction with the client. If the design & equipment was updated some it would complete the relaxing experience here.

I read the reviews online and almost went elsewhere because of them. But Im a big believer in trying something for myself. I had a great experience. Everyone was happy and engaging, they served us daiquiris and my pedicure, done by Jenna, came out perfect. Yes, it is a little dusty but it is a nail salon so that is bound to happen. This is now my new go to salon.

Thanks to Google I was able to find a good spot! My technician is an absolute perfectionist -- she spent nearly 45 minutes on my nails. My hands look 10 years younger. They have so much talent and that is why I keep going back to them.

Terrible customer service

I hoped this place would be good considering the reviews but I was seriously disappointed. The girl that saw me come in seemed very irritated, acted like she didnt want to be there, and like I was bothering her by coming in. I told her what I wanted and she took me back and started working on my nails. She grinded my nails down to the bed and continued after I told her what she was doing. After she got the dip color off, she started playing on her phone and doing her own nails. After a few minutes, she then told me that Id have to wait for 1 of the other 2 techs to finish my nails. I waited about 15 minutes for one of the others to be available. Waiting wasnt the issue but the first girl was very rude and unprofessional. The one that actually did my nails was very nice. However, ill never return back here to have my nails done.

Owner did a pretty good job. However my main complaint is that the whole salon is filthy. It looks like its never been cleaned.

I was happy to finally go and take care if a few things so close to home after seeing the good reviews. I asked for a face, lip, and chin wax. 4 people asked me and then said to wait 10 minutes. The lady that helped me left my face raw, and scabbed from waxing the same spots repeatedly (i am a seasoned waxer) and still left unwanted hair. Never trimmed eyebrows.... i will use my regular salon from now on.

Theyre nice, clean and prompt in their service. Theres an ample selection of nail polish colors for lacquer, gel/shellac, acrilic and powder dip. I get shellac manicure and it lasts 2 weeks and Im not the most careful person with ny nails.

I really wanted to like this place. But Im completely serious when I say my nails were much nicer when I went in than when I left. The staff is very nice. But that is the only good thing I can say. I asked for a basic manicure. Before we started, I informed the tech I had a clear coat on. She made a few quick swipes with acetone which did not remove it, but left it gunked on my nails. I informed her of this but she did not remove it further. She then cut my nails very short to where the was no tips left. She proceeded to try to use the cuticle pusher to scrape my nails in an attempt to get the clear coat off. Also didnt work. She then cut me with the cuticle nipper. I again informed her the clear coat was still on my nails. Instead of soaking with acetone on a cotton ball, she proceeds to use an extremely coarse block to scrape my nails further, leaving big thick gouges in my nails. I keep my nails very buffed and clear coated. She instantly made my nails thinner and heavily marred by using that block. Again, a little acetone would have fixed it. She filed the edges of what nails I had left and left them completely crooked and lopsided. I asked her to buff them and she tried to buff my nails to a shine with all the deep horizontal gouges in my nails that were easily worse than any ridges Ive ever had. I stopped her and asked to smooth them out more before buffing them and she didnt understand. By the way, there were still large spots of clear coat on from when I came in. I ended up stopping the service altogether and left after still being charged for this. I went home and had to fix everything myself including removing the rest of the clear coat. Now I have thinner and much, much shorter nails that will have to grow back. Ive worked very hard to keep them presentable and it all went away during the most basic service you can ask for. Not happy with the bad job on the pedicure they cut my toe with their instruments. The polish job was horrible. Paid extra for a bad job of a flower on both big toes. Gave what I thought was a decent tip for a lousy job and got attitude.I would save my money and try the next place on your list. I was one of the first customers when the shopped open. It seemed like an upgrade from my last place and the man who is the owner there seems super cool. My last visit I took my mom and niece to treat everyone for my moms bday. My mom works very hard as a single mother and never gets to treat herself so I got her everything done which cost over 100 bucks. First when we got there no one greeted us they seem to only go out their way to be nice to white customers. But I always try not to think about that. Heres the big issue, we were seated in the massage chairs and an older man got started on my toes while a younger Asian woman told my mom to hold on. She was gone 30 minutes then came back with subway saying her niece was hungry. . .You put a customer on hold for your personal errands. When we were there to give you guys the most money. They wouldnt of made a white person wait that long. Then once I finished getting my feet done and went to get nails they didnt put a top coat they rushed me to the eyebrow room then once I finished with eyebrows they had me stand there and finished my nails with the top coat standing up in eyebrow room. They were treating us like we were just a check off their to do list when we were going there for a full relaxing spa experience. I hate I gave them that much money and will never go back. They should also talk to the old Asian lady who gives dirty looks especially to kids that walk around because majority of the time the little Asian girl is forcing kids to get up and play with her. Its highly uncomfortable because we dont know if saying no will make them mad or saying yes and having our kid run around will make them mad. & I dont appreciate my niece being looked at as a bad kid running around when all she was doing was picking a nail color to give THEM service. Having my mom wait for subway was the last straw I will never go back and will stop others fromgoing.
