It was a nice experience. They got super busy but were accommodating and tried to get everyone through as fast as possible. My sister and I both got pedicures and full sets of acrylics. Mine are the red ones in the photos. Mine came out great, Im very pleased. My sisters nails looked really good yesterday, but today already one nail has the matte polish coming off. Ill probably be back soon for a fill, but wont be getting the matte finish.
They have this sign saying We want you to have the peace of mind knowing that your nails are guaranteed for 10 days I notified staff that I was unhappy but I wanted to be respectful of their time they had customers who had appointments waiting so I told the receptionist I wasnt happy but Id come another time because I was familiar with their policies the owner tried to charge me but I redirected her to her sign she has posted and she said I shouldve said something the day I went in (which I did) but she said no it didnt apply because I picked my color (rushed to do so because the polish I picked didnt look the same as sample and I was having a hard time finding what I was looking for but still wanted to respect their time although tech gave me attitude about choosing another) and they even tell me and other customers frequently that if youre unhappy with anything to come in and tell them. So they wanted to charge me additional $10 on top of the $80 I paid for a basic green French almond shape no crystals no designs. The owner was very unprofessional when I was trying to discuss my issue with paying additional $10 when I already paid $80 and one of her nail techs came to customer service me because she said the owners English isnt well but I went regularly and I know her English is great she just didnt want to help me any further. I just didnt think it was right for them to charge me ($80 plus $10 plus wouldve went back for a fill in 2weeks) when I voiced that I was unhappy with my nails and they have a sign stating 10 day guarantee They should remove the sign if they are going to pick and choose when to honor it. I got my money back but it was a terrible experience because in no way was I trying to be disrespectful to or take advantage of anyone I genuinely just wanted to be happy with my $80 set.
Absolutely love coming here! Every tech does a great job each time! They even keep track of the colors you pick so if you forget, you can just ask for “the color i got last time”! The whole staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied. The shoulder massage while your nails dry is just icing on the cake! 🤩
Went there for the first time today. Read a couple of reviews before going, and the good reviews about Tommy outweighed the bad reviews about the salon itself, so I went and booked an appointment. Luckily, Tommy was the one who did my nails, and I’m super happy! He was fast, but still done perfectly. I’ve always left nail salons feeling like “it’ll do til I get them done again, I can manage for now.” But this time, I left with the feeling of genuinely loving my nails 🥰 thank you Tommy, and to the other ladies who helped find the shade I was looking for 💕 coming back for my next set 💕
Tommy is my go to every single time. His personality is everything and his skill set is on point. Im particular but hes gets it perfect every time. Henry and Tracy (the owners) are incredibly hard workers and very kind people.
I happened upon this salon the other day and decided to see if they had availability for a walk in. I havent had my nails done since before the pandemic and I decided to finally treat myself. The staff were all super nice and accommodating. They were also super sweet with my five year old son who was joining me and decided he wanted his nails done too. It was a great experience and I am so happy with how my nails turned out! I will definitely be coming back and I think Ive found my go-to nail salon. :)
I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now to get my nails done and i loved my nails every time. Tommy and Tracy are my to-go technicians, whenever i showed them a picture of what i want for my nails they always do it a little different and better than what i had ask for. Every technician is equally as talented, whoever you end up with as a technician you will be satisfied with! Their prices are competitive to other nail salons around the area. They take their time and care with each client so no one feels rushed when they get their service(s) done. It is best to book an appointment with them since they are getting very busy.

UPDATED WARNING ⚠️ Tommy is the best and Sofia is way too kind. I will be going back just because they were sooo kind and good at what they do.UPDATE 28 Sept 2021 WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT LET BELLE touch you she is VERY ROUGH. While Tweezing my brows she repeatedly pinched my skin and while adjusting my head she used force as if she were angry I did not say anything intil during the pedicure she cut the cuticles on my toes twice then she pulled out a dirty brush from the bottom of her basket I had to stop her. After leaving I noticed she cut me on 5 of my toes they hurt and are bleeding. They have an auto clave to sterilize the equipment but the brush she was using was not in any solution or put in the autoclave. Tommy was GREAT as usual BUT DO NOT LET BELLE CLOSE TO YOU WITH SHARP OBJECTS
Unfortunately you can not expect professionalism or courtesy from La Belle nails. Matter of factory, their performance over the past few months does not deem for a favorable recommendation.!I had an appointment scheduled with Tommy and was running ten minutes late. Without a courtesy call from the establishment, Tommy and team called his 1:30 appointment in earlier. In other words, they filled my appointment and tried to send me with another tech. That is unacceptable! I have been a loyal customer since the first day they opened and was treated with lack of customer service. The young girl at the desk, told me it was my fault and that I should have called, not them. It’s sad to say that I will never walk foot in there again and will find a new place. If you have been a loyal customer, you can see that they have few customers and this is one reason why— lack of customer service and professionalism.
Love this nail salon so much! I’ve received services from multiple of their nail techs and have never left disappointed. You can see they all enjoy making their clients happy and love their jobs. Such a welcoming environment from everyone. Highly highly recommend.

Amazing! They are super friendly, do an amazing job and give you a 10 day warranty, I haven’t needed the warranty because they do great work, but my teenager broke a nail at volleyball and they happily fixed it at no charge. (We left a tip of course). The massages they give to go along with the nails is an added bonus and their facilities are amazingly clean and they have taken great care to be covid safe as well.
First time coming here today and I will definitely be returning! Tammy did my nails and did an amazing job, She was very patient and professional. I showed her the picture of what I wanted once and she knew exactly what to do. The salon itself is very clean and beautiful. I believe the owner was there and he was very nice and seemed to really care about customer satisfaction. They also offer you complimentary drinks like water, sodas, mimosas and margaritas. My sister and I came to get nail extensions and powder dip. The owner was really nice and professional as well as the ladies that did our nails. I felt very safe considering the pandemic guidelines. Everyone was so nice and our nails were excellent. On top of that, everything was fairly priced! Would definitely be visiting again and recommending to my friends :)

Pedicures are so poor in quality I feel like I should be refunded. It has been 24 hours and I feel like I NEVER even got a pedicure. I usually NEVER complain about peoples work. But the nail technician I had was day dreaming while she slapped on the scrubs and lotions. She didnt even massage them in she just washed them off after applying each product. I wanted to run out of this place. I use to recommend this place to all my friends and family. But the last 3 times I have had such bad experiences. I think its time to MOVE ON.

It is an ok pedicure experience. Just like every other nail salon and very little English spoken. This place looks nice and modern. Good ambiance. Modern, sleek equipment and minimalistic staging. They offer you soft margaritas or piña colada. As far as the pedicure goes, I will keep looking for a pedicure specialist who has a more gentle touch. As I have somewhat sensitive feet, I can feel all the poking. The service was good though. No waiting time. $30 dollars for a pedi that includes some foot massage . Price is about average, so is the qualiru of the service. For this price and average service, I will rather come to a neat place like this instead if a hole in the wall where O may he charged about the same amount of money.

I went here when I arrived to San Antonio. A girl I know in the area recommended this place and they did not disappoint. It was clean and I didn’t smell a bunch of harsh chemicals. Everyone was very nice and accommodating to all the customers. Tyson was my nail tech and he made my nails look and feel so much better. Then he ended it with a massage before I went for my pedicure. I got the milk and honey pedicure and it was heaven. They give you a warm compress for your neck while you just relax. It was just what I needed after my long flight.
I have been to most of the nail salons in the Alamo ranch area and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in the area! They are very professional and the service is top notch!

I visited Labelle for the first time on yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and my nail technician, Thea, was awesome. She actually talk to me while serving me. I love my nails and she was able to get all of my dead skin from around my cuticles. They even give you massage while nails dry. I will definitely go back.
I have been here a few times since the grand opening. They offer DRANKS and an array of pedicures, polishes and dips. Staff to seem to care about their customers needs and will make corrections. There is a bit of a wait depending on when you go. The staff also dont try to push items on you. I have asked my tech a few times about different products or items and she has offered a very honest opinion. They offer military discount, remember your ID they will ask. They are very customer friendly and will offer 10 day warranty on your nails. It was raining the last appointment and One if the employees walked the Customer our which was nice to see.
This place is amazing. The people are very professional and their work on hands and toes is worth spreading the word about their skilled talents. Although they accept walk-ins, an appt is to your advantage, especially on weekends.

Front desk staff was rude and I felt rushed. I was told the wait would be 5 minutes but it ended up being 42 minutes. The waiting area in the front is very congested and small. The chairs in the waiting area are small and so close together. I ended up standing because one lady was seated and the chairs were filled with her children.Once I finally got to the back my services were rushed and my nails weren’t what I had hoped for. They were thick and the glue was not cleaned from under my nails. The color was great but how can you really mess up the color. My pedicure was ok, however the water was cool and not warm. I will not be returning. Very disappointed. Over priced and the atmosphere was not relaxing.
The environment and the people were hospitable. The experience was relaxing. They have a big selection of colors. I chose a dip in white and it came out perfect.

I absolutely love this place ! I’ve gotten my nails done by Tracy ever since she still worked at Venice, she works magic on my nails! And on top of that her shop is gorgeous and new and the people their are so friendly and helpful, they take great care of their customers! I’ve never had a more relaxing and injoyable time at any other salon. They are definitely a business focused on quality over quatity and I honest don’t think I could ask for more! I’m definitely gonna be a regular customer!
My new favorite salon. Havent been this happy about my mani and pedi in a long time. I got the color and design I wanted on my nails and toes and didnt spend over $100. The place is clean and doesnt have the strong smell of acetone. The staff is courteous, friendly, and very helpful.

I went in to get a full set and was greeted with a less than friendly gal at the front desk then when I asked for a shorter length was told by the tech that I couldn’t because of the showcase of the style of the nail. The filing and the actual manicure was rough altogether.Perhaps they were just having a bad day regardless the actual nails did come out nicely.

The wait time at this place is ridiculous when I came in the man managing told me they will take me in 20 mins but I waited over an hour for my service!!! Seemed like he didn’t know how to manage the place at all and for a fully staffed nail salon I expect to be in and out as I had things to do and can’t spend hours in there. As result of all this my service was rushed. U should either fit me in right away or not take me at all!
WTH, I could swear Im at the wrong place after reading the reviews. I went for a mani/pedi, had an appointment, so wait was not an issue. I was seated, never offered something to drink, then had my hands Butchered. As she was trimming the cuticles she nicked my fingers multiple times. Ouch. She just kept saying sorry. Then used oil to massage into hands and that was it. I opted for no color. Forget the pedi.
I had an awful experience here. The manager named henry takes in far more people than they can actually accommodate. I asked for the approximate waiting time and they told me 20 minutes, but it took about an hour and half before someone even started on me; I should’ve listened to my gut instead of wasting my money. Although I was there the longest, henry would take in other people before me, some who waited at most 10 minutes. When henry brought my drink my straw and my straw had a strong stench of cigarettes. They lost my colors TWICE in the chaos so I ended up with colors on my nails and that I didnt even like. Whoever did my nails was terrible and all of them were lumpy. There was short hair, perhaps an eyelash or eyebrow stuck to the shellac on my index finger. It left a mark when I pulled it out. I paid $50 for the worst fill and polish change I have ever received. I will not be returning.
