Went in to get my hands dipped and shellac pedi. The mail technician told me that they didn’t have the identical color but that she could dip them shellac my nails. When she was done they were terrible! My nails were completely uneven and at the end she said she would do them again. Even though they were better they were still extremely lumpy. I will never go to this place again.

Very disappointed. Went for a pedicure. They didn’t even add anything to the water to soak my feet the lady just cut my nails n thought that was it. I had to ask her to remove the cuticle no remover just cut it. Guess I went at a bad time. Bad mood must of been in a bad mood. NEVER going back 😡

Jenny is awesome! I absolutely love my nails, she is extremely gentle and very skilled at getting a precise stiletto shape. I had a nasty cut on my finger from cooking and she tended to it with great ease. Didnt hurt me one bit. I found my new go to place!

My husband and I go there at least once a quarter for mani and pedi. We have always gotten good customer service at a reasonable cost.

Very disappointed at this place.. if was my first time here and I felt like the guy barely did anything to my feet.. nail polish left on the side of my feet (seen in pics) and also theres bubbles on my toe... will never go back to this place and dont recommend

I went based on pictures I had seen of the salons work and was thoroughly impressed. I got a pedicure, manicure done and all services were fantastic! I LOVE my nails which were a complicated set with glitter and hologram strips that took a lot of time. I left amazed by the service and will be returning in the future!!

This is the best place I have found in town. May not be the cleanest, but they have great customer service and do a GREAT Job!!! We love them. I wont go anywhere else.

Paid for deluxe pedicure. Didn’t use any scrub brushes to take rough skin off feet. Just applied lotion and parafin wax. When I asked scrubbing the heels; did so after water was drained.

I visit this place regularly as I live right near by. The manicures and pedicures are always perfect and they have a great selection of colors. I never have to wait long, the whole place is very efficient! Definitely give it a try.

3rd time here, 1st for hair cut in which I loved so I came in a second time for hair and pedicure. Josie does fantastic hair and I have recommendation her to my friends who loved my hair. Bother pedicures were fantastic. Im going soon again to do my hair and this time manicure.

Did not catch the ladies name. I sat in the chair to see she didn’t change towels from the previous lady. It still had her nail clips on it. I ignored that to be nice and I asked for coffin shaped nails, did not receive that. I asked her a few times to fix it and to try and file it better. But she seems to get frustrated and gets rough with my hands. As for painting my nails some of them had spots where she missed. I didn’t even want to continue to ask her to fix it because she wouldn’t. Very unpleased with their service.

Found this place by accident and what I discovered was excellent customer service. I love going here because Guy is a haircut ninja and he does it cheap! This place is highly under rated. Anne definitely has her satisfied regulars.

The pedicure was decent, had to tell the guy to go back and paint the other half of my nail he forgot... manicure was basic. But the place was dirty. Trash everywhere, very cluttery... won’t be going back.

Went last min to get my daughters nails done for homecoming. They took her back immediately and they did an amazing job. We usually go to a place in Helotes and theyve never done this good of a job. Well be going to them from now on. Her nails look so good AND was cheaper than our usual place. Definitely recommend them. They were also very nice and had a great sense of humor.

WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO. I never leave ratings but THEY WERE HORRIBLE. I asked for solar nails which are 25-30 dollars and the GUY ripped me off 30 dollars and charged me for acrylics and when I tried to tell him he barely spoke English. It wasn’t until he was finished that he told me it was going to be 60 dollars. For. Acrylics. On top of that, he was going too harshly when he was putting it on and the quality looked so sloppy. I cried after and when I got them removed today, I finally found out that he charged me for acrylics and the lady didn’t use aluminum foil to remove it and completely dried my hands out. Do not EVER go there!!!!!! They are horrible.

This is my second time here, and I must say BEST pedicure Ive ever had. My first experience I had here was with Moon, she is amazing. I came in just for a wax and she massaged my head and shoulders, which she didnt have to do, it felt so good I needed up getting a pedi/mani. That experience was perfect! Shes perfect. I told my father to come in that day. I also recommended this place to my entire friends and family. Today I came in expecting to see Moon but Thursdays are her day off. The gentleman I got is absolutely the best! Id have to say the best massage Ive ever had in my life and Ive had a lot. He took his time and his hands are heavenly. This business sure knows how to put customers first. I highly recommend this salon!

Im very impressed with this place!I have always had a problem with acrylic staying on my nails or lifting to the point of almost poping off.Ive been coming here for the past months and i have yet for a nail to pop off or liftsignificantly! I definitely gonna stay with them!🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊

I LOVE this place! I have been 5+ times now and they havent disappointed me once. I would recommend Jenny, she takes her time and does the cutest nail designs! I always get terrible ingrown toe nails and she fixes them every time. They sterilize everything before they use it and are very clean. They are friendly and reasonably priced! I will continue to come here!

I think her name was Amy, she did the worst job. I asked for almond nails and walked with the ugliest shape. She filled some of my nails to far on one side and then she messed up my thumps they were sore for weeks after from all the filling. And then when I asked her to fix it, she told me they were to short to do almond but I’ve seen them at the same length look perfect. On top of that she thinned my nails soo much that when I got them taken off they hurt bad. Such a horrible experience!!

Not a lot of polish choices

I was recommended this place by one of my friends who visited. I made a gel mani and basic pedi appointment for myself, and a basic manipedi for my boyfriend. The owner was very kind, and offered us water or tea. We were seated quite promptly once we arrived. The spa is really clean and has a minimalistic vibe.Im not sure of the names of the employees, but they were very meticulous with my nails without being overly rough when cleaning up the cuticles. I liked the extra touches of the hot stone massage and warm towels, which isnt something I see often whenever I go for manipedis.Although I came for the manipedi, my hands were super soft afterwards. The lotion + massaging does wonders for the softness of your skin. I cant really talk about the longevity of my manipedi since its only been a 4 days since I got it- and normally, there isnt signs off chipping by then.Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I think I made the right choice visiting this place during my time in SF.

Beyond satisfied with my nails here, will definitely be coming back. They gave me exactly what I wanted and were very nice!

WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!! I dont usually write reviews, but I have to this time since the lady yesterday was so irresponsible!!! I was trying to get shellac nails yesterday, one of the lady maybe thought Ive never get my nails done, so she used random crappy nail polish and painted my nail. What surprised me was that shes using a small fan trying to dry my nails....she only painted two coats for the color and one coat of the top coat! The worst part is after she painted the top coat, she told me to sit on a chair and dry my hand on a bigger fan, she didnt tell me if Im done. She literally left me and started with a new person. I was trying to ask her whats going on, and she completely ignored me! So, if you dont want to have the same experience, dont go to that place! PLUS, that place is dirty....

I just went there this afternoon. The manicure was rushed and not even 2 hours later my nail color is chipping. So now I have to spend more money and get them fixed tomorrow I have never had an issue before but this really bothered me. I might have to go somewhere else 😑

Returned 3 times despite the dirty conditions an sub par customer service. I wouldn’t recommend coming here now that 2 offthe nicest staff members are gone. 2 of my nails have fungus growing underneath. Shellac lasted only 3 days before chipping off. Acrylic was only placed on middle of nails not at tips or bottom to “appear thin”. Upcharged $40 for fill but nothing was filled in. Went next door to another nail salon to have fixed where they were in disbelief of the quality of my nails since just had filled 4 days prior. I will NOT be returning, don’t suggest you come here either!!! The management & current staff have poor customer service an rather laugh at there bad work than be professional.

Last time i come here. Do not get your pedis done here the girl didnt even cut my nails right. I paid for the 30 dollar one which u can supposedly choose fragance or oil she never bother to ask me what i wanted for all i know she performed the basic pedi on me. Dont waste your money place is a bit dirty.

BEWARE SAN ANTONIO WOMENI am a college student I came here to get my toes done and I had the worst experience here and definitely will NOT come back.1) They removed my shellac with the machine(saw thing) instead of soaking it and putting aluminum foil on my nails. And for y’all who don’t know the negative consequence of removing shallac like that it seriously damages and thin out your nails.2) I was told the price was 25 in the beginning but afterwards when I was done already they charged me 30 because of shallac take down. I tried to tell them no one informed me that it will be extra and they just said it’s policy.3) And the peticure girls was Not worth it they were too rough And rude and didn’t even moisturizer my legs afterwards so I left ashy upset and unsatisfied and if it was possible I would give this establishment a -1 rating.

They did an ok job on my daughters polish change, but my pedicure was awful. For starters they had me waiting so long (almost an hour) that the water in my foot spa got cold. They used OLD nail polish that was very thick and clumpy, then the guy got mad when I pointed out the nail polish dripping on my toes like a melting candle. It wasnt til I was done with my pedicure that I realized they do NOT scrub the foot spas in between customers, they merely replace a thin plastic liner that is FAR from sanitary since they have to poke holes for the water to fill and jets to work!!! Not a happy customer at all, and I will NEVER go back there again!!! 😠

I went to get a mani pedi at 530 pm on a Sunday night.. I googled places that were open and it clearly said they close at 730pm. When I walked in they said they were closed. WOW turn me down.. I will never step foot in there again especially because it says your open for another 2 hours!

Ask for Amy! You wont regret it.

My mom and I have gone to Anns for years. The staff is very friendly and are quick to fix any mistakes/ if you are unhappy with results.I will continue going here!
