My husband and I where out of town on vacation. I walk in and was helped right away. Everything was so clean. My nails done perfectly 🥰. I would highly recommend this place. I will be back next year on vacation. This is on my list of places to go relax.

I have never felt the need to give a bad review until now. I had wanted an iridescent pearly white for both my pedicure and manicure ( the latter wasn’t even a complete manicure). They didn’t have a lot of choices…especially with white. So they said they could do white with what’s called chrome. I had heard of and seen that, so agreed. Now, yes, he did the big toe and though it wasn’t as white as I wanted, it was shiny, I said it was fine. Now that I’m home and had a chance to see it in different lights, not only do I hate the color but the quality of work is horrible! This has never happened to me and I can’t afford to go somewhere else and get it “fixed”. I will never go here again!

Would not recommend this place. My nails look deformed. I have been to several places and have never had my nails look like this. They look like they didn’t spread the dip evenly and just formed a dome over my nails. I asked for them to file them down and shape them but they still looked bad. I just let him finish because I wanted to leave. I’ll have to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed.

Ive passed by this place plenty of times and finally decided to go. Julie was absolutely FANTASTIC! Definitely recommend, 10 out of 10!

Shouldve read the reviews... They said itd be a 15 minute wait, turned out to be an hour, but the frustrating part was they say 5 more minutes every 15 minutes to keep you there. The quality of work is lacking, and when I asked him to fix my nail, he said he couldnt because it wasnt the acrylic filing that was off, it was my nail! Now one looks like a thumb, and one looks like a toe 🤦

Turned me away at the door. Only 2 people in the nail salon at the time, would not recommend. Every seat was practically empty.

Great experience and wonderful service. Had to find a new salon to fix a botched nail job another salon did. Was at the Rim and saw Venice Nailspa and decided to try it. Tommy redid my nails. He took his time and was patient in helping me find the color I wanted. Definitely will go back.

Awesome experience! I recently moved to San Antonio and have been pretty disappointed in the nail salons I visited. Today was a completely different experience. The girl doing my nail too her time shaping my nails perfectly, asked several times if the shape was to my liking, and even asked how thick I wanted my dip polish. I’ll be coming back.

My experience here was horrible. I only recommend going if you want your nails dipped. I usually go to The Rim Nails and Spa and they do an amazing job. I had my nails on for exactly a month and decided to give Lee Nails a try, regardless of all the bad reviews. I had them take off my old set which was still in perfect condition and then asked for a new set with the coffin style. After my nails were off she shaped them nicely but cut me several times with the drill. My cuticles look horrible. Instead of using the cutical trimmer she used the drill. Bad idea. The lady was trying to convince me of almond shape instead of coffin but I insisted on coffin. After attempting to shape them another lady came and took over. I told them they needed to be more defined and slimmer looking like what I had when I came in. When it came time to put shellac on top they had a third lady do it. They didn’t have the color I wanted so I chose one similar and the application was horrible. The polish was spotty and sloppy. The color didn’t cover my entire nail and the color at the cuticles wasn’t even. After it was done the lady asked if I liked the color and I told her yes because it was a pretty color. I tried to let it go but the next day I looked at my nails and they were hideous. I was honestly embarrassed. The shape was wide and not even. Some nails were shaped pointing off to the side. I went back in and asked that they take off the nails and just do shellac. I didn’t ask for a refund, just what I felt was owed. They manager said he would take them off but charge for shellac. I spent $70 which was the same amount I spent on quality work at The Rim Nails and Spa. I wish I could upload the photos of my nails before and after so you could see the difference. In a nutshell this place does poor quality work and over charge like crazy. I will not be going back. Please don’t waste your money here.

Weve been going to this salon for awhile now. Love the friendly staff. Our whole family goes. Stacie is our girl, she is the best. I do the diamond dust nails every two weeks and absolutely love it! The salon is beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend. Great location as well.

Tony did an amazing job on my gel mani / pedi. The foot and leg and hand massages were so good. I would highly recommend Tony!! You won’t be disappointmented!!

This place gives very poor quality work, the services they provide is not up to par with what they charge, my friend paid for a refill and repainting her nails and they didn’t even refill it and charged her $20. I do not recommend this place. It’s scenery is nice but the services are terrible

Horrible experience I didnt even sit down. Im from out of town came and for graduations. I needed a new full set bad. I only go to one salon but I broke a nail and had stretched this set for too long. Long story short the guy came over to quote EVERY single price and ask AGAIN what I wanted. I obviously get my nails done and understand that for more intricate nails it costs. Me thinking I was getting ready to be seated after being asked 2x what I wanted he said he wasnt finished he just wanted to be sure I knew how much it would cost.

I went to get a fill here and I did not get the $47 experience. My cuticles were covered in shellac polish and my nails were lumpy and uneven. I asked him to fix it multiple times which he did but I was very disappointed with the service because I expect for my nails to be neatly done not polished all over my cuticles. I won’t be going back here again because the prices were RIDICULOUS and what I got should have been $20 for what I received.

Finally moved to and have to make here my new nail salon. There are ton and ton of colors to choose from ( all new collection from OPI )! Theyre fervent in their work. I liked the personalized care that the techs offered. It usually lasts three weeks before it begins to chip or peel. If theyre running late as this is a very popular nail salon.

I came in for a shellac manicure, pedicure and lip wax. They burned my face giving me a lip wax. Because they couldn’t get the hair off initially, they did not charge me for the wax. When I woke up the next morning and saw and felt the burn on my face, I called and let them know. Then they asked me to come in. When I came in they acted like they couldn’t do anything about it and waited until I got upset apologize. I drove all the way back out there for them to give me a box of Neosporin. I’m never going here again.

Nice and very relaxed atmosphere. My pedicure with Teresa was outstanding!She provides a service politeness, and exceptional professional care. Pricey but the service is very pleasing.

I would never recommend this salon it is WAY overpriced and they cut three of my fingers with this machine. For 2 people the charged $190 dollars so I would not recommend. Plus they take way too long to get you out the door I was there for 3 hours just for gel nails!!

I recently relocated here from Los Angeles and found it hard to find a salon that could do my nails and toes like I was used to! It took 4 nail salons... Until I meet Michel and Kelly. I am so Happy!!Micheal is a dream come true for my solar nails and Kelly is amazing for my toes, so creative with anything you are in the mood for!

I got shellac here, it was my first time trying this place cause my normal salon was booked. I’ve gotten shellac multiple times and each time it has lasted me 3 weeks sometimes more. The same day I got my nails done one of my nails chipped. By the next day I had a total of 5 nails completely chipped or peeling. When I pay nearly 50 bucks I expect my nails to last more than two days. I go in for them to fix my nails, the guy lectures me about how of course they’ll chip with normal use. I told him I’ve gotten shellac done for years and never had shellac chip on me the same day. He does my five fingers with an attitude, leaves me drying and burns my fingers in the process because the gel polish was on my skin burning under the light. He was doing it quickly. He saw me flinch and didn’t bother to fix/ remove the polish from my skin. He didn’t even tell me I was finished, he moved on to another customer, I had another employee tell me I was done. I was washing my hands at the sink completely peeling gel polish off my skin. I was going to tip for them to fix it but after the horrible customer service, I just left, I won’t ever be back at this salon again. By far the worst customer service and worst shellac I have ever received. Try a different salon don’t waste your money here.

I cant Rave enough about this place and its Staff! They do get busy on the weekends so I would make an appointment. Great shaping of the nails and they got all my cuticles. And with most places, the quality goes down. . . But not here! Ive also been really pleased with my manicure here! No reason to go anywhere else.

Honestly, best place in San Antonio to get a manicure! I have been going here for about a year and i wouldnt go anywhere else. I get a shellac manicure here every two weeks with Tina and she is great! She also does pedicures and they are great! Definately come here and ask for Tina!!

This place had 2 redeeming qualities, and that is the younger lady who worked there (who took the time to help me look for a color), and one other lady worker (who put the top coat on my nails after my manicurist ditched me). That is why I gave it 2 stars and not 1.The man who did my nails was incredibly rude. First, he was giving the lady next to me a massage that looked painful and awkward, so I prayed I wouldnt get him but of course, I did. I asked if I could get my hands soaked and cuticles trimmed because my fingers were in bad shape. They told me they dont do that unless youre getting a manicure, not a full set, but I could get them trimmed for 5$ but not soaked. They wanted to just file the cuticles away while they buff the nails with the electronic buffer thing. I said thats fine, weird but fine because he basically made it seem like a huge hassle. He then proceeded to argue with everything I said. Literally every time I answered or asked a question, he argued. He wouldnt let me lean back to sit in the chair because he wanted my hands closer to him, so I was sitting with my back unsupported, uncomfortably. He kept yanking on my sprained thumb, even when I repeatedly told him it was injured and that he was hurting me. By the time he got to painting, I was almost in tears from being so stressed and frustrated. So I just agreed to anything he said to get him to be done. He put the dryer in front of me, and left. I ended up asking a different worker 8-10 minutes later if I could go pay now. She felt my nails and had to put another top coat. So at least she helped me out. Then she rubbed cuticle oil on the fingers of the lady next to me, who got the same service as me, but not me, so I just paid and left. So I feel like not only did I not get all the services I was over-charged for, I was treated like crap the entire time I was there. NEVER going there again.

Been here atleast 4 or 5 times. Sometimes they take a very long time to finish. Considering they get a lot of business, they need to work on their efficiency. They are very nice people though.

Way overpriced for no reason... the lady charged me $13 just to get my lip waxed plus an extra $10 for my eyebrows!!! When the website says only $8 for a lip wax! Never again when all other nail salons on charge $5-$8. I’m pretty sure she added her own extra $5 tip in my lip wax price!! Don’t ever go! They’ll steal your money. They claim there prices online are wrong when I called back to clarify but the man who answered told me $8 but when he asked the person who actually did my waxing said Nooo $13.

Had a young man spend over an hour on a standard pedicure...he was very attentive and made sure they were perfect. My nails looked great with a full set too! Will definitely come back!

The man at the station next to mine used the nail file for customers on himself, put it back down and then used it on the girl getting a manicure. The girl doing my nails nipped her own cuticles with the cuticle cutter for customers and then put them back in with the rest of her tools without any kind of sanitizing.Im assuming since they did this casually right in front of me that sanitation at this place is very low. Will not be going back.

This has to have been the worst experience with a nail salon by far. My girlfriend and I visited Lee nails in the Rim on Sunday evening where she got her shellac nails and I got a manicure. I cannot complain about my manicure as I was satisfied with the service that I received but I cannot say the same for my girlfriends experience. To start with, she gets her nails done pretty religiously and usually by the same person who was not available Sunday evening, so we decided to give Lees nails a try. Usually shellac nails are removed by soaking them, but for whatever reason, the gentlemen decided to grind all her nail polish off and then immediately went into painting her nails instead of letting her wash her hands even after she requested to be allowed to wash her hands. Long story short, within an hour of getting home, 3 nails had already bubbled and 1 completely flaked off. I called this morning to speak to a manager and was hung up on twice. 3rd call resulted in someone telling me that she would have to come in so someone else could redo her nails. After explaining that we did not want anyone else to redo the nail, yet just wanted our money back, I was told that the managers were not in and they were not sure when they would be back.As a business owner myself, this type of service is just not acceptable and I would not recommend this place if you are getting shellac nails.

I went in showed the guy 2 photos. We picked out the color, color was what I wanted! However as soon as I sat down the guy said “short nail better” he cut where I said which was a medium length but still filed the nail down to where it didn’t even look like I had nails. The gel was all bumpy, had dents and very uneven. The nails were all different lengths as well. Parts of the gel/acrylic were missing from my actual nail. The gel had all kinds of bubbles. I was so pissed I paid and left it was 45 min before they closed and I didn’t want to stay any longer. I wanted to cry. I went back the next day to show the poor job and the guy said the can fix the lumps but he wouldn’t give me a new set at the length I wanted. He wanted to charge me for another set. I refused to pay for another set given his job was very poor for $57+tip. My husband even asked why I paid for the nail job. I asked him to take off the set and left to a different salon! The biggest waste of money. On top of that I never saw them open santitary files or drill bits. They were all used with bits of nail bits. #nailedit Pun intended. Please don’t go here unless you want to rushed, poor job. Listen to the other reviews! I used to love going here, they have officially lost my business.

Ive had thousands of manicures and pedicures in my life. While the technician who worked on me was very friendly, he gave the absolute WORST manicure and pedicure. The pedicure...the paint was pooled at the nail beds. Some of my cuticles were painted over. There was toe polish on my skin. He cut my toe nails in the shape of trapezoids. The manicure...he did not push any cuticles back. My nails were not filed in any consistent shape or length. He cut one way too short. As far as the color, I had shellac. He used an off brand and the paint again was pooled at the nail beds and several had paint on the skin. The paint was then cured onto my fingers. On top of that the color was very splotchy, like it definitely needed another coat. As soon as I got home, I wanted to soak off the polish because frankly, I was embarrassed with how badly they looked. The polish that was cured onto my skin would not come off. Im going to have to cut it off. I will not give this place a second chance. I should have read reviews first.

I went to get my nails done here thinking theyd be high class due to the location. HONESTLY, I have been to much nicer nail salons who not only have great service but do AWESOME work. The day after I got my nails done two broke, this is a first for me (I have NEVER broken a nail) that just goes to show the quality. I was so upset and their service was the worst so I didnt go back. The nails were different sizes and I am just not happy with having spent so much money on the WORST nail job Ive ever seen. I took the damn nails off already, waste of money!!

I have been their client for over 3 years. The tech I go to her name is Ann she treats you like family, no one had ever done a such a great job with my nails, toes and wax . They go above and beyond to satisfy their clients . Everywhere I go I get compliments on my nails :) that tells you how good of a job Ann does . I am a DM for a wireless carrier therefore you always have to be presentable . Thank you Ann for your help !

Its alright, for the price I felt like they should do better. Didnt really clean up my nails and left some dead skin. However, they have a beautiful selection of polish and kind staff.

I get a mani/pedi at this salon every 2 weeks. I typically can call and make an appointment that very same day. A variety of nail technicians have done my nails here and they all do an amazing job. They have a large selection of gel colors to choose from. I get compliments on the sparkly colors on my toes all the time. And the manicure lasts longer than 2 weeks.Very satisfied every time I walk out of the salon !

I signed in and they didnt even bother going by the sign in sheet. I got solar nails and took my nail polish up and she put clear instead. I let it go. Not even a week later my nails were lifting and a nail broke off. My polish on my pedicure chipped. They basically try to rush you out. And prices were ridiculous for work they do.

Ive been coming here about two years and I love the service that I always get from Ann. Shes so sweet and her work is quality. I love her eye for detail. Id suggest to call ahead and make an appt with her. I will keep coming back 😀

My gel nails chipped within days (I work in an office), my nails inexplicably broke, the service was terrible, and they over charged me, but it was too busy and I was rushed out of there before I had time to process that they charged me about $15 too much. Definitely will never be going back.

The place is clean so it has that going for it. As for a manicure...youll have better luck doing you own nails. The man was rough with my cuticles and my nail polish literally started peeling the next morning. He didnt even paint my whole nail.Dont know how the pedis are, the chairs seemed nice. Wish I would have got one instead of the mani.

My daughters and I returned to lee nail here in San Antonio and in Corpus Christi .sweet caring staff very gentle professional and patient they do very good work Im very pleased and so are my daughters thank you for all you do😘

Was the worst ever went yesterday and got nails done Shellac paint already chipped next day! Got a pedicure also gentleman did a great job but it looks like paint job from my 3 year old grandchild!! Never again will I go back!!!

They got one star because they were the only place opened on the 4th of July. $37 for a Signature Spa Pedicure was RIDICULOUS for what I actually got.First I waited with my friend who got the same thing as I did.We waited almost 40 minutes, then we finally were seated in our chairs water was put for us to soak our feet. We still waited maybe another 10 minutes to actually have our feet touched!The Signature Spa Pedicure says it has salt and lotion massage along with a wax.Her pedicure started about 10 minutes before mine and we finished at the same time, neither of us got the wax for our feet.For my pedicure I needed the technician to focus on my in grown toenail, the toenail broke off pretty ugly a few months back so its pretty well grown out now. Regardless I needed extra attention to it and all that happened was my nail was scrapped and the cuticle was removed. I was ignored when I asked if she could focus on my ingrown toenail. Once I arrived home I noticed the back of my heels were hardy scrubbed to take off the dead skin! My friend checked her feet and it was the same problem. This nail Salon is over 25 miles from where I live, theres no way Im going back to have it fixed. But lesson learned, an expensive place is NOT always better!!

My experience was not a good one. I got shellac on my fingernails, and they chipped just a few days later.....not good. I also got a pedicure and it was not the best experience nor very relaxing. There are better places to go, so I suggest saving the money and going somewhere else.

Came in one evening during a business trip for a pedi. I had recently peeled off shellac (I know! I shouldve soaked them!😳) so I thought a mani was out of the question. The tech was awesome- put some polish on my nails to help them get strong again, and my pedi looks great! Also realized 10 minutes in that they were closing when I arrived but they didnt say one word about it! Wouldnt even let me apologize for keeping her late. Super sweet!

Got quick pedi with shellac- friendly and quick- $55 is average price for this- in and out in an hour

They spilled red nail polish on my daughters purse and would not own up to it even though another customer noticed it first. They were sneaky about cleaning it up hoping my daughter would not notice. Im going to tell everyone about this experience! Shame on Lee Nails for not at least comping my daughter the manicure! They offered a $5 credit and when my daughter said for what they would not say.

Awful service told man I was diabetic used a unsanitized file even after I ask him to clean it. Starts bickering with me about his tool where sanitized, when they were not!!!

I would give them no stars, The only reason Im giving this place one star is because of the single kind women working there who helped us. Went in for full set and my hubby wanted pedi- full set is flimsy and in my cuticle. After Im done- I try to find my husband and they havent even started his pedi- WHAT? No one wanted to help him- several workers there, and all too busy on their phone to help him. I wanted to have a relaxing afternoon with my husband for my birthday and it was terrible! The nice lady working her tail off kept saying how sorry she was, she didnt know what everyone else was doing. There was no one else in the shop! Never going back for 85$ and terrible service.

Wow. Cheaper than sex and way more satisfying.No, seriously, I got the mani-pedi of my dreams. I just walked in and was seen within 5 minutes. The massage chairs & foot spas are bliss. The leg and arm massage made me realize they need taking care. They shaped my nails perfectly, and they carry my favorite color OPI. Not to mention these folks are really friendly! And Im crazy fan of their skin care service. They have a lot of skin care packages which you can choose to fit in your need :DI mean COME ON! Forever a fan!

I want to start off by saying that this place does an amazing job! The job is done correctly, efficient and just how you want it. The staff was so polite and friendly thatvit made us feel so confertable. My boyfriend and I live in houston but went to SA for a friends wedding. We decided to go there for service and I cant express myself how great the service and our experience was. Not to mention, ooh the place was very nice and clean! I am very picky with my nails especially with shaping them, but omgosh.. the gentleman shaped my nails just how i wanted them!! Its really frusterating when your having to explain yourself over and over eeek! But he got it right the first time and my new set and pedi were on point! I was so happy!! My boyfriend also enjoyed his pedi as well😁 All I have to say is when we go back to SA, we are definitely going back to Lee Nails. Good job guys! Keep up the good work!!😄

If I could give negative stars I would as I feel 1 is over-rating this place. I just finished getting my hair done at Ulta and decided to stop in since it looks nice inside from outside the window. If I would have read reviews I would have never gone in! I was immediately greeted by Tina who seemed nice she sat me down with B.B and the rest is downhill. Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 years by different places and never experienced someone who cant do pink and white...to me that seems so common they should all have mastered it. He kept pulling my hand so close to him I was leaning on the table...annoying but tolerable. However applying the pink was so messy it was like watching a child try it. Spilling over the sides of my nails onto my skin instead of immediately wiping off he tried to grind it off after dry on 7 out of 10 nails...when I commeneted how painful it was he said nothing. When I pulled my hand away knowing I was cut several times he just pulled it right back and actually told me he cut me because I moved. Ha anyone who has ever had their nails done knows that drill burns like fire on skin! He could never decide on what size the pink cutter should be for each nail resulting in a sloppy mess or him repeatedly filing the pink off to start over because it had dried already. My left hand ring finger he did over 4 times! I kept on pointing out how uneven the white was on every nail and was told he would file and fix it....causing the nails to be all different lengths. When I pointed that out he tried grinding the white on the top of the nails causing pits and dips in them. I was already so upset since I was going to a dinner party that night and my nails where worse then when I walked in. It took him over 2 hours to get a full set put on up to washing my hands.... I couldnt belive it when I saw the time. He instructed me to use no soap and no brush which I thought was bizarre when I asked why he said the cuts would burn more. Thats when I told him I was done with him trying to fix them the pink and white was a dreadful mess. Tina came over and Ann to see what was wrong whem I showed them they offered to fix them by taking them all off and starting over again. After 2 hours and cuts on almost each finger not to mention I had dried product on each fingers skin around the nails. She told me she would take that off free of charge....WHAT?! They would normally charge someone to clean up their sloppy mess!? I told her forget it just paint them over with a dark enough color to cover the crap job. She was very sweet and apologetic as was Ann but even Tina painting my nails was less than average. I had polish on my skin she didnt remove I had to point out several nails where she didnt put polish on the whole nail. Then she kept on trying to convince me how pretty the color was and how much I liked it. After telling her its not pink and white like I wanted and now they looked like smashed black cherry starburst for nails because off all the uneven tops ans mishapen crooked ends. Only then did they offer for me to come back anytime and have them redone free of charge but insisted I had to pay then. Its not worth going back and they know you wont thats why they wouldnt let me leave without paying 45.00 when I asked why I was paying the price for pink and white she said because they used the product on me.... yeah not truely sorry at all....needless to say I will never return here or any Lee nails for that matter if thats how they practice. Oh when I asked Tina if B.B. was new I was told he had been doing nails for 20-30 years already...... and cant do pink and white still? At least that made me laugh!

I hate to give a negative review, but I did not have a good experience here. Its extremely overpriced and staff wasnt friendly. Waited 20 minutes to get a full set & the place had maybe 3 clients..

Very poor- I usually dont write reviews but these people are real crooks.They made me wait 30 minutes for my nail design and instead of lowering their price they charged me extra 5$because somebody else did the design. Their work was really poor and low quality, I had to get my nails done again. I will never recommend anyone to do their Pedi there, It will be just an embarssment. If you are looking for high quality and good costumer service dont step in that place.
