Came a few times had no problem but a couple weeks ago I had got my toes and nails done. Theywerent matching at all. Went home nail broker off a week laterif it wasnt for my nail breaking i wouldnt of seen this mold. My nails were still sealed so they had to have had dirty tools. Never again

Great place to walk in and get taken care of. They work in a team so one will prep and another will finish. Making it time efficient. I got a new set ombre red. 60 dollars. Price will vary depending on design. Also got color change gel shellac on toes. 20 dollars.

A friend of mine was body shamed in front of the entire place. Told she was too big to receive service in front of all other clients. Very rude & unprofessional! Dont waste your time or $ here.

Worse experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. The lady was rude and burnt my nail using the machine to cut down my nails. Didn’t get the shape I asked for. She was careless and Unprofessional. When I told nail tech my pinky was hurting because she was too rough she said “she’s been doing this for 20 years.” That doesn’t excuse her for not listening to me and the pain I felt. I always leave a tip, but she was unworthy. I will never return to place. Please don’t waste your time or money here!

One of best friends went to get a pedicure here and she was told that she was too big to get service done and was very loud and rude about in front of everyone. How pathetic can someone be.According to all the reviews I have seen on other sites about this place it is not the first time. Don’t go here if you are “too big” because you will be embarrassed in front of everyone

Went to have a pedicure and to soak off the shellac from my fingernails. I worked really hard to grow my nails so I wouldn’t have to put tips on them. One of my nails had a tip so it was shorter. But not that short. As the technician was filing the top of my nails, she kept filing the length of my nails. Now I have short, weak nails. I asked for shellac but since she filed them so short, I just wanted clear. She put one coat of something on my nails and put them under the Vu light and then was done. I’m very upset about the quality of work and not listening to me. Now I have to start over with short, weak nails. Will NOT go there again

Disgusting and unsanitary. They dont clean their tools. The knowingly scrape and cut your cuticles and dont care. I got blood from my cuticle on their nail filer and they didnt disinfect it. Then used it on a customer right after me. Disgusting. This place needs to be shut down.

I was at this location today when I overheard a conversation between an employee and another customer. The employee refused service due to her body size. The employee was loud, rude and unprofessional about the situation. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and especially not to anyone who may be “too big”.

I love this place. Victoria does great PEDICURES and Nails . Lee she does amazing eyebrows and nails PEDICURES and so does Tommy and everything there.They make people feel so comfortable there. They are the sweetest people ever. They dont rush you and they take their time there. I always enjoy my visit. They are not rude and they make you smile and laugh with you. I love this place. I recommend them 100 percent. Ive been going to them for five years now.

I’ve been coming here for 1 yr and a half and have ALWAYS gotten great service. Kathy does amazing pedicures and takes her time to give you the best experience. Tommy always does my 5yr old daughter’s nails and makes sure she’s occupied so that I can enjoy myself and get pampered. I came here with my friend on a Friday night, 30 minutes before they closed and they were so nice and friendly. They stayed well after closing time to do our nails and they did an amazing job! I will definitely come back here again! Highly recommend it!

Im fairly new to San Antonio. I have been looking for a nail salon for a year now and I FINALLY found one!!!!! I went on a Friday night close to closing and they took their time and did an amazing job!!! The best by far!!! As I sat there I observed the other clients and I was very impressed with the detail. All the clients were repeat customers and seemed very pleased! I will definitely be a long time customer because great nail techs are hard to find!! Thanks for the great service 😘

Very horrible customer service, and roughest, most messy pedicure I think I’ve ever had. The lady working on my pedicure cut my foot and had zero regard for it until I made a bigger deal out of it and her boss heard. I came in over an hour before closing and didn’t leave until 2 hours later. Majority of that time was spent waiting because they sent employees home before finishing me and my friends nails, making us wait much longer than was necessary. Once they finally got to our nails, they were rushed and not precise at all. My hand was nicked with the filling tool multiple times and they were just obviously in a rush to go home. I didn’t stress it too much because I was just ready to leave at this point. They were very nice to me, which is why I didn’t make a huge fuss, but I refused to pay for half of it because it wasn’t what I had asked for in the beginning. Nice people, but bad service for a nail salon.

5 stars! These people here pay attention to detail, they take their time. Every time I have been to this location I have walked out very satisfied. Worth every dollar! Quality products and equipment as well, very clean on the inside and the staff are very kind and patient! Highly reccomend this place.

Staff dont know how to pedicure dont go and waste your money

This place is absolutely the worst! Its been less than 24 hours and my toenail is chipped and my index finger is chipped. My friends nails are absolutely garbage shes missing paint in multiple areas. Im having her write a terrible review as well. The experience in the salon was of a small child screaming for a good two hours and while getting my nails done he was climbing on my chair to get to his mom.

Let me start off with saying I’m not a picky person, and are usually don’t leave reviews for anything nor do I complain but this is an exception.SO the lady who did my nails Poorly filed and rushed thru the entire prep process. She ignored my stament about my chipped nail that was literally hanging she said “what you mean chip?” Then continued to paint with shellac over my chipped nail.... Even though I brought it to her attention multiple times in the most polite way possible. The guy that sat next to her who spoke better English chimed in and asked me where the chipped nail was and told me that I didn’t see my nail chipped and it was fine..... Stay far away from this place they don’t care for their customers whatsoever. Not to mention they spoke about my nail and thought I couldn’t understand them.... I don’t know how there’s five stars on here.

My daughter and I have been long time customers, always friendly and accommodating to me..they even stay late when I come at the last minute.. they also do the latest trends in nails for a reasonable price .. let Ms Lee do your nails you won’t be disappointed

WORST experience ever. They are condescending and speak about you in their native tongue . If you ask a question, they give you a short incomplete answer. My impression was pay us and shut up . NOBODY should waste their hard earned money here. I told them in person and Im posting it now! With a nail salon on every corner, I will spend my money where the staff is helpful and courteous and knowledgeable. This place is NONE of the three.

I told the lady that did my nails to shape them round but instead she shaped them so that they are pointy. These are my real nails, not fake nails that so now I have to cut these off and completely regrow my nails again. I still got charged for my nails even though they are not how I wanted them because she completely disregarded what I said. The total experience was terrible and this nail shop sucks.

Was killing some time in the area so decided to get my shalic taken off my toes. The young Lady split my toenail then tried to super glued it SMH. Guess the glue dripped and then my foot got stuck to the ceramic. They did not catch me on a regular day where I would of went off but I had to pick my daughter up from school on the other side of town. I felt they should of gave me a discount or gave me the service for free. I was the only customer they had in there to 4 workers. Guess they needed my money that bad.

Nice people bad service. They will take advantage of you if youre a new costumer like me. I was expecting to be charged 30 dollars instead they charged me 50 dollars for nails that did not look good.

I asked for them to remove my nails before applying new ones and they started trying to use a nail tip to pry my old ones off. I got up and left. Im not a manicurist, but that seems unprofessional and painful... update: when the polish from my pedicure from here was removed it left a horrible stain on my toes. Did they not use a base coat?!

The lady was extremely rude to me, they cut me 3 times, the worst nail job ever! When I told them what was wrong with my nails they were even more rude to me and didnt even try to fix them, I dont know why the nail shop is called expert nails when they dont know what the hell theyre doing.

Terrible made an appt for 2 pm arrived 10 minutes early .had a new girl start on my nails ( ps.dont think she has a license. ) then sat there until 2.30 with tips that were way to short .finally had another lady cut my tips off and left . seems they have gotten money hungry as they take a walk in 10 minutes before your scheduled appt and then make you wait .what utter bs

Best nails ! I must admit for a first impression I didnt think it was going to be good service. But I had heard from a lady that worked in the dealerahip that I purchased my car from that they did excellent work and fromthe look of her nails I agreed and decided to give them a try. Have never been more satisfied in my life with their work and their customer service. Very friendly, hard working people who take pride and care In the services they render. I live 30 minutes away in Cibilo but needless to say I will be returning every two weeks bc they have proved to be worth the time and drive and not to mention the prices are excellent. I highly recommend this placeYou wont be disappointed!

Very horrible customer service.! !!! This is my second time coming and My LAST. The lady that does nails has the WORST attitude ever. Like she hates doing nails. Thats how i felt. And they over charge. I was charge extra for my length. .they werent long at all. Like At All!! ..and why not mention the extra charges when you clip and shaped the nails instead of suprising me with extra fees at the end.... However, i wouldnt mimd paying extra if the service wasnt so bad, but i feel im paying high end prices for low end service. I came, i tried. Twice! And never again..

Got my nails done here and I swear their so ugly I paid 33 dollars and their uneven my pointer nail is thicker than all the rest and it was a bad experience over all lee was rude and was so rough with my hands throwing them like if Im not a paying customer.....over all I cant wait to go to my nail tech at rose nail so she can fix this mess on my hands 🤦🏽the only reason I even paid is because Im not a mean person and I didnt complain because I wanted to get the heck out of there
